I have been a Motosports customer for going on 3 years. We have a competitive Mid East Hare Scramble race team in 3 divisions that we are legitimate contenders for wins every race week. MotoSport Great first experience with MotoSport

I ordered OEM shocks and a fender for my Honda ATV. They had what I needed in stock. Got a yellow fender by mistake instead of a green one. Probably my fault. Melanie in Customers Service was great. Handled my return and sent me the right fender very, very quickly. Next time I need parts they will get my business. Plus their price beat everyone else. Cant ask for more than that.

MotoSport Great customer service

I just wanted to thank Craig Allen. He was very polite & profesional. He helped me out with an order I placed. I thought I was going to get hassled about returning a part I ordered. It was the exact opposite, he resolved my problem in a timely manner at no cost to me. Motorsport backs up their products & I will not hesitate to make future purchases from them. Thanks again Craig. I will be cruzin my UTV this weekend.

MotoSport 11/10! To whom it may concern

I have ordered many parts in the last 2 weeks. All of which came before they were supposed to arrive. One part being a rear dirtbike tire. Come to find out, I ordered the wrong size, so I reordered another one on a Monday, and received it on Thursday. I want to thank James Mulick for his wonderful and most helpful customer service. If anyone with a higher position at Motosport reads this, you should thank James for being a great employee in his Customer service work. Most satisfied with Motorsport and Mr. Mulick. 11/10!

MotoSport Gave it a try despite iffy reviews

I had done some research on this website when I was looking to buy a new motorcycle helmet. The specific helmet I wanted was on average about $290. I found the exact helmet on Motosport's website for $160. Due to the price being significantly lower than more reputable places, I was concerned. The reviews were okay and seemed to be very specific to one particular person and their experience with the biggest issue being slow shipping or not having the item.
I ordered my helmet online and received it 3 days later without any issues (I live in CA and had it shipped there). The helmet was exactly what I ordered, I got it way sooner than I expected, and I saved $130.
I would recommend!

Update on previous review- A manager made things right by selling me a new un-damaged top-case cheaper for the damaged one I bought, returned, and re-bought from a 3-rd party seller. It's unfortunate that I had to take it this far- but Colton at MotoSport really came thru. I would definitely give them a second chance and recommend others.

MotoSport Omg! Don't ever buy a bike from these guys!

Bought I bike assured runs
They could NOT get it running
They said it starts and runs

I'm a regular long term customer
I trusted them

Couldnt get it to start

Took it to Ducati dealer
I never touched it

*** dollar bill

Those mother $#*!ers won't help me at all because after I was there all day waiting for it to start I had to get out of dodge before rush hour

I trusted their word

They made two grand off my trade in

Zack us a piece of $#*!
General manager - Mike, would return my call

Call me at ***687 before you buy

Oh I did return my call - same bull$#*!

It was not advertised as 'as is'
After waiting all day - for them to start it - I had to leave and trusted them it starts - then they at it's 'as us ' on the way out the door

It's not their fault - but they won't support a poor guy who spent every cent he has on a bike - at retail value - fir a bike that costs more to get it started than the sales price

I'm hitting the news, market pkace news and will stream my legal action

What a disappointment!

MotoSport The worst 4 month experience on a single order

I have 4 months of wasted time, a headache from just thinking about this, and the over priced garbage item I added for reduced shipping. I did not get one of the items i actually wanted. Every time I contacted them they acted like they solved my problem with one email and asked me to contact them again even though often they didn't answer my question. I had to contact them by email 18 times and tried once by chat on their website. The following is my nightmare experience. May 7 I placed the order. May 14 I had to inquire into the status and was told their ETA was on May 22. May 30 I still had no info on my order. When I inquired again I was told all of a sudden that there was no ETA on the items and apparently the ETA originally given means nothing because it is just an estimate. June 15 I had received no information about my order so I inquired again. I was told that they were still waiting on a needle to ship the package and that ETA (that I've previously been told means nothing) would be July 1.
July 4 I inquired again. July 8 They said again that ETAs mean nothing and that they could split the order or remove the needle they were waiting on. I requested for the needle to be removed. July 20 they ship only one item that was an over priced item I added just to get the $14.99 shipping. Though they charged my account for everything. I never received a shipping confirmation for anything but the one item. They claimed they shipped everything and that I only would get charged if they shipped the items. The borderfree shipping page said they shipped everything besides 2 needles. I asked why and apparently they are waiting on both needles even though they said they were waiting on only one. I ask for the other needle to be removed from my order as well. July 27th I got the overpriced item but still no info on any other items. I inquired August 1st and on August 4th they said that the shipment hasn't moved since July 17th and they would get back to me. August 8th said they would give me a refund on the items they didn't ship and if I wanted the items that I would have to order again.

