In late October of 2008 I paid for parts for my son's car. By the end of November he was trying to find where they were. In late November he was told they were on back order. After many attempts over the ensuing weeks to either get the parts shipped or a refund there has been silence since Feb. 2009. Motorweb promised a refund but now they won't even respond.

bout a set of of coilovers for my car on october 13 2008. the item was never shipped so i cancled the order and have yet to recieve a refund. the companies phone doesn't work and neither does the email.
I also ordered 4 tires from Motorweb.com back on Jan. 22/09. Only 2 tires were shipped but paid in full for all 4!
I tried to e-mail them & phone since Feb 9 & NO answer & now their phones have been out of service for almost 1 month :-(
Doing a charge back with Master Card. Stay away from Motorweb.com !!!
