MTE Financial Services

MTE Financial operates under a great many different aliases. They also operate a number of websites that all fall under the MTE Financial umbrella. All this subterfuge makes them very difficult to get a hold of. Try the following address if you are having trouble finding contact info for them:

http://www.easypaydaylender.com/Content/PaydayLoanCompanyContactInfo.htm

This address lists some of their many website aliases:

http://www.easypaydaylender.com/Content/PaydayLoanCompanyAliases.htm

Hope this helps anyone attempting to reach them.

Cheers

I had a loan for $390. They debited my account over $800 and kept trying to take more, only calling me when I revoked their charges, and I found out from several other people that they are a scam. They gave me no way of contacting them, either.

This company is crazy! I do not know how they got my information in the first place I have asked several times for documentation to be sent to me, they told me they were going to have me thrown in jail so finally I paid the stupid thing that I never took out in the first place. The day they originally told me it was taken out I was having surgery. The other day a man from the "law firm" calls me tells me I still owe it, I said no I paid this he said no you owe for the check?i! Then he said they money was put in another account and drafted from mine, I asked that doesnmt sound fraudulent to you? He then passed me off to someone else who informed me I was white trash and just didn't want to pay my bills! I kept my cool and told them I have rights they are welcome to take me to court that I really hope this conversation is being recorded and I want documentation mailed to me. I have received nothing except more threatening voice mails!

I have no idea who thesse people are. They checked my husbands credit and we have NEVER taken a payday loan. Not to gloat, but we haven't needed it. My husband is a U.S. Marine, has a steady income, and has never had to take out a payday loan. So why are these people looking at his credit? We will be the ones harrassing them to find out why they looked at his credit.

I am also trying to find out if MTE also opperates under the name of Instant Cash. I took out a loan in 2008 from Instant Cash, paid it off and now, 3 years later, a collections company is trying to collect the same money. Trying to get bank statements to confirm a second deposit on an account that was closed 2 years ago is impossible.

FUNNY MTE WASNT A SCAM WHEN THE $$$ WAS LOANED ... BUT NO ITS TIME TO PAY THEM BACK AND ITS A BIG SCAM ... WOW PEOPLE PAYDAY LOAN DOESNT MEAN FREE $$$$$ YOU KNEW WHAT U WHERE GETING INTO WHEN U TOOK THE $$$$$... BUT U WERE IN NEED OF CASH SO U TOOK IT... JUS PAY THE COMPANIES BACK ... IF U LOANED OUT MONEY WOULDNT U WANT IT BACK OF COURSE .. SO ITS NOT UNREASONABLE THAT THE PDL COMPANIES ASK THE SAME... BUT IT IS HOWEVER UNFAIR TO SLANDER THEM WHEN THEY WERE THERE IN YOUR TIME OF NEED WITH THE CASH U NEEDED AND GAVE TO U IN GOOD FAITH THAT YOU WOULD PAY IT BACK

Do you know if MTE has companies DBA quickest cash and/or ten dollar pay day? I am having trouble finding out if they are all the same. Both these companies say I owe money back in 2007 on a payday loan but used different company names and I know I only took out one payday loan. The money was debited from my account for MTE but as of right now I have two attornies (say they are anyway) saying I am in contempt of something and I don't know what to do? HELP!

These con-artists have repeatedly called my job as well. The "loan" they are referring to has been long since paid as I explained to "Mr. Richardson." I have contacted the NC Attorney general's office who have also filed a formal complaint with "Wall & Associates." I suggest all of you fax them or send them certified mail a Debt Validation Letter. This way they have to stop harrassing you. If they don't, then complain to your states Attorney General.

I had the exact same thing happen, I took out a loan, I paid them multiple payments and finally had to close the account because they were continuously trying to take money, they eventually ended up overdrawing my account by $1800, now I have someone saying his name is Gordon and he is a mediator, that I was facing now a 700 debt and that if I did not pay it, within three years it could grow to over 20k. Threatened me with attorneys and said that I would be charged with writing a bad check out of state. This place is a scam and if you are looking for a loan, please go to Family or a bank, not any of these scam fly by night operations that are only concerned about threatening people and taking all of their money.

I am SOOOO MAD! But happy to know I'm not alone! I took a $300 dollar loan out in July. I realized I kept getting random charges so I closed that account. In October I got a phone call from some collection agency in South Carolina that goes by two names: CRT Collections and EAD Group [protected]); saying I was gonna be served some papers if I didn't pay my loan off. So I setup a payment arrangements. I was told I owed $510. I made the arrangement to pay $170 for Oct, Nov, and Dec. after that I would receive something in the mail saying I was paid in full. Its now Jan and this collections company has charged me twice each month, plus charged random charges to my account which caused over $400 dollars in nsf fees on top of me already paying the $510 plus additional $600! I called this company and told them somebody is gonna take MY MONEY out their pockets and put it back into my account! They had the audacity to say I still owe them $70! I filed a police report and my bank is currently working on this investigation! I don't have money to give away, if I did, I would have never took a loan out in the first place! We should all get together and file a class action lawsuit against MTE FInancial and the rest of their parties that work with them! Cause they are clearly RAPING US!

