MQube / Ringtone times / Unauthorized charges to bill!

Unauthorized charges were placed on phone bill without ever providing a service. I have never been to this website and have never ordered anything from this company. Someone without MY permission used my cell phone number to register a FREE ringtone, which I by the way never got not to mention never ordered. Company does not return calls or emails to explain charges.
