Mr Price Group / MRPonline order

Good Day
I am very loyal customer but lately I have been very dissapointed by your service over all.I placed online order on 24 april and still havent received anything.I keep sending mails, I chat with online consultants, I phone customer care...everybody will help me and phone back but I keep on getting pushed in circles.I pay for certain delivery and just dont get it!This is not first time this happened!
