Movecorp now trading as removals.co.uk

Been told that movecorp is now trading as removals.co.uk and have been looking through various sites and have come to the conclusion that the majority of 5 star reviews have got to be fake.

I have tried contacting most of the names, probably made up, on these sites and not one of the 5 stars have gotten back to me. I even wrote that I was interested in their opinion as I was looking to use company. Five days on and not one email reply out of around 60 contacts?

Speaks for itself I suppose, be wary of review sites.

Movecorp everything

I was informed by the shipping company that movecorp contracted (Schumacher) that movecorp was no longer in business. Movecorp never paid the company; however, I paid movecorp thousands of GBP. No one from movecorp will respond to emails or phone calls and the contracted shipping company says I now have to pay them what movecorp failed to. I chose movecorp because they had the best reviews. They weren't less expensive than other companies. How has an international shipping company gone out of business and nothing is done to appease the customers?

Movecorp shipping service

A year ago today 27/6/2019 MoveCorp picked up our entire life's belongings for delivery from UK to Australia, 16 item which included 8 large boxes . From that day to this we have not got our belongings. They have no idea where or what has happened to them . It's as if the 8 boxes have disappeared off the face of the earth. 49 years of everything we own has gone . If you value your belongings DO NOT use MOVECORP. They don't give a dame about their customers or their goods
We have had to replace everything, but there are things and photos that can never be replaced

Movecorp unethical company

We are an Australian based business that needed to organise a shipment of 10 cartons from Tallinn in Estonia through to Toronto in Canada. When first dealing with with them they seemed reputable. We organised the shipment and arranged collection, it all went downhill from there.
They advised us upon pickup they needed more money, in which we paid to have the shipment moved.
After numerous emails and very delayed responses they advised us they lost our goods. This took over 3 months to rectify. I always had to chase them they never voluntarily contacted us.
10 months later our goods still HAVE NOT been delivered. I have complained numerous times and sought out remuneration but they refuse. They try to tell me their service has been exceptional and they have now lost money themselves to put the goods on air freight to get them delivered That was a week ago and the goods still haven't been delivered. So who knows if they are even telling the truth about air freight? Probably another excuse to hold us back.
I have asked for the managers details and all they gave me was the sales manager email, who also took weeks to finally reply.

Absolute disgusting company, they do not abide by rules and regulations of the consumer laws. 10 months to deliver a few boxes is a disgrace. And to not offer us any form of remuneration after all we have been through is shameful. How they call themselves a reputable company is beyond me.

We have now organised several other shipments from the same pickup and dropoff location with another carrier and all have been delivered within a 2 week timeframe. How on earth this has taken 10 months and still no delivery is beyond me. If anyone knows of a government body company in the UK who deals with these matters we would love to hear from you so we can take this even further.

Word of advise - DO NOT use Movecorp!

Movecorp no news from my moving

Hi There

I used Movecorp to move my personal belongings from Germany to Ireland. I paid the whole invoice upfront (2195.22 GBP including insurance, Invoice 106298 and 106023 + insurance for 245.22 GBP). I took a day off on Friday the 21/09 for the collection and nobody came. Their excuse was that they had problem with the truck but I only found out at the end of the day by keeping on ringing them (They never rung me)Then Movecorp organized a pick up for the next day with a collection between 12:00 and 1pm. I rung Customer service and they told me they are on their way. Finally at 3pm they came and had to load the stuff with the driver for an hour. I paid for storage for 4 month and reach out to the Customer service early January and they told me they acknowledge it and that they will know mid January. Since then I never heard from them, they never rung me back. Sent follow-up email, tried to ring Stuart several times no news.

Can someone tell me where my goods are ? They have not been delivered yet

Thanks

Best,

Laurent Herbert

Movecorp moving from uk to ksa

Our shipping was collected at the end of october 2018. It is march 2019 and we are being told by movecorp that our shipping will be with us soon, every week we are told the same. Nothing happened. They are lying and are unprofessional. They left our shipment in the warehouse for 2 months before loading it onto the container. Was told their truck was broken down. Clearly not my problem.

