I bought my MPIO HD300 a little over two months ago and have had it replaced twice. It works brilliantly for the first couple of weeks then you start to get problems with it changing the repeat setting then eventually it freezes on the start up screen and you can do nothing with it apart from push the reset button to switch it off. I downloaded the upgraded software for it but could not get it to load on to the player (neither could the technical dept at the company I bought it from). They told me that nearly everyone they had dispatched had been returned with the same problem. Now looking for a replacement which is a shame as it was a nice size for the memory and not too heavy.
