Motel 6 services

Hello me and finance has done an complaint about this situation we were not contacted we also attempted to call in left message and haven't gotten an call. Back in Feb 2017 we were staying in motel 6 in Norwalk ca. We were getting ready to leave for the day we rented the room for two days we stuck our things under the bed becauase for we wouldn't leave our things out while house cleaning came. I left to go get breakfast while waiting on our ride I had left an feminine product out so my fiance went to stick it on top of the towel rack where the towel be and he gor poked by something he didn't know what so he looked up there it was an drug needle . He came to me where I was getting food and said he got pokes I went to see it was an drug needle I went to the office the manager saw and have is an free night took an report . My fiance went to the hospital . we still haven't gotten contacted about this situation and trying to figure out why haven't we been contacted about something as serious as the situation

Motel 6 motel 6 natchitoches, la

My husband and I stayed at the Motel 6 on 29 and 30 September 2017. We normally stay at Comfort Suites or Hampton Inn, but there was a lot going on in the city that weekend. I could not believe that they actually charge people $50.00 to stay there. The cigarette smell along was atrocious, the electrical outlets was just a fire disaster waiting to happen. The pictures will explain some of the reasons why it needs to just be a shelter instead of a hotel.

Motel 6 motel 6 stay 9/30/17-10/01/17

On 9/29/17 I checked in to motel 6 in salinas airport location in salinas, california. I was being charged for a 2 adult stay and when I asked for the second key the cashier told me she couldn't give me a key since she could get in trouble but was charging me for 2 adult stay my husband would be joining us for the airshow on saturday 9/30/17. When I asked then just charge me for 1 adult for me she told me that because the reservation was done through expedia I needed to do it through them. Yadira the manager on duty was rude and very unhelpful to resolve the solution. On 9/30/17 I got up early in the morning to go to my conference and received a phone call from my husband that I needed to go pick him up after he had arrived at the location no time no nothing the staff told him we only paid for one night when I had clearly the report that stated the 196.92 for two nights and asked him to leave. When I called yadira was on duty I did yell I was very upset that I had to leave my conference to go pick up my husband with our lugagge on the side of the road because of there mistake. Would you not be rude at the fact that you paid and you were thrown out just like that. She stated she had already refunded me for one night and that she needed my card to fix and charge me for the night again. Believe me as upset as I was she was better that I left without even bothering her because that was very rude unprofessional and ethical. I called this morning and a man manager was on duty and he found my information yadira placed notes on the account not to rent due to yelling and rude after the experience she put me through god forbid I would stay or refer anyone to that place. The manager informed me the refund was never processed he processed it 10/04/17 he stated without my card they couldnt process the refund. Yadira needs some training on customer 101 and needs to learn how to have some customer service everything she ended up telling me saturday 9/30/17 the day of the airshow was all lies she never refunded me she wanted to charge me again for one night for a room she never refunded I have asked for copies of all my receipts and I can send them in no problem to prove what my problem was and for her to even try and block me or try to accuse me or yelling or rude please tell me how anyone would react to being thrown out by there staff then accusing me of leaving on my own how dare her and how dare you all even employ someone that would even allow this situation to get to this instead of fixing the damn problem. I hope you all address her and really show her what a poor manager and lack of customer service she has and never would I allow my employees or managers to choose that place to stay for the conventions that are coming up this october. Shame that you would all let the business leave due to a unprofessional manager you all have a million times I rather have our employees stay at the hotel right behind the jack in the box california inn they make you feel so welcome and the arab staff is amazing and took care of all our needs versus the lack of professionalism coming from all of her staff and her this past weekend.

Motel 6 asked to leave after complaining of prostitution and drug deals in parking lot

I checked into motel 6 gastonia nc on friday 9/29/2017. Yesterday, 10/3/2017 I complained to the "manager" regarding drug deals I had witnessed in the parking lot, as well as a girl offering herself as payment for a room, I also voiced that it was inappropriate for the handicapped gentleman to be watching open on his laptop while in the lobby. I was told if I didn't like it... Leave and then she says better yet, i've heard you and your husband all day... (my husband left at 5a that morning to go to a job and did not return until 7p)"just get your things and get out!" I was in shock. I asked about a refund for the remaining days since we had done nothing to warrant this womans behavior and I in turn had the police called on me to remove me from the property. My husband is working in the area and we had paid for a 7 day stay and reserved for an additional 7. This is how your properties treat guests who voice concerns? I would lije to be contacted regarding this matter.

