We were super disapointed with the cleanness motel 6 in Butte Montana. room wasn't cleaned at all. When we got in the room we noticed hair all over the bottom of the tub, pillowcases had hair and unclean spots. The bedding looked grubby. Floors had hair on them. We felt it could be a bed bug haven. called the desk & told them. They apologized & said they would give us another room. We had tons of stuff to carry to another room & asked if they could give us a discount. They said they couldn't. The best they could do is give us a new room. I don't think Motel 6 corporate would want their name on this establishment.

I have been staying here at Motel 6 on Candler road for a year old manager Mesha never gave me any problems I always stay to myself always paid on time every saturday never late full payments. Once new manager Happy Patel came in he didnt know me from a can of paint for the first couple weeks he tried to up my room I normally was paying 245 once he came it went up to 265. Okay thats fine i begin to pay that amount he wanted on time like I always do. Then a couple weeks after that he knocks on the door and said he wants us out the hotel I ask why his responce was I dont know I have very small kids he had no remorse for anything I beg and I beg of him please let us stay because I didnt want move so inconveniently like this. This man bother people with Family and Kids the drug dealers thats up here he cool with traffic in out he condone people selling drugs out the hotel he is cheating people out their money something has to be done!

we spent last night at the motel 6 on south walnut in turlock California The sheets on both beds were dirty. The shower in the bathroom was filthy. The bathroom floor hadn't been swept. There was one hand towel and one bath towel to share between 3 people and no washcloths at all. The mirror in the bedroom was smudged. The neighbors were drinking and so loud that we had to call the office to get them to quiet down. We were very disappointed in the condition of the room especially when you advertise so highly how "you'll leave the light on". Motel 6 has ben one of our favorite places because they are usually in good condition.

909 66th st lubbock tx motel 6 had pubes in toilet and bathtub. There was stuff in toilet. Small pink boogery blood spot on towel hanging over tub. The floor was not swept. Black hair through hotel room. Dirt piled and stuck in every corner. Didn't smell like any cleaner and obviously wasn't used. SERIOUS HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. will be calling health inspector! Took as many pictures as possible in the few minutes we were there.

Hello my name George. And my wife had complain about her both legs and I was shock I took pic of her both legs and she had infection red dots on her legs it cause where come from bed in motel rooms. And u need do something about that or I will contact FCC. And Health Dept.

And we suffer no A/C not cooler. It making us sweating lot. Need fix A/C. Stop being lazy.

Tammy Kaleczyc works at Motel 6 in Fairfield CA. Ms. Kaleczyc has been arrested multiple times has an extended criminal record. her latest arrest was due to cashing and making fake or stolen checks. Ms. Kaleczyc steals personal information from others, i'm a close family member and i know this for a fact. She was recently incarcerated in Solano facility. My concern is that, I know Ms. Kaleczyc and her dealing with credit cards adn bank cards and personal information with clients is not a good idea. Ms. Kaleczyc will eventually go back to her old habits. Please ensure you folloed your company's polices and if a background check was not done, please do so. Or please make sure her position does no longer consist of her dealing with anyone's personal information. Thank you for your time i would just hate to see others get screwed over and over again by her actions.

We checked into the hotel at 10pm on 7/9/17. We were a bit disappointed with the overall condition of our hotel to start with. We have stayed at the other Motel 6 location located on Reserve. We have always enjoyed the friendly service and clean rooms. I was unaware that there were multiple Motel 6 locations so was thrown off guard when we showed up to the Reserve location and were told we were booked at the East Missoula location instead. Upon arrival we noticed it was a bit run down in comparison. Our room #211, was listed as no smoking, but it was clear that people had smoked in it. The bed spread had 2 noticeable cigarette burns in it. 2 of the lamps did not work. There were no towels left out for us. These were some minor cosmetic things that we still ignored, but a little disappointed with.

***This is where are experience with take a turn. At 2:30am, we were woken by loud music from the room next door. Our room had brick walls and you could hear the music as clear as if it was in our room...and I mean loud. The individuals in the room were swearing and screaming. I call the front desk and reached a male named Josh. He asked me to go out into the hallway to make sure that the noise was coming from the room I suspected. I mentioned to him that I was in my underwear and had 2 kids sleeping in the room. He checked in on the room and we could hear him through the door say to them that they needed to keep it down and that he has had complaints about them being loud. They told him that it wasn't even that [censor]ing loud and were acting belligerent towards them. They did turn down the music. However, 10 minutes later it was back on louder than before. My wife called the front desk where Josh said "are you sure, I asked them to keep it down." She put the phone up to the wall in which he replied "holy [censor], that is loud." We then just decided to call the cops. The cops came and I am not sure of the exact interaction with the residents. The music stopped but they continued to be loud until about 4:30am, banging around, slamming doors, and occasional cussing.

I understand the issue was around the residents in room 209 and there belligerent behavior, but it made for 1 [censor] night for us. We had been traveling all day from Seattle and had to be up the next morning to head East. We were disappointed with the treatment in our well being as we were never contacted with an apology or anything.

