Mr Price Group / MRP / delayed delivery of goods ordered online

I ordered items from Mr Price's online store on the 11th of October 2017. It is now the 22 of November and I still have not received what I have ordered

I have went to the store which is under my order delivery history, which is Mr Price in Lakeside, and they were unable to help, they could not even track where my order is, the only thing they could say was that I should wait for an sms confirming that the parcel has been delivered. A month and half later!!

Funny thing is, when I called into customer care they claim that my parcel did arrive at the store specified, and someone signed for it. Why was it not picked up on the system

Mr Price online store and system needs some improvement, as when I ordered online, I was not prompted/asked to put in my address, after payment was made a screen to thank me for purchase popped up. After that I tracked my order and was told that it will be delivered at Lakeside.

I am really disappointed at the service of the people who work at Lakeside, and the poor quality of the online store
