Motor and Mower Supply / poor customer service
When I ordered some mower parts from this business, I actually brought them to the store. The "owner" looked at the parts and ordered them for me. It took about two weeks and they called and said the parts were in. I picked them up and took them home. When I opened the box, I found out that the parts were completely wrong. I then called the store to let them know. They said they would call me the next day with more information on the right parts. I then began searching online and I found the parts direct from the dealer at half the price they charged me for. I took the parts back to get a refund and the "owner" refused to give me my refund or even exchange for different parts that I needed. He then told me to leave his shop. Is this normal? Why have people lost touch with customer service and satisfaction. I work in a customer service and I would have tried anything to make sure the customer was pleased and would come back again.
