Well i bought online a scooter from motorxtremes.com in oklahama and the guys name is kevin ragsdale. Firstly it took more then a month for my scooter to arrive and when it arrived, they send me the wrong parts, and that took me more than a month to get back and as was promised on the website, it was not assembled and tested and they don't pick your calls. then they delayed on my title and when i got my title, it cant be registered in florida, but they said it can be registered in all 52states and finally when i got my title done, i noticed my rear rim is smaller than my front rim. On the website it was suppose to be both 17inch rims, but i got one 17 and one 14inch rims. when i called them, no one picked up. and when i send email, they take ages to reply and gave me nonsense saying it was good for stability. Well now they are saying that they have a section in their website saying that its ok for them to have a typo error on their specification and its up to them if they feel like refunding yr money or just selling u with the same price. I got cheated and if anyone plan to buy from this site, pls don't as you will definately go through what i went through. And if u see something on the website and they give u something else, then u don't have a choice as they are allowed to make typo error.

biggest piece of junk i have ever purchased! purchased a trail hammer that operated good for 5 min, that's it! it is of my personal opinion that you will be better off to not do business with this company! on a lighter note i did find a good use for my son's " Trail Hammer" that won't let you down, or Disappoint you. that we get great use out of, TARGET PRACTICE !

I am a mother of 4 younger children that saved for 2 years to be able to buy all 4 of my children a Atv for christmas 2008. I found reliable atvs and called and spoke with Kannin, he is a smooth talker. I purchased 4 units in the 1st week of October. Kannin gave me around about date that the units would arrive and I was over joyed. Well the date came and went, I called and I received only 2 units (which came in a crate that was then also cardboarded, no way to actually view the units when they were quickly dropped off.) I called and after much frustration I received my last 2 units in the 3rd week of November. When we uncrated the 1st 2 units they were all scrapped and scratched up looked poorly. So I did as I was told and had the paperwork that I was faxed filled out and faxed back and was waiting on replacement parts. The last 2 units were in worse shape than the first 2 units. One of the units had only pieces hundreds of pieces of the plastic body, the other one had a busted frame. So I called I was given a False Fed Ex # (on 3 seperate occasions by Kannin) that was supposedly my parts coming. No later than Christmas Eve (wow for units I ordered in October) so I called and spoke with Kevin on Christmas Eve, l was very upset at this point I found friends and family to fix 3 of the units atleast enough to be ridden on Christmas day. But my 9 year old had one that looked like it came from a junkyard. Kevin informed me that I should just explain to the child what happened and she should understand why she didnt get a 4 wheeler like her siblings, and when I disagreed and was heartbroken. Kevin went on to tell me that I was being disrespectful to him and his family, which he stated that Kannin is his brother and Kevin and his family were on their family vacation for the holidays and he was taking time from his famiy to deal with my drama. Now it is 1 year and 1 month later and you know I have had to have 2 units frames welded and 1 starter replaced and 1 has never started on its own. And I am still waiting on my parts. And you know I did have to explain to my child on Christmas day what happened and know she didnt love me anyless for the fact that I didnt have anything else of any magnatude to give her like her siblings got but I have since made sure I have had her Junk made into something decent. Reliable Atvs or Kannin and Kevin by any other name are the poorest excuse for human beings that I have encountered in my 32 years of life. Please people dont be taken as fool like I was. Take your buisness to a honest company. Thank you.

All I can say is that we had the worst experience EVER from this company! They sent the wrong unit, then didn't want to send the right one until we sent back the wrong one- which we would not do, after all the trouble, never answered phone calls, never gave us order confirmation, then said they were going to turn us in for the trouble WE caused them! We finally got the correct unit, which was supposed to be an upgrade, but it is junk! First time out, the chain came off, then we had to eliminate the remote kill because it had a short, half the time we have to jump it to get it started, and basically we are VERY disappointed! I guess you get what you pay for, and we would have been better off paying more to avoid the headache, bad merchandise, and horrible customer service! We do lots on ebay, and have NOTHING but positive reviews, so it is obviously "reliable"atvs ( UNreliable to us ) that are the problem!

CR2MotorSports Response to A. Rivas comlaint Responce:

In fairness to CR2 aka Halfpricescooters.com Kevin and Kannin have been avaliable to all of our calls and have been working towards resolution, noresults to date 2 weeks since delivery.

Facts:
The scooter came damaged
We called and spoke with Kevin within 15 min of delivery, scooter still in the create
Sign off, the driver put it on the ground said sign here and was gone
No signed title came with the bike
Minor damage to almost every body component, faring, seat, body, frount fender, mirrors

Resolution Plan:
So far a phone agreement stating that CR2 will send replacement parts for all damaged parts on our list, touch up paint, and a new signed title. No plan for repair shop costs recovery, we still need to work this out.

Attitude:
Very pleasent except during first conversations where tempers flared.
Easy to reach
Says what we want to hear

Resolution:
No steps taken to date 28/09

Question:
Who will pay for the body parts and paint restoration.