For over 2 months I 'm being told my shipment is being hold by uae due to custom clearance, then that they will send it within 10 days, 30 days later still nothing, they claim problems with agents. They try to overcharge us and claimed we had more than we paid for which was a lie as we had an independent mover checking the size for us. Then when confronted they backed out of extra charges.

All our belongings are there! Children books, toys, sentimental stuff.
We want compensation for the wait as we had to spend extra money on buying stuff for the house and the children. They have left us with nothing and are still lying about timescale.

I will urge anyone not to use movecorp as the shipment is not safe with them, they have no idea how to handle shipment and how to deal with moving.

Movecorp overseas removal services

Movecorp managed to lose part of our shipment from UK to Spain last April

We have now waited for 8 months to get a refund for the volume paid for vs the volume delivered.

I call them regularly and they say the will make a refund, but it seems they are not serious about it

I would not recommend anybody to use them as they are disorganised and very unprofessional

Movecorp moving - international - and storage

I booked MoveCorp to move my families belongings from Germany to London, and then hold our belongings in storage for a few months. Initially, the move was delayed by 6 weeks because their truck broke down. Only having one truck should have alerted me, but I went forwards. Months later when our belongings finally were delivered numerous items were broken, including a large original artwork piece. They, also, lost an entire box of our belongings including numerous wedding presents. I have been fighting with them for months for a proper settlement. In the end I would have to say that they are nothing more then crooks. They gave us what appeared to be a low price for moving but in the end it has cost us so much more. Do not use them!

Movecorp removals lost or stolen

I moved with movecorp from Scandinavia to the East Coast
with no problems 5 years ago so when the time came to move back to Europe I enlisted them. I so regret it. They lost several of my boxes containing irreplaceable photos of my deceased mother and other keepsakes, things that insurance is useless for. The worst was their reaction. They simply didn't care. Emails went unanswered and answered week later, no apologies...nothing. It was a heartbreaking loss for me.

Movecorp removal company

I booked a company called Movecorp Ltd to transport some items of furniture, including a brand new Weber BBQ Q3200 to our holiday apartment in Switzerland.

In the afternoon of 10th May 2018, two men arrived at my property in a Movecorp Ltd lorry, and packaged up the furniture and other small items, as well as the Weber Barbecue and cover which was under the lid. All items were listed on my customs inventory as well as my insurance inventory form. I watched them physically wheel it from my property onto their lorry parked on my drive.

When we arrived in Switzerland a week later, the Weber BBQ had not been delivered with the other items. We immediately rang the removal company, who denied any knowledge of the BBQ and insisted that it was not listed on the inventory that the men filled in on the day, and which they allege was handed to me and allegedly signed by me. I was not handed any document and did not sign anything. I have repeatedly asked them to send me a copy of the document showing my signature, but Movecorp Ltd have not done so, and are not replying to my telephone calls or emails.

I have a completed, detailed, and signed inventory including all prices and values of all items, and have taken out full insurance for the Weber BBQ and all other items on the inventory as well.

In addition to a crime of theft, this is also a crime of fraud, as I was not presented with any handwritten inventory on the day, and did not put my signature on any document. If this is so, my signature will have been forged.

In addition to to the theft of the BBQ, a dining room table which they dismantled for transport was damaged beyond repair, and the nuts and bolts to re-assemble it were nowhere to be found. We had paid for the service of having the table re-assembled upon delivery, but it was dumped in the basement parking garage under the apartments. The 3 sofas were also paid for to be delivered into the apartment, but these were also dumped and left overnight in the basement parking garage. The owner of the apartments informed us that the delivery men refused to deliver the furniture into the apartment, even though I had paid for a door to door delivery service, which included re-assembly, unpacking and removal of all cardboard and packaging.

