MotoBuys.com failure to provide mso/mco for street legal motorcycle

Bought a Bashan BSR Dual Sport motorcycle on 11/26/2018. Delivered 12/3/2018. That same day I called "Bob" and requested MCO/MSO and Bill of Sale needed for title and registration. Called "Bob" again on 12/17/2018 for the paperwork. Very rude on the phone claiming I never requested anything, then hung up on me. As of 12/26/2018 never received any paperwork. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered a rim and tire from this place and Spoke with a guy named Sam Hale.. He sold me the rim and was very rude and short on the phone.. I asked for a return label and when I recieved it, it said just a dick before my name!? He also hung up on me.. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life from a business! The supervisor didnt seem to care at all when I informed him and told me that I need to treat the salesman better and it was me that was the problem.. No apologies or any compassion! Never buy from this company! NEVER AGAIN!

MotoBuys.com bob is a worthless piece of [censor]

This company should be out if business soon. No way a company can conduct business the way Bob treats people. Like the other people said. Once Bob gets your money you are screwed, doesn't return phone calls or emails. And more than likely Bob will send what ever color he feels like it. They guy has several law suits against him found on public records. Buyers beware! Took my money and ran

MotoBuys.com service

Do not buy from MotoBuys. This company is a fraud and the salesman Bob is rude and arrogant. He will not let you speak, will talk over you. Once this company has your money forget getting any kind of service after that. He would not call us back or email us. We asked for a cancellation confirmation. He hung up on us and cursed us, he told us that he did not need our [censored]ing money. This company should not be in business.

MotoBuys.com Purchased scooter, never received mso bill of sale

its been 4 months and 15 calls later, (literally), with continued lies and horrible customer service, and I still have no MSO or bill of sale to license my scooter. The supposed manager just yells at you and then hangs up the phone on you. I wouldn't suggest that anyone purchase from this company or website. Just google them, there are many many many complaints for the exact same thing. Someone should take their business license.

I also made the mistake of ordering from a picture online, I ordered a black and creme bike and received a grey and white one., when i told them, they had me send pictures and said, "wow, thats crazy" and acted like they didnt have grey and white ones.

This customer is not being truthful. I am from Motobuys. He got his MSO and filled it out incorrectly. A new has one been ordered from the factory for him. He will get it soon. The MSO's are produced by the factory, not Motobuys.

MotoBuys.com Very disappointed with MotoBuys.

I have ordered a scooter as a present from www.motobuys.com website and it did not arrived when it was supposed to.
I contacted customer service and they said they had some difficulties with the delivery and said it'll take few extra weeks, I decided to give them a change. Two weeks later I contacted MotoBuys again and asked about my order and they said they need more time. I cancelled my order and soon received my money back. I didn't want to wait any longer and I actually didn't have any time because it was only one week till my son's birthday. Very disappointed with MotoBuys.

MotoBuys.com Sales and customer service

One of the worst companies ever. Do not deal with company. We ordered a go kart and paid extra for assembled model. Company failed to ship that one. It was their mistake and they thought it was ridiculous that we wanted to return it. And who is the customer?

We returned it for a refund, but then they wouldn't give us the full refund because they sent a free helmet with the go kart. We asked them if we could return the helmet and they didn't respond to email. We returned it and then they are not giving us the money back. When we called, they were rude, disrespectful and hung up on us. Finally, they blocked our number which is so childish. We are working on making a complaint to BuySAFE and other websites and hopefully others will see and be warned.

This company consists of a bunch of crooks who are clueless about customer service. I urge everyone to stay clear of the company. Go somewhere else! Save yourself headaches and hassles and mistreatment. Nothing but rude and nasty people working in this company.

I am from Motobuys. This customer ordered a simple kids mini go cart. Very simple to assemble. The factory forgot to put on the roll cage and the lug nuts on the tires, when shipped. We refunded the customer the $99 assembly fee the day they received it. But this customer was demanding we give them more. This is a 1 hour job for any average person. The customer wasnasty, rude and arrogant to our staff. So we told her simply leave it in the crate and we sent out a truck, picked it up, returned it and issued her a full refund. This customer is out nothing. The story about the helmet is a lie! The customer was sent a helmet and they signed for it. It was a $129 MX dot approved off-road helmet. The customer never returned the helmet when the cart was returned and never mentioned it until they got there full refund on the go cart. We deducted the $60 from the refund that they did not return. Only then did they say anything about the helmet. We told them very sorry but we could not take back a worn helmet for sanitary reasons. We require all returns get a return number before we can accept it. Despite personally talking to her about this, they ignored what we told her and mailed the helmet back to a PO box site where only mail is accepted. Again we cant accept used helmets. We offered to dispose of it for her or send it back, whichever she prefers. In this this case there is two sides to this story.
We deeply value our relationships with all our customers and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with us at sales@motobuys.com