Comment:
Kevin states that every scooter that is sold get looked at prior shipping from his business
This scooter was drop shiped from 3rd party vendor located in California, was this scooter actually inspected? Damage does not look shippong related except for damage to paint where keys were left in the lock and rubbed paint.

Note to Kevin: Would love to clear this up and write a very positive comment for you, you have been very professional in conversation please follow up.

As far as slander basher, I have a unsigned title and pictures of an actual scooter purchased and a receipt can you honestly say that you have proof of purchase? If so thank you for your comment it gives up hope.

Over all experience: fair to not happy. Would like to be happy

I ordered from motoxtremes and had no problems, although I would be hesitant to believe the two companies are not related. Try this go to reliableatvs.com a "site by CR2motorsports" click on any machine and click purchases, the click terms and conditions, scroll down to the bottom of that page and what do you see? © 2007. Motorxtremes, LLC.

So the BBB is apparently fooled by the change of ownership and address giving the former co. a "F" rating, but it's the same game, same machines, and the same people they just did a little re-arranging to sidestep the BBB, and the attorney general, if anyone has problem I would reccomend this course of action, call you CC company and stop payment on the machine, call the attorney general of OKC. These guys appear to be professional scam artists so don't allow yourself to be taken. Buy locally.

CR2MotorSports Response to A. Rivas comlaint -
The unit did come in damaged due to shipping damage... the plastic had some scratches and the seat had a small tear in it. The MCO was sent with the bike and was not signed as it should have been. This was a honest mistake which the signed MCO has already been sent. The problem here is that they wanted us to come pick up the unit after they had signed off and accepted the unit. Even if you document that there is possible damage or is damage and still sign and accept the freight then it is yours. It is very cut and dry how we operate on our website under our Shipping and Warranty page. You can file a claim for the damage but you also have the right to refuse any product that is shipped due to damage. By the way, CHECK OUT THE "MCO REQUEST" FORM which states verbatim, "Since your unit is being shipped to you by a third-party trucking company, we must insure that you have received your unit prior to processing and sending you a title. One great thing about our company is that this service is provided to you at absolutely no charge to you. That's right, MCO request and processing is free!
To request your MCO and Bill of Sale, simply fill out the following request form our in full and we will process your request. MCO processing requires 3 to 5 business days to complete."
This is the process for receiving a Bill of Sale and MCO. We do not state that you will receive your MCO and Bill of Sale upon receiving your unit. We do have their damaged parts due to shipping damage are being sent out this week March 23rd - 25th.
CR2MOTORSPORTS IS NOT AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY WITH MOTORXTREMES!

CR2MotorSports has a new name HalfPriceScooters.com. Kevin and Kannin are still there. We purchased a scooter that came in poor condition, poor paint and running boards that were malformed. The bell ringer is the title was not usable due to not being signed. I called and ended up in a verbal confrontation with Kevin, in which he fell back to attempting to attack my character and demanding a 15% restocking fee. After multiple phone calls Kevin agreed that there was something wrong with the title and that since there is a problem with the paint we could send it back. This is day one, by reading complaints listed by others about this company I expect there to be further problems. More to come, in fairness to HalfPriceScooters.com I will post again if they live up to their word.

We had purchased from Motorextremes 2 years ago and tried to order another bike from them at Christmas 2008. When we were unable to see any product on their website we shopped around and found another atv company out of OKC, OK Reliableatvs.com. Yes, Kannin used to work for Motorextremes but now he does work for Reliableatvs. These are 2 seperate companies and I know this because we had done our research to make sure this company was legitimate. It is under a completely different owner and when asked if Kannin worked for MotorXtremes he had no problem letting us know that yes he did but left the company when it went out of business in 2008. If you look at the Better Business Bureau CR2MotorSports started in January 2007 not 2008. We had a good business transaction from CR2 and with a small issue when we first received our unit for Christmas and was willing to help get us a part for our unit that we had purchased from Motorextremes 2 years ago.

Wanted to let everyone know that it has come to my attention that motorxtremes has now changed its name to reliable ATVs or a co name of CR2 motorsports...Kannin is still apart of the operation and might even be running things now...so same people, same cheating and lying just a different name...thought people should know!

DONT DO IT
I bought an ATV from them 1 year ago Christmas, never worked, dumped another 400.00 to make it work and they told me the rear axle was bent and the motor was not machined correctly so chances were it would never work. I called "SKEETER" he told me to fax over my repair bills, i did, next time i called because the damn thing still wouldn't run, he told me to send in the motor. So I did. They have had that for a year too. It is to the point now where they won't return phone calls, or emails and i can never talk to a person. I have a trailhammer sitting in the shed that is a hunk of junk and never ridden!

You think you got ripped off .I still have a junk ATV sitting in my garage fro Dec 5 2008 that never worked. It was an XMAS gift for my 11 year old . Kevin promised in April 22 of 2008 to send a truck and switch out a new one for this junk per his email to me .Never heard back again .I have over 800 emails that I send daily ever since . If you paid with a credit card put in a dispute and get your money back .BEWARE OF MOTORXTREMES AND KEVIN RAGSDALE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN ...
