Moto 360 Smartwatches / Order not delivered
I have ordered 2 Moto 360 smartwatches from souq.com, Order no. is [protected] and was getting messages daily on my registered mobile no. that my order delivery is out with the executive, and i was waiting for that executive to call me and after 4 days when i finally called souq abt my order, they said that my order has been cancelled and it was shipped back to souq.com.
this is ridiculous, i didn't gave any order for cancellation and the shipping company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia didn't called me once.
i want to register a complaint on shipping company in Riyadh (toll free no: [protected]) and on souq.com.