Since posting the complaint I have been contacted by the director of the company, who was able to resolve the problem of the missing BBQ very swiftly by contacting their warehouse who confirmed they had a BBQ sitting there unlabelled, and the missing screws and bolts for the dining room table were with the BBQ. This is very good news. A lot of angst would have been avoided if the original staff members had taken the trouble to follow these same steps rather than deny emphatically that such a BBQ ever existed. I have been assured that the BBQ will be delivered to Switzerland, and also that the damage to the dining room table will be rectified.

Movecorp delivery of part shipment from uae to denmark thru uk

We hired a local company in UAE for a door-to-door delivery to Denmark.
As part of this agreement part of our goods ended up to be managed by Movecorp in UK.
In the beginning we didn't mind it and even when it was supposed to arrive a little bit later than rest of our goods which sent directly to Denmark.

In Sep 2017 I received a mail from them asking for the item list and arrival time is expected to be on 16th Oct 2017, which I found to be odd. After talking to the local UAE company it become evident that Movecorp had received all the needed information, so I didn't replied to their request.

Then on 18 Oct 2017 they wrote me if I don't provide the list then it MIGHT delay the custom clearance, to which I replied on 19th with the list.

Finally I got a confirmation that everything is now ok and ready for delivery if I pay 350 pound, which one hour later they changed to 300 pound.

I asked what is this for and I've been told because of delay in providing the list of goods which was announced earlier is subject to 100 pound per day.

From this moment until now I had repeatedly asked for documentation for occurred charges e.g. proof of the actual time ship arrived, when their team got engaged in customer work, and even why when saying MIGHT delay the process informed on 18th means not yet happened so please explain.

Story short they have not provided a single proof to back up their calculation and even sender has several times wrote them why in first place they chased the customer for the same information they had already still left unanswered.

In addition Movecorp informed me, as this was a part shipment, another customer even covered the cost for any delays so should I too...thinking then sounds like double dip and charging me for fees they can't prove.

As long as sound evidences not provided for when clock started for custom inspection I can't see my self in position to pay any unjustifiable fee and on top of that and because of this dispute they have threatened me with more storage charges.

Movecorp fraudulent charges

We hired Inter-movers in the US to move our items from the US to UK. We were unfortunately consigned to Movecorp to pick up our items from port and deliver them to our house. Our items arrived at port on September 1st. After chasing them for a month as to where our items were and when we would get them, (and also stressing that there were very important documents we needed - stupid mistake letting them know were were desperate), we finally received confirmation that Movecorp was in possession of our items. We were sent this email (which I see based on other reviews is standard for them):

###Your consignment has now cleared customs and is being unloaded into our depot on the 3rd of October 2017.
Unfortunately there is a port fee outstanding on the goods which total £425.00. The charge is due to a random customs inspection which has also resulted in the container incurring demurrage and quay rent whilst undergoing the inspection conducted on the container. The inspection is carried out based on a random selection process which I'm afraid, we have no control over. Kindly note that this charge must be paid prior to arranging your delivery.
Kindly note that if we do not hear back from you within 1 week from 3rd October you will begin to incur storage charges based on your overall volume.###

We immediately, and repeatedly, asked them for proof of the incurred charges. Our load was only 284 cubic feet, and we were sharing a container. the port fees and customs inspection charges are ONLINE, and their math simply did not add up. We have chased them for proof repeatedly and still do not have it. They sent me a random gobblygook document from Port Health claiming that was proof of the hold, it wasn't. But it did however have the container number on it. I called Felixstowe and spoke with 3 separate entities to confirm what I had been told by Movecorp. I discovered that our items were not at port as long as Movecorp claimed, and was able to get the amount of the "port fees" and the breakdown of fees for the entire container...among other pieces of information that proved to me that Movecorp has lied to us. For starters, Port Health didn't hold our stuff. The amount of "port fees" was not even close to what they charged us...unless of course we were paying for the entire contents of the container! Remember...we only had 284 cubic feet of a container! Not to mention, customs and destination port charges were included in my payment to Inter-movers. I have repeatedly emailed demanding a refund AND/OR proof that we owed this amount. Of course, we have received nothing useful. Although now that I have been reading other reviews, I see they're just copy and paste emails that are clearly frequently used to send out to upset customers. Thinking of the hundreds of people they have blackmailed/scammed/randsomed - it boggles my mind. I'm not one to sit down and take it, so please feel free to contact me if you want to join in a class action lawsuit. They picked the wrong people to scam.