Motel 6 condition and appearance of property and room

We had previously stayed at a Motel 6 just a bit east of St Louis during the first week of June 2017 and were very pleased with the experience since I hadn't stayed at a Motel 6 in decades but happened to look at the property online and it was as advertised, clean and had been recently remodeled...very nice for the price which I believe was less than $50. We are currently at the Motel 6 Tulsa West and are having a much different experience and not a good one. First off the property is absolutely atrocious in appearance, the room stinks of cigarettes, the free internet is terrible, the condition of the exterior door does not elude safety at all, the t-stat should be thrown away, the tub drain is plugged up so you shower in a pond of dirty water, the bedding is shameful, the AC unit face is all broken and the unit itself is filthy and this dump was $50. If I could have gotten a refund I would have gone across the street to Super 8. Needless to say this property should be addressed immediately! The online photos are not a true indication of what you will get upon arrival. I will think twice before making a reservation at a Motel 6 again. Thank you...Michael Forshaw

Motel 6 condition of the room

On Sunday morning October 1 around 2am or so my boyfriend and I stopped at the Motel 6 in spartanburg for the night. Upon entrance to the room that we were assigned we noticed a dead roach lying beside the tv. I then began to look around. There was only 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel in the room. Also as I bagan to strip the bed the pillow case was stained and there was hair all in the bed. I looked up at the ceiling and there was another roach crawling! Also, the door wouldn't shut properly, you had to literally push it with force to close it. I called down to the front desk and spoke with the attendant. He stated that all he could do was offer us a refund. He didn't act suprised at all by what I was telling him and didn't even offer us another room. I was just shocked because we've stayed there too many times to count! The room number was 209. This was just by far the worst experience ever!

Motel 6 bed bugs and syringes found in room

My boyfriend aaron prysi and I booked a room at the motel 6 in springfield ohio, we booked for 3 nights, september 11, 12, 13. On the first night I was getting bit but didn't know what was going on, we were in the middle of moving and had no where to go and already paid for 3 nights. So we left early in the morning to go pack and didn't get back at all because we packed until we came back going on 3rd night when we found bedbugs and put them in a medicine bottle. I also dropped my mascara on the floor right around sametime by tv stand and moved it to pick up and a syringe came rolling out from underneath the tv stand! Also in the bathroom where the toilet paper attches on was yet another syringe! I went to frint desk to complain and the woman working that night couldn't have cared less, offered no advice, service, just told me I would have to talk to manager in morning and I asked her how she would feel if it was her room and she replied in a smart tone that she travels all the time and always checks her bed before staying anywhere, like I care what she does! I asked her for my money back a few times so we could stay somewhere else and all she would say is she didn't have the power. She was rude and totally useless and really didn't care so I asked her if she would like it if I knocked on eyeryones door and notify everyone they have bedbugs and she threatened to call the police on me and have me thrown out, which I said was fine didn't plan on staying anyway! I have pictures, video, video of around the mattress where the residue or poop was, pictures of syringes, proof of everything. The manager named denny was notified when we came back to talk to him cause we went to different hotel, and he only refunded us one night because he could tell we did't stay, we did't stay the night before that one either but because our stuff was in room while we were packing he won't refund us the money! Then he claimed he had to have it inspected before he could return money and we stopped again and he stated it does not have bedbugs even though we gave him 3 of them in a bottle and I have pictures! Now we keep calling and stopping trying to talk to him and he is lying about what hours he is working to avoid us! We will call and he will say get a hold of me at 3, we go there at 3 and he just got off work. So I want my money back this is disgusting and the manager is a liar and won't discuss with us! So I am notifying human services, epa, corporate office, news channels, and any social media I can think of until I get a refund and I think they should also pay our laundry bill due to have to wash everything and have car done as well! This isn't going to stop until I get our refunds and I don't want anyone to bring them home or kids around them, I don't care what anyone says they suck your blood and is a health hazard!

Motel 6 customer service agent

Hey my name is tj lundgren,

I stayed at the motel 6 in pomona at 2470 south garey ave last night. As I frequently stay at motel 6 for work. However this morning I had a rather unpleasant experience with the lady working the front desk. When I woke up in the morning I made a call to the front desk and asked if I could get another night and she very rudely said "well then you will have to come up here nothing I can do right now" and as she hung up she said dumb people I sware.

