On June 13th, 2018, I ordered and paid for by visa one pair of compression stockings. The receipt No. is [protected] 3. I contacted the store by phone. The office said that they would reissue a new receipt without delay. I haven't seen the reissued receipt. I called customer service within the last couple of weeks. They left a message for the store to call me. Still no response. My request is simple. All that needs to be done is to have a new receipt issued with the proper information listed on the receipt. Please let me know why I am having to wait so long. Shoppers' Drug Mart prides itself with the best customer service. I am not receiving that kind of customer service.

On May 10th, 2017, I also ordered and paid for by visa a pair of compression stockings. The receipt no. [protected] 3. It was accepted without an issue.
