mp4nation no customer service

I ordered Brainwavz M4 earphones on November 9th, 2012 with FedEx Priority (1 - 5 days) shipping. But never received after 2 week, so I ask to cancel this order via their web contact form on 23 November. Never got a response.

Their web site don't even have a contact phone or email, nor the choice to revise/cancel the order. so it seems that's the only way to communicate with them regarding the order.

When I planned to file a dispute with them via Paypal, I find their email address as [protected]@mp4nation.net, so I give them another chance and email to that address for cancelling my order. But no reply again.

So I have no other choice but have to file the dispute via Paypal on the LAST DAY within the 45 days period and to claim my money back.

Conclution:
-- No customer service !
-- No reply to customer inquires via their web site or email.
-- with FedEx Priority, Not even shipping information, even after 45 days of original order.

I have been trying to return my product within the 14 day return period, but since they never reply to my emails asking for the return address; they are forcing me to keep my horrible product..

Because after 14 days i can't return it

Worst customer service on the internet. This company will change your order without telling you and it is not stated clearly on their site. They take your money and then offer no customer service at all.

Many many people are starting to complain about this fraudulent operation.

I was recently referred to this mp4nation by a work mate as he had an ONDA unit which was what i was after so i ordered one through the site with out any checks, I recieved the unit without my voucher code free items and to my surprise the unit would not switch on, the only way i can get it on is by connecting to USB first to crank it over but the unit seems ok otherwise... so much for referral eh! anyway i was talking to a few people about these units they are completly modded and buggy, because they are for people who basically know how to build them, repair them, create programs and fix bugs. They are NOT a perfect consumer unit, most are made the cheapest way possible with basic parts to prove it can be done. Im not defending this web site at all but purely stating what i have read on the site and learnt from friends who dick around with these sorts of things, if you want what you are paying for spend the money on the big names with warranty and customer support. I for one would never return anything that is easily fixed back to Neverland. As for goldern rules "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OVERSEAS" " DO NOT USE YOUR CREDITCARD ON THE INTERNET" "EBAY IS SCAM CITY & INFERIOR PRODUCTS"

MP4 NATION is THE WORST SITE ON THE INTERNET.
They shipped a $150 mobile internet device that broke within the first 7 days of use.
I opened a support ticket and after days of waiting, was instructed to ship the unit back to Hong Kong (Costing an additional $35).
After shipping the unit, I did not hearing anything from them for weeks, I checked on my support ticket, IT WAS CLOSED. I re-opened the ticket and requested follow up. Days later, they then told me that the screen was cracked, stated that I must have done it and voided the warranty! I GOT NOTHING IN RETURN. Do not order from MP4Nation, they send inferior products and refuse to replace the item or refund your money.

MP4NATION is the worst site on the internet to do buisness with.

This is not an overstatement, or made in anger. Just a FACT that they will
take your money and give you nothing. Ignoring you the whole time.

Just putting in my penny's worth in support of mullyteelin, sorry to hear of your bad dealings with MP4nation . I decided not to buy from this trader for the following reasons:

1. MP4nation is no longer a registered user on eBay for obvious reasons.

2. Items currently sold by them on their website, are heavily discounted and up to 40% cheaper than identical products sold by power sellers on eBay, why!

3. This tells me their items are either not new, or worse non-genuine.

I can't vouch for their poor service, but I usually test the waters first before any intended purchase. Ask a technical or shipping question by email to the seller and wait for a reply. Give them say 2 to 3 days to answer and if no reply forthcoming, take your business elsewhere.

Golden Rule 1:
Always Google and scan the net before any intending purchase with any seller on the internet. For example type after MP4nation, "scams", "beware", complaints, emails etc.

Results on MP4nation, show pages of discontent customers, with warnings for everyone to stay away.

One thing for sure, the power of word of mouth on the internet, will eventually bring down unscrupulous traders.

Waiting time for email responses will usually take days.
Dispatch of products can sometimes take months, with little explanation.
Customers will be accused of being impatient if they expect a faster email response, or faster shipping time.
In other words, the people at MP4nation seem to think that YOU, the customer, is to blame for expecting too much.

The online forum gives the impression of a friendly place, but discussion of individual orders is not allowed and such posts will be deleted. You are told to email admin instead... but of course, waiting for an email response can take days.
