I'm dealing with movenpick hotels for over 10 years, this year experience was the worse when I personally meet meet with duty manager complaining about next door disturbance were I've told the duty manager this my second time complainting about the disturbance from the room (2643), and unexpected reply was from the manager we can't do anthing except to send the security to them,
This response is unexpected by a manager who managing one of the best 5 stars hotel.
By this unexpected response I regretted to think of changing the hotel to another competitor hotels.