I stayed at 1709 Edgewood road Edgewood MD last night 7-9-17. I picked this hotel because it was cheap and close to my destination. I paid cash for my room. It was the most disgusting room I have ever come in contact w/ there were ants and sticky goo all over air conditioner, food splattered up wall, literally [censor] in the toilet cigarette burns and dirt all over the under blankets, dirt all over floor couldn't even take shoes off, the shower was broken u had to use the shower to fill the tub not that you wanted to because the shower was so disgusting. I want a full refund for this room I have the pictures of this room and not to mention I had my mom and 5yr old son with me who have breathing problems. This was the worst room ever I had stayed in. Not to mention there wasn't even comforters on the bed to lay on to avoid the disgusting under blankets.

I made reservations for a two bed handicapped room and when got there we had a 2nd floor single bed room. I had to go back to the desk where I was told first that they didn't have our room though they did have the reservation. Then they offered 2 single bed rooms and then suddenly found a two bed room on the first floor. When we got into the room it was set on 60 degrees in there and was freezing. Further, there was ONE bath towel provided for a double room. Over all on a scale of 1 to 10 this motel 6 is a -10! VERY unhappy with this and I paid $123 for 2 nights! It wasn't worth the money and seriously impacted our trip.

By far the worst hotel experience ever. We booked our room over a week ago. we got there early in the a.m. and had to pay a full night because they wouldnt let us check in a couple of hrs early even though we had a reservation for that day. We paid $92 for the morning hrs and then we went back down at 11 and paid another $92 for the night we were actually staying on top of that. we left for breakfast and came back to our room with all of the blankets stripped off the bed and sitting on the table. I went to go get gas and when i came back i was told that they had told the police we hadnt paid for our room. (we had our children in our room and it scared them.) The lights went out and by 4pm our room still had not been cleaned or the beds remade, no fresh towels or wash clothes or anything. On top of that as we were going downstairs to get the issues resolved the door would not close. We went downstairs and found the manager or owner and showed him everything and told him what had happened so he moved us one room over. When we got back to that room we found that there was no phone or mini fridge. the tv did not work and there was only the mattress cover and that thin top blanket thing which isn't a blanket at all on each bed. The heat also did not work so we froze in our room with our kids all night. We were there to go to D.C. it seems like there should have been a higher standard of service to be provided that close to the capital for that price. we will never go back there.

I checked in july 8 2017 in a non smoking room there was a bag tide around the smoke detectors ashtrays all over the room and I am allergic to cigarette, I called the office and the phones were down so wen I approached the front desk they told me thats all that was available and off to the next customer she went, so after cleaning up the room I found a glass pipe in the bed. And that was all I can handle so I left without a check out very upset

Room was not clean at all. Condoms and beer caps on floor and night stand. Dirty bathtub. No soap, face cloths or toilet paper. Half done beds. Rm. 265 in Norfolk Va. Military Hwy. On 7/6/17. I got this room for me and my child and this room was unacceptable for any child to see. He began questioning me about the items that were viewed and found. This room was given to me the customer with out it being cleaned properly. It looked like who ever had the room before me was still in the dirty room currently. It was like they just got out of the bed and beds were still unmade with dirty linen still on them. And the floors were dirty with debris and beer bottle caps.

We came all the way from Louisiana to see a navy graduate at the Great Lakes base. While traveling on a budget we should not have had to give up basic amenities. First the pool was not open and we were not notified when we reserved rooms. I'm handicapped following knee surgery and almost fell because of the damaged floor tiles in the entry where a carpet was just laid across to hide the damage. My room was dirty, there's was actual whole food items on the floor. Obviously not cleaned properly. The sink drain was broken and had to be removed by us, so the sink could drain. And last but not least the toilet seat cover was to big for the toilet so it hung approximately 3 inches over the toilet rim with a split between your leg area. It's been an awful stay. And I have stayed at several different motel 6. Following all the company upgrades it should not have been like this. Waukegan, Illinois. Unhappy

My wife daughter and I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Thibodaux LA (Saturday June 24, 2017) We each had our own reserved non-smoking rooms. We were given rooms about as far apart in the hotel as you could get. I asked why, when we checked in and was told it was to give us our non smoking rooms. My daughters room not only had a dirty (used) ashtray in it but reeked of cigarette smoke. My room was even worse. The room not only had an ashtray for use and smelled like an ashtray, but had cigarette ashes all over the floor and a mostly smoked Marijuana cigarette left on the nightstand. When I complained and took the "joint" to the desk the person working there the young woman's only response was she understood why I was upset, and that it was the hotels policy to have ashtrays in every room. The rooms and the entire hotel had a rundown and unclean appearance. The only reason we spent the night there was because we were there to see my grandson at the Manning passing Academy and could not find another room at the other places we called. If this is an example of what Motel 6 has come to I will never stay in your hotel chain again. Request $60.00 refund for rooms at this sleazy hotel and recommend Hotel 6 disenfranchise this business as it is giving them a very bad name.