It is not that big of a deal but I was going to get another night but I just did not want to deal with a person like that.

Motel 6 customer service

I have had several problems with your motels. They lie and the devil is a liar. I went into the tropicana location in las vegas and they told me I was on the "do not rent list". When I asked why they couldnt explain it. I believe this motel is ran by devils that spiritually attacked me in 2000. I pray to god that your foul lying buisness is closed down permanently. Worldwide.in jesus' name. Amen

I pray to God that all Motel 6s are permanently closed worldwide. The people working in them are liars and thieves. TX spiritually attacked me in 2000 claiming I owe them that 666 owes 666. They tried to sacrifice me to their father the devil in 1999. God filled me with His word instead. Dam. They can take their cowboys and cowgirls to hell with them

Motel 6 room cleanliness

Ive stayed multiple times at motel 6 and this time was just bad not really going to explain how durty the room was but I will upload some photos. The dirty towel is because we accidentally spilled some milk and we used a towel and the floor was filthy. Do you even have maids in premises. When I choose a hotel all I want is to rest and not be thinking how dirty my sheets are or are the towels even clean.

Motel 6 a bad experience completely.

After having reserved a room online thou booking services and receiving a price guarantee quote I was completely taken by surprise at the difference in rate when I went to check in. I booked with the assurance that I would be allowed to check in at 3:00am on Saturday the 30, checking out at 11;00 am on Sunday the 1st.. I arrived at my destination earlier than I had anticipated. I asked the clerk on duty about procedure there. wow... he laughed at me stating that was completely impossible.. and the quoted price of 70. oo was actually going to come to 95.00 I in turn laughed at him... Trying to keep my good humor I inquired about military discount which then brought the room down to at total of 83.00.. Asked as to why having passed o couple of other Motel 6 and the price difference for a single room was really varied. The one in Pantaloon Oregon advertised 49.00. The clerk stated that was based on the tourist travel of the area. my reply being. Pantaloon gets a lot of national tourist exposure... I was told well I should have stayed in Pantaloon.. I was not happy about that but as I was exhausted from driving over 900 miles that day putting me in the car for close to 13 hours. All I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep... for the price of 83.00 I expected a bit more. Amenities are not included. Not even a full roll of tissue. The shower stall looked as the it had not be cleaned in quite see time. hair in the din even/. ick.. Thankfully I tend to travel with my own blanket and pillows.. I don't even want to think of what the stain on the bedspread was or how long the insects had lived in the sheets. Having resigned myself to make due and get some sleep.. I attempted to do that. But with the llarge blower fan noise from the employee room next door, the continued slamming of the exterior door.. the rudeness of people running and yelling up and down the hall (telling me to F off when I opened my door to ask if it was all really necessary), the barking dog outside my door, the marijuana smell coming from the stairwell, the demotic discussion in the lot under my window, and the early morning fishermen loading their boats and banging their truck doors.. that was not happening.. this is all taking place between the hours of midnight and 5:00am. I gave up and decided to get ready to be back on the road. No, I did not go back out the door to go down to the front desk.. I was trying to get some much needed rest. And the man leaning on the door jam a couple rooms down made me nervous.
I honestly think I would have felt much safer and certainly gotten SOME sleep had I slept in my car in the Wall-Mart parking lot and showered at the flying J truck stop for 12.00.. which I have done many times..
I know had I done that I wouldn't feel as the I had been robbed of my 83:00. And I wouldn't be writing this..
Also I will be informing the local health inspector of the condition of the room and friends and family that the way to go now is the Best western, 65.00 single. I have a large family.
Motel 6 is no longer the place to "leave the light on" making you feel secure and no longer treating their military veterans with respect as advertised
I should say the morning clerk suggested I write to corporate with this.. As many people do complain about that particular location. She's hoping some changes could be made... I feel some compensation is in order.. I will continue to pursue this.. false advertising, disrespect, and can say in reality I did not get what I was paying for.. my money was stolen from me. Motel 6 will no longer be a stopping place for me.
I have stayed previously at the Pendelton location.. had only good to say of my three day stay there.. They even had those little bottles of shampoo and conditioner and in room coffee pot...49.00 a night and their courteous staff is why I extended to three days.