MotoSport Damaged item/poor customer service - extremely delayed response.

I purchased a KTM Adventure top case from Motosport which was over $500. It arrived with a dent so I immediately called customer service. I left several messages without a reply. Finally someone contacted me after several weeks who asked me to take pictures of the damaged case. I was offered a discount (initially $50) or return. I thought that a $50 discount on a $500 case was ridiculous and suggested a more significant discount (via email back and forth) but after "extensive discussion" the most they would discount was $60.

I needed this case for a 1500 mile ride that I had planned for months, and communication back and forth with Motosport just ate up time (literally 3 weeks). I ended up returning the case and got a full refund.

Several weeks later however- I find the EXACT same dented case for sale online for $300?!?!?!? I guess Motosport did not care about the customer and just liquidated their damaged goods to a third-party vendor.

This was HORRIBLE customer service and shady business dealing.

MotoSport Factory effex honda backpack

Ordered a Factory Effex Honda Backpack on 12/19/16 gave it to my 18 year old son as a Christmas gift he used it twice and it ripped. Contact MotoSport on 1/16/17 and received and email back stating it is wear and tear! Really we had it less than a month! Absolutely horrible that they don't stand behind their products. But they were so kind to offer me 20% to buy a replacement-- no thanks!

I would have been happy if they replaced the product maybe our was defective or a credit on the website however at this point I will accept nothing less the my money back.

MotoSport Will never buy from them again and would recommend nobody else does

The website does have a large selection of parts needed for my ATV and for ATV riding. However, worst customer service ever, as well as false advertising. Here is my story:

They advertised a tire and wheel package. Meaning if I purhased a tire, and wheel (the rim the tire goes on) together, they would come mounted (the tire would be delivered on the wheel). So I went ahead and purchased 2 tires and 2 wheels, assuming they would come ready to put on my ATV.

I received a cal from Josh, after my item shipped. He said that due to an error, they tires were shipped not mounted on the wheels. So I would be receiving 2 wheels and 2 tires separate. Admirably, he said if I got them mounted at a shop, to call him and Motosport.com would pay for it. So I thought that was cool.

However, after paying $50 to have them mounted, in which they ended up deflating, but that is another story, I called Josh numerous times. He never answered, never returned my messages. I called Motosport asking for Josh, he was never available. I asked other customer service reps, and they said I would have to talk to Josh. I even faxed them the invoice on numerous occasions. I called and faxed for about 2 months. In the end, I never got what I paid for, and was lied to. Will never buy from them again and would recommend nobody else does. At least they could have manned up to their mistake.

I was in a hurry to get a rear tire, site states they have a warehouse on the West Coast (Oregon), so I figured it would arrive quickly.
I put my order in sunday. Monday am (west coast) I get email that the package was shipping. By monday evening UPS still hadnt received the package. I called Motosport customer service, their answer was "UPS has the package, maybe they havent updated yet". Well, I deal a lot with UPS, if its shipping 8am, and by midnight they havent scanned it, then they dont even have it.
I ask where the package is shipping from, they said Kentucky. I then said how by ground will it get here by friday. Your site says you have a warehouse in Oregon. Well, they dont anylonger. I would have ordered from a west coast place and not gotten dicked around.

Customer service said "check again tonight" to which I replied then you havent even sent it, and it wont be here by friday.

Their response was "we only give an ""estimated"" time". And sure enough, I was right, as UPS did get the package until sometime tuesday afternoon, and it still sitting at the hub, and now wont be here until monday.

I wont be dealing with them ever again.

The site says the fixed price international shipping when you order more than $ 99 is not so. When you pay added taxes. These taxes do not. Bad business deal with them.