Dear dav and whomever receives this note. Please sit before you read this. I noticed something in the corner bottom of the refrigerator last night early. The outside of the black refrigerator. Unfortuneatly, I believe this guest is a gray in color with a triangle snout. At first this "guest" appeared to be the weather stripping from the refrigerator. I've never known how dangerous rattlers can be. However, last year I was struck by one that was put in my vehicle or sneaked in my vehicle. I was struck. The er gave me an antivenom and advised that I should not let roommates that are undesireable stay with me. I hate reptiles and spiders. I also have not experienced even one comfortable moment due to... Sounds like giggly/gaggley females singing and "carrying"on perse. Anyway, I didnot want to embarrass or scare the staff or residents. I have never had this problem. I called a pest control company last year approximately july 2016 and have had trouble since. I noticed also a "stalker" like person too that looks very much like my dearly deceased ex husband. He is always in the vicinity of wherever I am. I despise my ex husband as much as reptiles. Would you please get these jerks off of "lines of my transmissions, not accepted... Permissed..." or however reasonable I might state this. Unidentified radio transmissions received... Against fcc regulation. Not accepted by me personally. No permission requested, therefore no permission given. Please get this snake out of my room. I'm requesting some type of reasonable compensation for my inconvenience and being in danger. Any time I have been the vicinity of a snake, i'm in super extreme pain from them ever since I was struck last year. I didn't want to terrify your customers and take care of this problem as level headed as possible. Please get this animal away from me... Or should I state animals? My mobile phone is [protected]. I am in room #292. Thank you. Keep in mind that this has occurred since last year as has the "stalking" thing with the person that looks a little bigger than my ex husband... Perhaps a cousin of my ex husbands? Sick individual. Anyhow, thank you.

Pool not working 105 degrees outside room in rough shape vending machines broke not working ice machine not working out side aperance in dis repair in westley california not happy would not recomed any one to stay there i may not stay at a motel 6 ever again it was the 3 rd one on my trip with non working pool one was filled in with dirt when in cali and its a 100 Plus out you want. A pool best western beat there price in wiilows to stay there they had a supper nice room

I stayed at Motel 6 recently. I have had horrible experiences every time but this was the worst. I did my reservation online through hotel.com as I normally do. Once I got to my room on the back of the motel, I was greeted by another female guest asking if I knew where she could find drugs! I hurried into my room as I was exhausted and wanted to sleep after being at work. But decided to call the front desk about the lady outside my door. Only to see the phone in the room doesn't work. I go to shower and the shower curtain is full of MILDEW! I have pictures as proof. I go to plug in my phone to charge and there is trash behind the nightstand! I took pictures of that too. Finally I just want to get this night over with... I crawl in bed only to wake up an hour late scratching. I check the bed and there were BEDBUGS! And yes I took pictures of those too. This hotel is outdated as well as everything inside it. I have never been more disgusted.

I booked a room at Motel 6 Tewksbury from Thursday June 29, 2017 to Sunday July 2, 2017 for my two sons (ages 25 and 16) who were in town to attend the Congress of Future Scientists and Technologists at UMass.

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but when my sons returned from the trip and I unpacked the suitcase of my 16 year old, everything in the suitcase reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked my son about it and he said the hotel room smelled faintly of cigarettes the entire time they were there but that neither he nor his brother said anything about it: they felt this was just something they had to put up with.

I am very upset that Motel 6 mispresented to me and to my sons that we were receiving the nonsmoking room we paid for when we clearly were not.

I recently checking into a room at the motel 6 located in Barstow CA on Yucca Dr . I was given a room and within only being there maybe an hour and had bed bugs crawling on me. I went to the office to see about getting another room. The manager set me up for another room but programed the key for a room next to the room she assigned me. Once I had the correct key i went to the new room which was not much better. Upon entering I inspected the bed to be sure of no bugs. The floor has multiple stains. The blankets have stains. Crushed cockroaches on the wall and the remote was covered in a dark black film. When asking for a refund they said I could only get 50% back cause I ha already used the other room

This has got to be the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at at. The rooms are disgusting and when I went and told them that acted as if I was crazy. There was blood on the sheets, the shower had mold all around the bottom, there was blood on the walls in the bathroom. The bottom of the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I went and bought my own bleach to clean the shower. On top of that we were not able to check in until after 6 because our room was "not ready". They said they were still cleaning it. The next day we left for the day, housekeeping was clearly in our room because all the blankets were on the floor and there were no towels when I went to the Front they said we will send someone because we don't have anything in the office. A man walked into our room, no knock no checking if we were in there. He used his key to let himself in. He said did you need towels? My husband said do you not knock? He handed us the towels and took the blankets that were on the floor and I had to walk back up there to ask for blankets. She again said they would send someone. We left for dinner and came back and and still no blankets. I went up to the desk again and the lady said they didn't bring them and I told her no. She said I will have to lock up and go get you some. Finally at 9:15 we got some blankets. I explained to her that the level of service was not acceptable, and she acted as if it was no big deal. Additionally we had a baby in the chilly room.
