M.R.Computer Services / Payment received but no after-sales service

June 2009 I approached Mr computers. Told salesman Grant that only an end user that needs fast & reliable pc for my business. Told him that payment would b from my lawyer and therefor need quote for pc, labour, installation at my house plus software. Also purchased 4-in-1 printer - total incl labour & installation was R18 498.00. Gave cheque for ful amount on 12 June 09. Day after installation I received another invoice for labour for R795.00 - queried after i've already paid for it. Jackie said was miscom & reversed charge. Grant apologised. 2 days later i reported keyboard doesnt work properly . Grant brought new keyboard but said it was software problem & would sort out with Johan. Heard nothing to date after calling at least 6 times. Fax machine can still not send faxes and Grant told me to buy additional cord & would install after work 2 months ago. Still waiting. Phoned again 5 weeks ago & Grant would speak to Johan. Still no calls. Phoned today & Grant apologised & wanted to know whats wrong??!!! 2 months ago also said dvd drive not workin & was told by grant to do use free download on web. M R offers no after sales service. & no business ethics. Do not use MR Computers!!
