Overcharged original estimate: that was strike one!
Lost items such as ladder and new bed: that was strike two!
Disregarded claim on broken and missing items: strike three!
Their claims department claims to be a neutral third party as perported in their literature. If my impeccable claim with pictures is rejected by this claim department, it makes we wonder what does a customer have to do to be compensated for damage and loss of items while under their care of Moving U 4 Less. They claim I did not list any damaged or missing items at the conclusion of their move - I have the customer copy right here. Conveniently, their copies show nothing since the driver had me sign that triplicate form AFTER ripping off the bottom two copies.
