I placed an order from a online company called movie2u back in Febuary 8th 2008 for a dvd, i paid for the dvd and postage cost immediately on making the order and was sent an email thanking me for my payment. I waited until February the 24th to send an email to the company inquiring about the dvd as it had not turned up, the website states that it will be delivered within 2 weeks, i received a reply on feb 28th stating that dvd had been posted feb 18th and i should receive it in 2 weeks... my first problem with that reply is there was no explanation as to why it had taken 10 days from payment of my dvd for it to be dispatched when i sent a second email asking about this i was told that there was a holiday period where they are until the 13th and no postal service... what the???

It is now the 24th March 2008 and still i have not received my dvd, after many more emails and loads of very rude, extremely unprofessional replies i am at a loss as to what i can do, I've asked for a refund but they say they cannot refund on goods sent even though they have admitted that it must have been lost in the mail!... the last email reply was March 20th saying they will send a replacement dvd as soon as possible... they should be sending it asap!!

I hope that others will read this report and decide against doing business with this company, it's awful to lose your hard earned money to a scam such as this one.

I have had exactly the same experience and my message is PLEASE DO NOT ORDER as it is highly likely you will NOT receive your goods.