Motel 6 bad guest service/ kicking guests out unethical behavior

We live in alvin texas, we lost our home due to severe flood damage. My disabled wife and i spent 11 days sleeping in our ford escape we found a room at the motel 6 in alvin we checked in on sept [protected]@ 10pm. The manger here has been trying to kick us out since friday morning after when i checked in i stated we would be staying for at least 14 days to 30 days fema has extended our hotel payments oct. 10. I also told manager i would pay money for this room please dont throw us out. On sat. 23 we were told we were supossed to check out, i stated i reserved this room for a minimum of 14 days. So the manager stated we are over booked. I was in the lobby of the office i over heard them telling callers on the phone to call back tomorrow and they would have a room. Because they want to kick out fema guests so charge other guests more.Today we were informed we would have to leave friday morning. We are waiting for a fema trailer to be delivered to our residence but it will take about 2 weeks. I can not beleive the lack of compassion from this business. This room is a low scale room that usually runs $.40 but we are being charged $89. Not even a coffee pot or hair dryer. The commercials for motel 6 state we will always leave the light on and you can always get fresh coffee at a motel 6. I have tried for days to get a fresh cup of coffee. I was informed by manager friday you can only get coffee until 10 am. I have contacted my family attorney and this is not legal also bad business and i do not want to report this company to the bbb. Iuf you would like doumentation from other fema guests that they have been doing the same thing to i have at least 10 names nubers and room numbers. There are no other hotel rooms available for over 100 miles. How can you or your corperation sleep at night know that this location is doing this? also not one fema guest has been able to use their door key card 2 days in a room. They are make us all go into office daily to reset out cards. The nicw couple next door have 2 small children and they are also being told they thrusday night will be their last night. I have been a studio6 motel 6 guest for many years and if my wife and i are thrown out we will never again step foot into a motel 6 or studio 6. Also the spa in the pool area has not worked and will not be getting repaired, the website states outdoor pool and spa, more false advertisement. Thank you for taking time to read and assist me. Motel 6 bed sheets wasn't change.

On September 26, 2017 I check in at the motel 6, room 208 located in Pompano Beach, FL. I go in my room there are two beds. I notice The comforters on both beds are dirty. I started removing the comforters off both beds, there are two yellow stains and hair on both fitted sheets that is on both beds. That is ridiculous how the housekeeper left or put filthy sheets on the bed. It is housekeeper job to make sure the rooms and the linens that is place in the rooms are clean. If the housekeeper don't like their job and not going do their job correctly, they need to quit. When people pay for something with they hard earn money. They want it to be suitable. If the housekeeper can't provide cleanliness, they need to be fire.

Motel 6 a roach in bathroom, and rudeness of staff

After a few hrs of being there I saw a roach in the bathroom. I went to front desk to mk a complaint n the girl was on the phone for over 3min n didn't even acknowledged me even know she looked right at me. I left for the day n when I cane bk I stopped at desk which was a different person. She sent maintenance in my room to spray. Then the lobby manager who came with him accused me of smoke in my room when I had bn gone all day n literally got bk. I told her I dnt smoke n always request non smoking rooms no matter where I go. We stay at this motel 6 in Carson CA 2-3x a year when we're in town. This was the worst stay ever n very dissapointed!

Motel 6 the customer service

When asked the attendance, Tray, to give me the seniors discount he refused, Stan stating that he couldn't change the online reservation which I know to be false when I booked before online and were at the office to receive my keys the attendance offered me the senior discount. So what he said was false. Then I asked him since you didn't give me the senior discount could I at least have the complimentary WiFi and he say no he could not do that and I say what they did it for me when I was in the room and it was overheated because the air conditioning was broken and he said well that was them and I wasn't here but I'm here now. Thought he was smirky, condescending and show lack of customer service skills. When surveying businesses I come across this all the time. Where there is no regard for customers satisfaction and that's not all businesses for quite a few stand in that Circle. I hate that Motel 6 is not tainted by young people not understanding true customer service. No not all things have to be a given take but to ease the stress one to the other a gentle answer would be suffice, instead of a condescending attitude.

