Motorhouse.co.uk / poor quality of workmanship
I took my vehicle in for repair to my drivers side door paint work and to replace existing door handles. I received a telephone call and was informed that my car was ready for collection. I asked if the drivers door had been touched up and I was informed that they didn't know anything about the door being painted but assured me that this problem would be rectified. Two hours later I received another telephone call to collect my completed car. As I am registered disabled it wasn't until I returned home that my husband noticed that the drivers side door had still not been completed. Due to the very disappointing and shoddiness in which I have been dealt with I fell extremely unhappy and therefore my only course of action was to inform you so you then can deal with this matter in a more satisfactory way.