Also. When the items arrived, I took a picture of the inside of the moving van. 80% of my boxes marked FRAGILE with arrows pointing up were either upside or sideways. Thank God I packed my boxes well. Since I have to put 1 star, the 1 star belongs to the gentlemen who delivered our stuff. They were actually super nice and put everything where it needed to be. They were spot on time, and quick on the job.

Update: After this review was posted, I received a called from one of the partners of Movecorp. I was finally given all the information (which I knew from other sources, but their customer rep wasn't giving me) and he heard me out. In the end we were able to come to a compromise on the issues at hand, and I was refunded some money. I still have issues with this situation: Our stuff landed on Aug 31st. Was stuck in customs because of someone elses stuff in the container had a customs paperwork issue. Released on from customs on Sept 19th, and then not picked up by Movecorp until September 28th. So literally none of it was my fault. I didn't receive a full refund, but I met them close to the middle. I appreciate the call, and the partial refund, but there is a serious issue with logistics that is going to hurt this company in the long run if it isn't sorted. Also, their customer rep couldn't help herself with the inappropriate emails trying to deflect information requests and who was at fault...when we both knew the truth. I hope that customer feedback will help their HR decisions. I've reorganize businesses for a living. This one could use an outside consultant. I would suggest this young lady find a new line of work. Lying to customers is never ok, let alone responding to them as she did. I personally wouldn't use this company again. But I do hope...that maybe they will learn something from this. ___________________________________________________________________

It's interesting to see what other people have experienced with movecorp. We moved within the UK three years ago now. When we arrived at new house we were told that unless we paid another £500.00 are furniture would not be unloaded. We duly paid after having had a very long day and just wanting to get our furniture off lorry. These people were given a thorough breakdown of everything we had and quoted accordingly. When I saw the very small lorry they sent and also the state of it I remember thinking our stuff wouldn't all fit in there and indeed would it even get there at all. However I decided that the movecorp had obviously calculated everything and knew more than I did about moving furniture.. Not only did we have to pay the additional £500.00 but there pieces of furniture that were broken! A small buttonback nursing chair had a leg broken. Various pieces of very expensive pottery broken. Scratches, dents on other pieces. I was very stressed at the time and just glad to be in our new home, and realised that I would not be able to argue the point with this company. So decided to lose the £500.00. However the reason I am writing this is to highlight this companies behaviour and to notify other people so that they can make an informed choice. I for one will never use this company again. I have also read other people's reviews, which weren't available at the time. I feel very sorry for people who have moved internationally and had worse problems than me.

Movecorp unprofessional company

Worst experience ever. Can't describe how angry I am. And how disappointing it is...
I didn't get any update, your customer service is silent like fish and never answered my questions, which means they get their money for nothing. They didn't notify about anything. It's you who have to call them and ask.
Impossible to get any information about a schedule.
Sometimes it seems they are not aware of absolutely anything they provide and of the way to do their job.
Never experienced anything worse than dealing with this horrible company.

Movecorp part removal

My part load was collected on 7 december 2016, and I was told that although no actual date for delivery could be given, it wood not take more than three months. On 7 March, I emailed to follow up on my delivery as I had not heard anything. The response was immediate, but the goods were still in the UK. Final delivery was actually 5th April...already late! Given that full payment is immediate, and that Movecorp had all my items, I felt completely vulnerable in my position to demand my rights.

