Ok I called and placed an order for a set or hypnotic roxstar in 24 inch with tires Friday Feb. 12th, 2010, I was given the quote of 1599. Then on Saturday Feb. 13th, 2010 I called back to place an order with my credit card. I submitted my order and was told to call back Tuesday Feb. 16th after 4pm to get my shipping info because of the time zone difference because I live in Texas and because Feb. 15th was a federal holiday and the banks was closed. So I called back after 4pm on Tuesday the 16th and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Then when Robert (so many names I want to call him) came back to the phone he told me to call back on the 17th because the order wasn’t able be processed because the banks was closed on the 15th. So I called back on the 17th and was read back my order and at this time he included that upon delivery that 195$ was due by way of cod when the rims arrive at my door, I had a small delay in words because I wasn’t informed of this before I ordered but said cool ship them and we got off the phone. Then I called back the next day to get the shipping and tracking info and that’s when he informed me that he didn’t have the rims in stock, so I was like cool then just refund my money and I will call back later when the rims are in stock. That’s when Robert asked if I had the magazine in which I had ordered from nearby. I told him no and he asked for my email and said he will call me right back. So the next 30 minutes I was chilling with a big question mark above my head wondering what in the hell just happen. So 30 minutes later I got a call from Robert and he asked did I see the rims that he emailed to me I told him no I don’t want any other rim than what I ask for and to refund me. He said ok that their would be a 20% cancellation-restocking fee, I told him hell you didn’t have the rims in stock to even apply the restocking fee he proceeded to talk ### and get loud so I hung up the phone and called my bank filed a claim against them. So a day later my bank called me and told me all the lies that the owner Henry had told her so I advised her that I never talked to him and to call and put him on 3-way, so the banker did. I explained to the banker again what had happen and Henry claimed that I never asked for a refund, I asked him how would he know if I never talked to him, he said that he wasn’t informed that I wanted a refund, I told him that that’s between his employee and him not me and that just because his employee never told him that I wanted my refund doesn’t me I didn’t ask for it and that, that just means his employee Robert didn’t tell him. Then I told him that Robert didn’t want to give me a refund and that he was trying to sell me more rims . note****** still on 3-way*****. He told me I was lying and that his employee didn’t try to sell me more rims. I asked him how would he know he wasn’t on the phone and I told him and the banker what reason do I have to lie for, he got silent and I informed him that since Robert didn’t tell him I wanted a refund and since I got you on the phone and you’re the owner now I’m telling you and the banker as of today I want a refund since Robert never told him, he got silent. So then he started talking about what the credit card companies charge him for processing my card. I told him he should check to see if he has rims in stock before he start taking orders and if your company takes money before checking to see if the rims are in stock and the card companies charge you a fee then that’s sounds like a personal problem and not one of mines. He finally said fine ill refund the full amount and that it should be on my card in the next 24 to 48 hour