Motel 6 vending.. customer service.. cleanliness

I stay at your motels across the country all the time! I travel a lot and stay at least 3 times every 2 months or so ...ive complained about the Moriaritylocation before and I'm complaining again...zero snacks or drinks available in vending machines and below adequate front desk personnel ...reeks of marijuana every single time. my last 2 stays at this location and nevada last week were horrible. I spend a lot of money with you...you were like a part of my childhood that I've tried to stay loyal to but I'm considering going elsewhere from now on. I'm really disappointed and sad .

I am still in Nm Moriarity motel 6 and need to stay in hotel along the way back to California for at least 2 more nights ..if I don't get some response or refund I'm never staying with you again nor will I be telling my friends and family about you no recommendations will come from me ever again...im done!

Motel 6 customer service

I'm contacting you due to an experience I had yesterday at one of your Motel 6 in Arkansas.This Motel 6 is located in Jacksonville, Arkansas near the Jacksonville AFB, i found the service clerk was rude and unprofessional.

After checking into motel I had a few friends to stop by the room since I was in town. Immediately received a call saying she was going to put me out of the room if we made any noise and if we had to much foot traffic at this motel.

I went down to service desk to see what the problem was and she said one of my friends didnt stop at the front desk, he kinda told her I was visiting room 309 and went up. I calmly told her we wasn't
going to be a problem and she said she know that because she would throw ua out without any warning and would involve the Jacksonville Police. I told us it not really that serious and she said
this is Jacksonville Motel 6 and this was the way we operated. I request to know if I could get a refundand she said no because I had been in the room 30 minutes.

So I went up to retrieve my bag and went down to checkout of this Motel only after 1 hour. Drove to another Motel 6 located in North Little Rock were the service clerk was outstanding and me and few
friends quietly had few drinks with no problems.

My true reason for contacting you is that I felt that if customer service clerk had problem noise or foot traffic I should have been told that before she was taking my money and not after. I always heard that in Jacksonville they treated Black people different but never thought I would experience it
first hand.

I would like to notify you that I will be providing a negative review online of my stay at the MOTEL 6 in Jacksonville, Arkansas but I felt you should be provided with notice of this motel performance first.

Motel 6 nasty room

I checked into the room with my son around 3pm Wednesday, we took a nap and woke up I had 2 bites on my legs and my son had one on his stomach! I wasn't sure what it was but they were itching bad.when I woke up in the morning I had 6 bites! While they are not getting better, they are getting more red bigger, and won't stop itching..The room was flat out dirty
when I need a room stay at your property because it's convenient and close to my house this was a very bad experience that needs to be addressed immediately please contact me at your earliest convenience [protected]

Motel 6 service liars

Date: 9/15-9/17
Full refund and apology for lies.