Ordered a helmet from www.motobuys.com website and it was supposed to be a birthday present for my son. Helmet did not arrive even though I ordered it long in advance.
They cancelled my order and later I received a refund.
I tried to contact these guys because I wanted to know why did they cancel my order and why they did not contact me, but they ignored me and did not reply. When I called their phone number they did not pick up. Very disappointed with MotoBuys.

MotoBuys.com Customer Service (or lack of) - Electric Go Kart

11/24/2015 - My husband purchased an electronic Go Kart for our children (from Santa). Received the confirmation email from MotoBuys.com 12/13/2015 (week of) - After no word from MotoBuys, he called to find out where the Go Kart was. He was told the Go Kart was at the warehouse and they would contact us with a shipping number when it shipped (within 48 hrs). 12/24/2015 - I called, as we still had not received any communication from MotoBuys or anyone else on the Go Kart, and it was Christmas Eve, the night of Santa's delivery. The gentleman I spoke to sounded astonished the Go Kart had not been received yet. I was told the Go Kart was sent to the warehouse on 11/30/2015. 12/29/2015 - We finally received the Go Kart and rejected the shipment, as the Go Kart was SEVERELY damaged. On the R&L Carriers bill of lading, it was shipped from California on 12/18/2015. I don't know if it got put on a snails back to be delivered, but it doesn't take 10 days to make it from California to Tennessee. 12/30/2015 - I called again and spoke with Joe. He seemed unconcerned that it took over 30 days to receive the Electric Go Kart. His "story" changed multiple times while I was on the phone with him. From stating he wasn't sure if the Go Kart had been on back order or not, to then stating it had been on back order and they weren't received until 12/18 which is why it shipped on that day from the manufacturer (not a warehouse). He only changed what he said after I read from the bill of lading (shipping receipt). I've never had a worst experience with an online retailer, ever! After looking further at the company, I found out their BBB rating has declined and I'm not the only person who's had a bad experience...

This customer review is missing many facts. The customer was clearly informed that the item was on backorder at time of purchase. Customer was given the option to wait for the item or receive a refund on the order date. Customer chose to wait for the item. Customer was clearly informed that the item would NOT arrive before 12/25! No story changed, the item was simply out of stock. When the item was available it was shipped. We ship with Grade A trucklines. However according to the customer the item arrived damaged in shipping. Customer refused the item and they have been granted a full refund as they requested. All of the other claims of no communication is 100% false. At this point, there is nothing more we can do for her as we done and responded to every request. We are disappointed that our efforts did not meet her expectations. As we sell thousands of units per year we try hard to provide stellar customer service to all. Motobuys is confident that our longstanding commitment to satisfy our customers will stand on it's own merits

MotoBuys.com Sells Awful Products and Does Not Inspect or Back Tem

I purchased a 150cc Go Kart from MotoBuys and it came shipped with absolutely no instructions for assembly. This is to help them support the awful warranty they offer on these. They do not inspect them before shipping, so know you will have issues with anything you buy from them.

The go kart came with a blown fuse, non-functioning lights, and the carburetor was incorrectly assembled at the factory. I was forced to send the go kart to a mechanic, who is the one that documented that the carburetor was incorrectly assembled. I have contacted MotoBuys numerous times, and have been hung up on while being transferred to a manager. They now ignore my calls, as they have caller ID (without ever being rude to them). They merely send me warranty documentation stating that they pay no Labor whatsoever (even when they ship a defective item)!

After getting the go kart back from the mechanic, on the very first attempt to ride it, the gear shift linkage broke off from the engine block. THIS GO KART HAS YET TO BE DRIVEN! They won't take a return of a lemon, and just state that I can get parts. Needless to say, they won't be sending a new engine!

This company is impossible to deal with and disconnecting customers when they call to talk to technical help or managers about returns...is just not professional. They hide behind their internet sales. BEWARE AND DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM! You may get a working vehicle, but the people who don't, will be screwed. I am stuck with a $1, 700 item that I can't drive. I have spent $200 to try to even get it working, and may have to pay $400 more for an engine! NOT IF I CAN WIN MY DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD!