In response to the last message the name of the collection company is 1st integral recovery services. they are located at 9898 bissonnet, suite 370 houston, tx 77036. Their contact phone number is [protected], but they call from many different numbers. Their website is 1st-irs.com. I understand there comes some responsability with taking out a loan, just as any bill, and then not being able to pay it back. But unfortunantly things happen and when they try to debit your account two or three times a day causing two or three nsf fees a day, it becomes nearly impossible at that point to pay them back. This collection agency is very harrassing, calls themselves just "law firm" when they answer their phone, and when they call you. They say they will be serving me at my work, and at my home and every time they talk to me they tell me charges are going to be filed at 10am the next day. They will not send any correspondence and the way they talk to you I did not even believe they were a legitamite company at first. Then they tell me "good luck to you and enjoy your free time right now". I have done a lot of research and have yet to find anything stating they can file criminal charges. I do beleive they can file a lawsuit, but I am not 100%.

once you stop them from debiting your account they will put it with a collection agency out of louisana but they some how call from texas as well. This supposed law firm will threaten you call you white trash accuse you of stealing.. they said they would call my job and garnish my paycheck. By the way they cannot do that. The only way a check could be garnished is for student loans, child support or taxes. you can never understand the message they leave when they say the law firms name and tell you to speak to your legal counsel. they are full of hot air. i closed the account they were debiting cause like many complaints before mine they were taking way more than the terms outlined when the loan was takin. I am trying to find the name of the "law firm" so i can report to the attorney generals office.

I also do not like these payday loans. I have gotten several of them and I am trying to pay them off but I really don;t understand all the complaints.
You know what you are getting into when you take out these loans-these places are in it to make money.
Every time I have paid off a loan I have had no problem with them taking anymore money. It is paid off and that is it. I know that when I extend my loan they are going to take more money. Why is that so hard to understand? The best thing to do is to never get one in the first place!1

I borrowed 300 and every week they were taking 90. Then they started taking 120 and now they are trying to take 300. My bank account is in the hole. I will have to close my account to keep accumulating charges.

I also got a loan for $300 in December, It is now April, they have taken a total of $910 out of my bank account. I called my bank and put a stop payment on the company, I wasn't able to get in to sign the stop payment sheet, so today the crooks withdrew another 65 out of my account. So now they have gotten $975 for a $300 loan.

I also borrowed $300 around Christmas and I have paid back over $600! This is ridiculous! The interest is just through the roof. All payments withdrawn are going to interest. Nothing to the principle at all. Something has to be done to stop this type of business. I am definitely getting a lwayer to look into this matter. Just the other day they withdrew an additional $225 out of my account. They have their loan back and tons of interest too. Do not use this company for a loan.

I was also ripped off by this company. Like another person in this blog I borrowed $300.00 for a short term commitment. It is now March and I have paid a total of $735 on this loan and still not paid in full!.. I just got off the phone with a representative and I made a final payment of $150.00 to close this account. I cannot believe that I pay almost $600.00 in interest! No one should use this company as a solution for a short term financial difficulty. This company, and its subsidiaries, should find a better way to conduct business. I realize that we are a capatilist nation, but businesses should observe ethical behaviors during the business process. I willdo my best to advocate against this particular company and its subsidiaries. They need to be driven out of business in the very near future. I am also taking my contract to my lawyer to find a way to stop them from abusing customers that need a quick loan.

I am amazed that this is going on. I don't think the law is doing enough. I am going to alert the big media outlet investigative reporters to this scam. Maybe if enough attention is attracted to them, something will get done?

YEA.WE WHERE RIP OFF BY THESE PEOPLE AS WELL THEY GOT OVER500.00 EXTRA DOLLARS OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT BUT IT WAS MORE CAUSE THEY KEPT TAKING OUT MONEY EVERY TWO WEEKS. WE ONLY BORROW 300.00 BACK IN JUNE AND THIS IS NOVEMBER! We thought it was paid but then they where taking out a different amount first it was 90.00 every two weeks then it was 120.00 then 110.00 well they screw me over big time. And if you are reading this just remember every DOG has their day. And I'm going to do all I can to get my money back and press charges against these people. There should be a law to help people that screw people like this. A law to pushing these ###s that screw people out of their hard earn money. I wish we could be face to FACE BUT YOUR NOT MAN OR WOMAN ENOUGH TO DO THAT YOU HIND BEHIND A COMPUTER AND STEAL FROM PEOPLE YOU ARE TRASH .