First, we were going to stay at a campground but it was bloody hot and we were not going to be done filming until late and we both really wanted to be able to take a bath (since we only have a shower at the house).
So it began with this. When we got to the room it smelled like smoke. There was an ashtray in the room with a no smoking sticker on it. (odd). I get everything put in the room hoping to get to do some work before crashing but that didn't really happen because of what then ensued...First, the bathtub had pubs all over in it. I call down stairs and am told the cleaning staff has already left and there isn't another room to put me in. I go to the store and get comet to clean out the tub then realize there is no stopper for the tub. I go down to the front desk and ask for a stopper for the tub and am told they don't have one and to stick a towel in the drain. Seriously? So we looked around the room and tried several things to stop up the tub and finally got it mostly stopped up. Next morning we get up and hit walmart to replace a shirt my son was supposed to wear for doing the re filming of one of his scenes, grab some lunch and watch a little TV. I noticed the maid going by and asked if she had access to a stopper for the tub but she spoke only Spanish. Since she had already been by we just left the room as it was (who needs a made bed anyway, I'm just going to pull all the sheets out again) and went to the shoot.
We get done with the filming and interview part of the film and head back to the hotel. We get there to find that the maid apparently did come into the room. My bed was not made (it had junk all over it so I didn't blame her!) but Keagan's bed was made and...his bear was gone. Now some background...for those who don't know Keagan was mostly deaf until age 5. He'd had 6 surgeries. His first surgery was when he was 11 months old and they gave him a little panda bear which then went with him to every other surgery. It may seem infantile that he still sleeps with this bear but I guess everyone has a "thing". So now Keagan is loosing his mind. I go down to the office and ask the desk if they had seen the bear. The guy looks in the lost and found drawer and says no. I advised him of the depth of the situation and his response is "I don't think she would have taken your bear ma'am." I told him obviously I didn't think she stole the bear but I believe it probably was in the sheets and she didn't see it and asked if he could check the laundry room. He states he doesn't have a key to the laundry room and to come back at 9am. I tell him we need to leave by 6am and states there's nothing he can do. I ask him to call his manager to see about getting a key to the room. He states the manager is new and he doesn't have her phone number and doesn't know when she'll be in because she's not on the schedule yet. Really? I didn't get Keagan to sleep until almost 2 am he was so upset.
Next day: 9am. Go down stairs. Charming lady at the front desk with TP stuffed in her nose. (I hope that's an allergy thing and not a gross new fad) I ask if she's aware of the issue from the previous night and she says no. I then explain it again. She calls for the cleaning staff...if I was not so angry the situation would have been comical. The maids don't speak any English and the counter clerk doesn't speak any Spanish and they're trying desperately to communicate to each other about a missing bear. Somewhere in translation apparently the one that cleaned the room seemed to believe I was accusing her of outright theft and started saying "No, no, I no have. I no take". I asked if they could go in the laundry room and look for the bear to which I'm advised they don't have time for. I ask if I could go look and am told that's a security issue. I ask again about the manager and am told again that they don't have her number and they don't know if she's coming in. The girl at the counter puts a note on the managers door with my number asking her to call me.
It took all but an act of God to get Keagan to leave without that bear. He cried for almost an hour and a half...I call customer serviceless again advise them of everything that transpired and am told I'll need to contact the manager or call when customer service is open and give 5 days for resolution. (it was late evening when we got home and I called again).
So here we are, Wednesday and no call back. I call the hotel and a guy answers. I ask for the manager and he states the manager is busy but he'll take my number. I tell him that I left my number Sunday and have not received a call back regarding out stay. She almost immediately gets on the phone and asks what the bear looks like. I tell her it's a panda bear and she asks what color...I'm like "Umm black and white?" To which she says "You don't know?" I again state "Black and white, it's a panda about the size of your hand." She puts me on hold for about 3 minutes then states she doesn't see it but will look in the laundry room and call me back. 15 minutes later she calls back and says "No bear, sorry". Phone disconnected.
So I'm frustrated about the bear and furious about the whole experience. I call customer serviceless back and advise them of everything and ask for compensation. I'm told that only the hotel manager can authorize that and we'll call them. I wait on hold while he calls the manager. He gets back on and says "The manager stated she will not compensate because you had unauthorized visitors in your room". Say what? I said "No I didn't, we were hardly in the room ourselves. Who and how many did we supposedly have in there and when?" He says "I don't know that's just what she said and that's all the info I have. She will not compensate." I ask to speak to a supervisor and am told that if the manager will not compensate there's nothing customer service can do. I ask if she owns Motel 6 and they say "She's the manager." I said "Okay but she doesn't own it. It's your name she's smearing through her actions, it's your name on her sign, it's your company as a whole that has to justify her actions". They state again it's up to the manager.
So I call the Hotel 6 back to ask the manager who was supposedly in my room, when, how many. I sure would like to see video of that. Maybe they took the bear, right?
So I get the guy on the phone again and tell him I need to speak to the manager. He asks who I am and when I say my name he immediately hangs up. I call back 6 times, all 6 times they pick up the phone and hang it back up.

Motel 6 reverse charge

We were due to stay at the Motel 6 in Charleston, SC we checked in on 9/10/17 & were to check out on 9/12/17. Well the tropical storm hit, power was lost & to top it off the bathroom ceiling fell in! We decided to leave we had Kevin who is suppose to be the manager come look at the ceiling he promised my grandson would be re-imbursed for the one day well he has yet to see it & now his account is over-drawn due to no follow through. I have called & called with no answer I also spoke with a Corey on 9/18/17 who said he would give the message to Kevin (who is never there) & calll me when this was taken care of. As of today this still is not taken care of ;we were never given a receipt either.. We have stayed at Motel 6's often & have never had a problem but at this one the workers did not seem to know what they were doing I realize this was a hectic time but a good employee should be able to handle it. We were in room 245 James Vogelpohl was the name & the address is 2058 Savannah Hwy you can reach him at [protected] or reply to this message also the signs on the back of the room doors said the rate was $99 so much for cheap. Please take care of this ASAP or we will be forced to take further actions