MotoBuys.com Have never received my MSO and/or even an invoice for the purchase of my daughter's $1500.00 TrailMaster Youth XRX go cart

Have never received my MSO and/or even an invoice for the purchase of my daughter's $1500.00 TrailMaster Youth XRX go cart. For the past (7) weeks, the General Manager, Bill, has been argumentative and told me that the MSO came with the go cart and I must "not be able to find it". After weeks of back and forth, Bill finally said that he would "forward the request for a duplicate MSO to the factory" and it would take up to two weeks. When three weeks passed with no MSO or invoice, they changed the time frame to 2 to 4 weeks. I then turned my complaint over to the BBB to help me get an MSO and/or an invoice. Most importantly, Michael from their "factory" finally called me and said that they received my request the day before and that they would send the original MSO out in that day's mail. The factory also told me that they DO NOT send a MSO with every purchase as Motobuys.com employees had been telling me for weeks! The factory said that they only send a MSO if the customer calls AFTER the purchase and requests one. I forwarded that disposition from their own factory back to Motobuys.com in an effort to educate them for future customers. Bill is the "General Manager" and does not even know the process on how a customer is to receive a MSO on TrailMaster go carts! What a joke. It has taken me 12+ emails and at least (4) phone calls to get this far. From the comments listed above, it appears that Motobuys.com (Bill) tries to make excuses and reply to each negative comment. Let me assure you that their excuses are just that, excuses. At the end of the day, I am STILL waiting on the MSO and/or an invoice for a go cart purchase in November, 2012! The product and the shipping went fine but if you need customer service AFTER the sale, run from this company! And when you get tired of running, take a breath and run some more. Bill, you really need to find another job because you are substandard on your best day.

UPDATE: Last night, a month and a half AFTER the purchase, I FINALLY received a receipt from Motobuys.com! I guess turning it over to BBB helped in some way. Still waiting on my MSO though...Maybe that will come next month! Great job guys!

On November 26, 2012 Mr. Foreman placed an order for a Trailmaster XRX mid-size go kart. He received the unit promptly and in perfect working order. In most units the MSO does come in the crate. This entire blown out of proportion complaint is over a MSO that has absolutely no bearing on the use or enjoyment of the unit. In most states go carts are not required to be registered. So we are clear here this customer has had absolutely no financial harm done to him and at no time has his child not been able to use the go kart. So what is the complaint about, it a personal attack on me because I stood up to this abusive and arrogant customer to protect my staff from his insulting e-mails and phone calls? (Please read excerpts from his e-mails below).
I have to tell this reader that we always try to live by the customer is always right 99.9% of the time, regardless of the issue. Mr. Foreman is that 00.01% of customers that is impossible to deal with under any circumstances.
This guy is one of the rudest and condescending human beings I have ever dealt with. He called many times, insults my staff, calls us rude names and sent upwards of 12 or more e-mails, even though we told him on 12.24 that it will take 2 weeks to generate a duplicate title, and that is exactly what it took.
Please keep in mind the factory was closed from December 22, 2012 to January 7, 2013 for the holidays and they moved to a larger location during that time. So an MSO could not be generated until they returned and set up in their new larger location. And again this has no bearing on Mr. Foreman’s use of the unit. It was strictly a paper that he decided he was going to insult us over and tries to be a bully about.
Below are a few of the insulting and rude excerpts taken directly from some of Mr. Foreman’s e-mails and bogus complaint reports about us: PLEASE READ BELOW!
“I am college educated and presently working on my master’s degree.”
“Walmart is hiring, you need another job!”
“You are either slow or just dont give a damn”
“Everytime that I deal with them, I feel like I have to go home and take a shower!”
“Bill, you really need to find another job because you are substandard on your best day.”
“you were the one that gave me the anonymous, half-### answers via email”
“I should have known not to do business with people of your caliber”
“I will call someone who has the desire and capability to solve the issues”
“I am going to give your company one last opportunity”
“Lies, Lies and more lies. That is all Motobuys.com seems to give.”
“Update I FINALLY received a receipt from Motobuys.com!”
“I am going to tell you this AGAIN real slowly”
“For the fifth time in case you missed the first four, ”
“I don't know if these guys at Motobuys.com are shady”
“Good luck in the future, you will need it.”
And please understand this customer’s phone demeanor was far worse than these e-mails and posts. So I hope the reader understands the type of person that filed this complaint here and takes it with the grain of salt it really is.
I finally had to put my foot down with this guy as I would not allow my staff to be bullied and insulted by this guy any further. That’s why he has gone psycho here; I told him off and bruised his over-inflated, college educated ego. However for this I am very proud, as my staff are great people and they are like family to me. So I will not allow my staff to be insulted verbally or by e-mail. I am sure that anyone who works with people will understand why I stood up for my staff after reading the above.
It is never our goal to not do our best for our customers, however please again understand this is all over a simple MSO, that Mr. Foreman thinks it took too long to arrive. That is the real bottom line here. We are sorry for the mix up on that. There was some confusion on this models MSO. We are not perfect. However that in no way justifies this customer’s behavior.
All this customers needs have been addressed and taken care of. As we sell thousands of units per year we try hard to provide stellar customer service to all. Motobuys is confident that our longstanding commitment to satisfy our customers will stand on it's own merits and why we are BBB accredited, Buy Safe Guaranteed and Yahoo Certified.
Thanks again for reading our rebuttal

