Motel 6 / horrible customer service absolutely

My family and I are going through a difficult time and we've been homeless for a few months. I wish you guys had a type of reward program because we've spent literally thousands on our local motel 6 in brooklawn nj and also hundreds just recommending you to people we meet during this difficult time. But when our funds run out, and they do fast! My wife myself and three sons are forced to sleep in our car. And even though the staff recognizes us they are absolutely rude and downright nasty if we are the slightest bit late checking out of our room. Yet, when I get my check every month I still spend every penny of it on motel 6 in brooklawn. No perks no rewards nothing for us being loyal customers that really do spend a lot of money . Most of the time we're rewarded with rudeness. What gives? We shouldn't be in this situation much longer and we'll have a home soon but honestly... We never complained never leave a mess, always polite and we'll continue to be but it seems to be only one sided and one thing motivating them and it's not customer satisfaction. It sucks being in this position
