I visited a Panda Express in Roswell, New Mexico, #2529, on August 22, 2018 at 7:37 p.m., according to the receipt. The service was not very good. I went in to order and dine in, but waited for over 4 minutes while the employee was attending to the drive through first. However, there were 3 other employees. One was apparently cleaning the cooking utensils, another employee was eating in the dining room, another employee was unseen until later. The 4th was an employee, whose uniform was all in black, trying to fix a soap dispenser in the kitchen area. When eventually served the food was not warm and the service was hurried by the same employee, and only employee, attending the drive through. I completed the survey online and indicated at totally unsatisfied with this Panda Express. I have, in the past, been a customer with another Panda Express, with almost identical criticisms, but apparently this type of bad service is endemic with all Panda Express franchises. This fast food chain is not of the best quality in this country. Also, the men's bathroom was not very clean. Sad.