Bill-You lie so much that I don't think you even know when you are lying anymore. You are not BBB accredited and you have horrible reviews, just like mine, all over the internet. Just google your scam company. Why apologize over the missing MSO now? You lied to me two dozen times and told me that I received it and that I must not be able to find it. Did I receive it with the original purchase or not? Now it was "some confusion on this model"? Your "story" changes every time your mouth opens. My conduct, in no way, was out-of-line. Your assertions above are just more lies. I just refused to put up with your lies, your non-response and your juvenile behavior. Bill, business does not have to be this difficult. Stop the lies and do business the correct way. If you decide to do such, all these negative reviews (lies against your company...lol) will stop.

MotoBuys.com Stay away from these crooks

Ordered 2XL Snowmobile Helmet with XL Riding Gloves. Get email that Riding Gloves will be shipped separately. Received Helmet...but in wrong size (XL instead of 2XL). Emails and phone calls to get return info. Had to ship helmet back at MY EXPENSE. Had to call/email multiple times to get helmet...finally delivered 3 weeks later. No word on gloves after multiple emails and phone calls. Received gloves in mail today: 1.not riding gloves as shown on website, 2.one-size-fits-all (not XL as ordered) Resolution Sought:1.Reimburse my mailing expense 2.Send me snowmobile riding gloves as ordered 3.Pay for mailing on return of these generic one size fits all non-riding gloves received

Company's Response: The Gloves were a FREE gift and they are leather riding gloves exactly as advertised. The ad is at http://www.motobuys.com/hjc-helmet-001-95.html The ad reads leather riding gloves and that is what they received. Nowhere on the ad does it say Snowmobile gloves. The cost the customer paid for these gloves was FREE. These gloves are a one size fits all real Leather riding gloves. No where on the ad does it read anything other than that. We are sorry if the customer does not like them however since the customer paid nothing for them the customer cost for these gloves is ZERO. The helmet was sent direct from HJC factory and the helmet was exchanged for customer as soon as we received the helmet back that customer wanted exchanged. We are disappointed that our efforts did not meet there expectations.

Consumer's Rebuttal: Photo of "free" riding gloves was of snowmbobile riding gloves. Website asked for size for riding gloves: which was entered as "XL". The "one size fits all" riding gloves were not XL and since the "free" riding gloves were part of a package for a snowmobile helmet, the assumption would be the riding gloves being for a snowmobile as pictured on the site. They are generic cheap leather gloves with minimal lining that could never be used on a snowmobile. As far as "free" gloves...I had found the helmet for a lesser amount on another website, but b/c this ad included the "free" gloves as a package...I paid more for the helmet assuming the extra cost would be made up with the new gloves.Lastly, nobody addressing the issue of MY EXPENSE for mailing for a mistake by Motobuys

Company's Final Response :This customer ordered a HJC helmet which he claims was not the correct size when received. He was promptly given a return auth # and we exchanged the helmet free of charge. The ad for the Helmet says clearly FREE leather riding gloves. Nothing about snowmobile or anything else. The point here is that the gloves are a "FREE GIFT" with purchase. Customer paid zero, nada, nothing for these gloves. So the main basis for this complaint is he does like the FREE GLOVES that he paid ($0) for? Whats next, someone filing a BBB complaint at Cracker Jack because they don"t like that FREE toy in the box.