However, my biggest complaint is that the packing of the items (that I paid for) was completely unprofessional and inappropriate, resulting in damage to my goods, and in addition part of my expendable table were lost. A chandelier was dumped into a plastic bag with no bubble wrap, and got broken; a painting with a glass cover and frame was boxed, and again no bubble wrap - luckily this did not smash! the table arrived with two essential parts missing and was completely scratched, another painting broken due to no proper packing )as in, it was with several other items in a box without any bubblewrapping...the delivery people this end, who were amazingly professional in every aspect, said that they could not believe how our stuff was completely squashed into the container in a totally unprofessional way and requested we opened everything in front of them. I sent photos of damaged goods, complained, and was referred to a manager who has never provided an explanation, an apology or even any solution. I got offered 40GBP per damaged or lost item, that does not in any way cover the cost to replace and fix the items. This was totally their fault, not an accident, so how will their insurance company see this? I also have no compensation for the months of waiting for my items. Loss and damage due to poor packing (that they did!). Now in August, I still have NO response, NO compensation, NO explanations...other than they had put a call out to recover the two parts from the table. I totally DO NOT recommend these people. I would request a refund on the delivery, given the damage, delays and clear lack of customer care by management.

Movecorp transfer uk to spain - seriously unprofessional and inexperienced

Our relocation from Melbourne to Madrid was contracted with ChessMoving who assigned Movecorp as the local company for the section UK to Madrid.
Our Experience with Movecorp is absolutely disapointing, several customers have reported the same issues in their previous reviews.

- Lack of update - we have never got any information unless we asked for it. Some essential questions (i.e. delivery time, contact to address our complain...) are never answered.
- Obvious delay - timeframes indicated through a templated email which has probably not been updated since years creating absolutely inappropriate expectations.
- No defined schedule, no defined pathway - Movecorp seems not to be able to provide any information regarding who, when and how things will be transported.
- You pay everything and then they will do when they want/can.

This is clearly unprofessional and unexperienced company, we are still waiting them to make any visible progress, so I hope this review will help other customers to select a better way when transferring their belongings.

Movecorp moving

If you want a summary of my story, my suggestion is go away from this company!. If you want the full story, keep reading. I used this company to move from london to rome. The moving was pretty easy, they were 27 boxes, 2 tv and 1 home theather (All in the original boxes, since they were xmas gifts). It was a total of less than 3 cubic meters. After an initial quote, I asked for an insurance due to be sure that everything would be arriving. I paid both moving and insurance prior to moving and a couple of days before I was contacted by them to be informed that the mover they were using (Yes, they don't do moving directly, they use third parties services) couldn't put all boxes on one platform, so I had to pay more. Obviously I didn't, and after a day they contacted me again telling that it was not necessary. They specified the day of collection, but not the time. So, after waiting from 8 am, they arrived at 17:30. I helped them to load the truck (Even if on the conditions they should have done it, since I live on the first floor). The delivery had the same problem. They told me a day (A friday), I was home, and they didn't come. One day of holiday lost. Called my contact person and she was on holiday. The colleague told me that on monday morning someone would have called me for the new delivery. Other day at home, noone called. Other chasing, no news. On tuesday morning I was called from an italian courier informing me that in 30 minutes they would have delivered. I run at home asking for help. They arrived after 2 hours. The tv (50 inches) was on the platform on a side, and they used it as base for other boxes!. Both tv and home theather boxes have heavy damages on the boxes and the main tv lcd is totally broken. Some other boxes reported damages but they were dresses or not fragile items. After contacting the company, they informed me that since they didn't pack the stuff the insurance cover only fire or loss. It seems that since they don't pack (Asking money for it) they're authorized to don't take care of the boxes. Something is a damage due to the a fragile item, something is taking a fragile item in his original box and use it as base for other boxes! In my opinion is bad handling. However, both manager the sales person involved were lacking of professional ethic. I'm just proceeding with a legal action. Beyond the cost of the tv itself, I really don't like being fooled by people that don't take their job seriously using the fact that often the cost of the legals is less than the item broken. Ah, just to be fair, they offered me a refund of "40 gbp" as good will from their side! Ridicoulous, since it doesn't cover neither half of the insurance I paid for having a working tv!

