I have been making numerous calls and waited on the lines for over 20 minutes per call and when I eventually get through, I get call off abruptly by the person on the other. This is getting very frustrating and the service is very poor. I also tried contacting tlc marketing on numerous times and they taking ages to answer and I eventually I spoke to tsheko serene, whom informed me that I couldn't get on the cruise in january by he can put me on the list for march and that he will send me documentation with regards to this cruise but nothing too date after emailing him quite a few times. This service that we currently receiving is very poor. I humbly request for someone from glocell to intervene and assist us, which would be greatly appreciated.
