The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I bought 3 daily tickets for Rock en Seine 156 Euros in 13/08/2010. I received an immediate confirmation e-mail that my credit card is charged and the ticketing is in process and I would be informed. I did not receive any more e-mails, so I wrote to them several times asking if everything is ok to which I had no replies.

Then, on 27/08/2010, I received an automatic cancellation e-mail, which says they would send me another e-mail concerning the re-payment in 3 business days. Again, I did not receive any more e-mails. I wrote to them 3 times since, and they do not reply any of them.

This is the situation now; it has been 1, 5 month since they got the payment and 1 month since they informed me that the tickets are cancelled. They did not reply any of my e-mails and did not refund the money. They simply STEALED my money.

It's a scam, we went to both "offices" they list on the website and both were empty buildings. Further more after contacting "Crazy Horse" (where we bought tickets for)we were told they've never heard of mossaico diffusion and certainly never done business with them. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEIR WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING!

I called last week to ask for my ticket. After sending many emails I thought calling has to be the only way to solve this out. They told me they will deliver my ticket next week. My ticket came yesterday with the mail. I am so happy. It is weird that they do not answer the e-mails. However, I am very happy because of my ticket.

I bought my ticket three weeks ago and I haven't received any confirmation that my ticket has been sent to the address I gave them. Now when I read those comments, I don't know what to do. I also wrote them several times and I was hoping to clarify everything today with a phone call. Let's see if the pick up the phone.

i bought 2 tickets for the opera garnier three months before the show...never got anything !i ve sent more than 50 mail..not one answer!...i ll visit there office in rue richelieu in december to get more info such as a proper phone number and name and last name of the responsible of the office!...

Yes, they did the same for me, but with the Summer Sonic Festival in Osaka Japan in August. Here is their phone number if you'd like to call them: +[protected]. Sometimes they answer, other times they don't. I am giving them one more week to get me my 170 Euros and then I'm reporting them to the law enforcement authorities. I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one being screwed by them.