...and who were chosen because of the apparent esteem in which they are held by these august bodies, have, so far, been disturbingly unprofessional.

If you are sitting comfortably, then I’ll begin.

September 2015 Movecorp was contacted and asked to provide a quotation for removing goods and furniture from central Italy to central England. The received price was agreed, as were the proposed collection and delivery dates and volume.

By December 2015 the final volume of goods to be transported was double that for which we had received a quotation and Movecorp were advised, and they revised their quotation. Surprisingly, the price for the increased volume was calculated on a pro-rata basis rather than as an extra amount, by volume. The initial cost of loading and unloading would understandably be doubled, but the cost of the “road-train” vehicle, apart from a few extra gallons, or litres, of fuel, would not, I imagine, be increased pro-rata, as much of the cost, profit, paperwork, staff and original cost of the vehicle had already been covered in the earlier quotation. Time was running out, so discussions were not entered into nor objections raised. The quoted price was accepted and the volume was agreed.
The quotation was for the removal of some 493 boxes and various items of furniture.
On the agreed collection date the Movecorp crew arrived, and despite their office being advised of the width of the gateway, roadway and the length of the drive the moving van was too large to be able to negotiate the entrance. It was obvious that some 493 trips with loaded boxes plus furniture was not achievable by the two crew members so I hired a local labourer with a van in order to assist.
Because of the concerns regarding the volume of goods, a sketch of the already partially loaded vehicle was made and a calculation of volume was noted.
Once the goods were removed from my address in Italy the agreed delivery date was amended by Movecorp and a new volume of goods, measured by Movecorp was charged for. I objected to this as I had taken the precaution of measuring the height width and depth

of the space in the van occupied by my goods. I also objected to the change of date as we had a firm, paid for, contractual agreement and as we were removing to empty premises it was impossible for two persons in their mid 70’s to sleep on the floor. Movecorp “would see what they could do” regarding the delivery date. It was claimed that it was impossible to
change the date so we had to find alternative accommodation. For the duration of the removal process we had arranged a holiday. This change of delivery date effectively negates the contract, and all implied terms and conditions.
On the day of delivery with two vans and four crew members it became very apparent that the antique furniture had been very roughly treated, so much so that the Movecorp crew were considerably embarrassed, took numerous photographs which they sent by email to their office, and showed me two hatched delivery notes with many ticks or obliterations, signifying perhaps agreed loading/ unloading/ reloading of goods and items. There were numerous blank spaces or crosses on the two hatched delivery sheets as well as various items with a “x2” beside them. Enquiries on the day by the crew members to their office and subsequently by myself via email have failed to elicit a proper response or explanation. Both the four-man crew and I agreed that ticks or lines or cancellations in the form of shading or hatching usually suggested an affirmative, a “yes”, an agreement, whilst a blank or an “X” suggests a negative, a “no”. As there were many more of the apparent “yes”s/ ticks/ and cancellations than there were of the blank spaces, the possible/ probable negatives or “no”s, and as no advice or suggestion regarding their relevance was given by the Movecorp office, this interpretation was agreed by all parties. Unhappily, curiously, Movecorp appear to have destroyed these two very important and relevant sheets and are unable to provide copies..
Fortunately there were some 17 “yellow” delivery sheets, compiled at the time of collection, carbon copies of the loading sheets created in Italy on the day of collection and loading of the “road-train”. These sheets were used to note the goods being delivered in England as each box had a printed, or hand-written Movecorp number.
During the course of the unloading it became obvious that several boxes had two Movecorp identifying numbers, there were many boxes that had duplicated numbers and some had alternative delivery addresses. This of course caused confusion as it was impossible to be certain what was being delivered. I had recorded the general contents of the boxes when they were being filled in Italy, and had given my numbers to these boxes. Movecorp numbered the furniture. Upon subsequent unpacking it was possible to check both numbers, my own and those of Movecorp, so that, again, a clear understanding of all goods, packed, collected and delivered could be achieved. However it was not possible to determine which of my allotted numbers corresponded to Movecorp’s given numbers where boxes were missing, lost or stolen because in these cases both numbers had been lost.
Initial requests for clarification resulted in the suggestion that as no “left over” items remained in the Movecorp store, than nothing could have been lost. Obviously with the deliberate duplication of numbers and delivery addresses numerous items could, and have, been misplaced, lost or stolen. The suggestion, or possibility, of deliberate misappropriation of goods is reinforced by the number of items incorrectly described, 31 out of 493.

MOVECORP – 3
Quite apart from the actual loss of boxes, some 82 out of 493, some 17% from the Movecorp “yellow” sheets, many securely packed items were seriously damaged, destroyed and smashed.
Carefully packed pictures, mirrors and crockery if dropped on an even keel will survive, but if smashed down on a corner or edge the resulting damage is extreme. This of course reflects a lack of care which is inherent and implicit in any removal contract and is quite apart from the obvious replacement or insurance value of the goods that have been lost or stolen. .
Almost every piece of furniture, 33 out of 34 entrusted to Movecorp was destroyed, damaged, gouged or scratched. Photographs have been taken and restoration estimates are being prepared. All the furniture items were marked with a condition code which suggests that wooden trunks were missing arms and legs (conditions 1 and 6) and that most furniture was missing the corners (condition 3). The actual condition of the antique items was that they had been used during the one or two hundred years of their existence, had been used in a “stately home”, a “listed” building, as objects of antiquity which obviously included wear. However, the actual damage caused in transit is obviously new, it shocked the removal crew, hence their photographs, and the gouges and scratches have no infill of either dirt, stain or polish.
All the metal shelving was securely bundled and itemised in some 35 lots. Many bundles had been burst apart and considerable damage was sustained. Evidential photographs were taken by the delivery crew and forwarded electronically to the Movecorp office.
A clear copy of the original top sheet of the collection notes has been obtained and it is apparent that various details were filled in after collection, Container, Seal Number, CREW and at least Total Item Number. Sheet itemising items 391 – 420 has reversed the addresses, apparently collecting from UK for delivery to Italy, and on all sheets the required City has been omitted.
Item numbers between 481 and 493 are missing from the collection/delivery lists.
This blog should be viewed in conjunction with the MOVECORP CLAIM listing of anomalies.
A civil action, under the duty of care statutes is being prepared for the loss, damage, inconvenience and personal distress, discomfort and dismay, and a police investigation has been requested in relation to the possibility of deliberate misappropriation or, theft of some 83 boxes of goods.

Movecorp all dirty and all furniture kicked in different places

moved my house from UK to Barcelona. It was a real disaster. Part move to be cheaper and end up being a nightmare. They decided to send me the stuff in 2 terms, because the calculate the volume wrong. First delivery August and second in OCTOBER!. All dirty and all furniture kicked in different places. Sticker with my name all over the place on furniture surface! incredible unprofessionals. Now the claim came short. They only pay 40 pound per stuff...even if they destroy it! I do not recommend them at all. Do not pay in advance! Please take another quotation. they quote cheaper but end up being very very expensive and painful

Movecorp this company increased the price and hasn't delivered two boxes on time

I needed to send 2 boxed to USA from UK. I decided to use Movecorp International. They quoted that it would cost me £75. I delivered my boxes and they changed the price suddenly. I was ready to pay any sum, because I needed to ship these boxes ASAP. I have paid £107 for the shipping. I called to my father and told that he would get the order within 2 weeks. He recently called me and argued that he got nothing. The company also doesn’t provide any news.
