I don`t know how they get away with it but Morrisons treat their staff like 2nd class citizens especially the bosses. There are so many department managers supervisors etc who have stepped down because of the pressures and stress put on to them. The turnover of staff is rediculous and nothing is ever done to find out why this is. When one female boss left one store to come to another the original store held a party to celebrate. Nasty is not the word for this person and she must hold a record for the amount of staff who have left, stepped down or just for being in tears because of her and on a daily basis. Theres been many a complaint about her but she`s still there and must be the most despised person on the planet. Does anyone else have employers like this?
Morrisons the worst company for bullying and intimidating staff, highest turnover of staff and sickness levels due to stress. Why does head office not do anything about this? Because its all about making money no matter who gets upset or hurt. We had a customer die in our cafe last week and they wouldn`t even close the cafe whilst paramedics were trying to revive the poor man but he was already dead and customers were still buying meals. Both staff and customers were appalled by this. Horrible company horrible management all over the stores n0t just in one store, this bullying is rife
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I purchased some chicken breast pieces I only get chicken breast because there’s no bones and I give it to my kids last night my 12 year old come downstairs with her plate saying there was a bone in her food to my surprise there was
I recently purchased packs of Andrex Washlets. The unit price displayed was based on packs containing 40 wipes however each pack only contains 36.

I have just returned home with bread and Camembert cheese to feed my family. When I opened the cheese package the cheese had already been opened and half of the cheese missing… I purchased at 18.52 today and have a copy of the receipt and can provide a photo of the packaging and cheese …
Purchased today 30/10/23 Use by 30/10 on packaging but the bread is so stale it is horrible to eat and breaking up. It went in the bin.
Product was chosen from the food to go section but this should have been removed as not fit for consumption
Morrison’s have always been my only place to get all my gluten free items. Morrison’s sold their own breadcrumbs. Now it’s no longer in store. They now have one which is not made by them which taste awful. Very burnt flavour. Why don’t do their own brand anymore. PLEASE BRING IT BACK
On the 10th October I was run off the road by a delivery driver, who came off a roundabout in North Oxford in the wrong lane. I called the customers services, who said someone would contact me back! It is now the 25th and I still haven't had a response. I took the registration at the tie YL68 BSV. The driver did not stop, or acknowledge at all!
I have tried for weeks now to purchase, this product.
Whenever I order with my online groceries order, it never
arrives.
This week, when I tried, it was listed as been available, hence my
husband and I decided to drive 25mls. to your store in Dumfries,
guess what non available!
What is going on?
The store is currently under a revamp but the works that go on on a night are far too noisy. There’s been some machinery right opposite the house for the past couple of hours and can also hear constant banging throughout the night for the past couple of weeks.
I was told today you intend to close down butcher dept in Falside Rd store. I buy all my butcher meat in store so not happy if it does close down. I would like you to re think your decision.
Purchased chicken breast fillets as I usual from Morrisons. My grandson said something was sharp when we were preparing the evening meal . When I looked I found a sharp piece of chicken bone. As a usual customer at Morrisons I was really upset. Imagine if I had cooked and he ate it. Please see pictures attached
I have emailed twice about a bone that was found in a food item, I have all the details and have emailed them the details but no one has been in touch I get an automated reply to say this will be dealt with but as to date nothing has been done.
My deliver yesterday (23/8) had TWO replacement's. 1. Pukka tea and 2. Bonne Maman Conserve. I returned BOTH but have only been refunded for the Pukka tea.

I had these delivered Saturday & as I was busy my husband put the delivery away. We were away all weekend so I was going to cook the chicken I purchased today however I looked at the sell by date of the loin steaks and it was yesterdays date on them. I have enclosed a picture for you to see. I do not want short dates as we go away quite often.
Hello I recently done a food shop order and it arrived yesterday. Everything look find when I took it in to u pack. I went to open the crumpets to give one to my daughter this morning to find out I was given mouldy crumpets. I was not happy due to the fact that I paid for delivery and was expecting fresh food not mouldy food
Today I was messaged just before my order was due to say there will be a day delay but you have taken money for goods not delivered.
Today done are weekly shop at morrisons Southport at 15.00 on 3/8/23.Had to wait in a long queues for a manned checkout as there where only three tills open same thing happened last week this has been the norm since Morrisons introduced the scan yourself checkouts .
Why should I have to scan coupons for (eg) "3000 points when you next spend £40 in store?" If I scan my card, the system should automatically add the extra points.
It is not always easy to keep a track of these couplons and their validity, but they should be on your system.
We were shopping at your Anniesland store while loading our shopping into car we were nearly knocked down by one of your Amazon delivery drivers who then verbally abused us. It was a male driving a 66 plate white bmw 1 series. You should be able to check it on your cctv.

Bought lamb burgers in Ormskirk branch as we always shop either there or Maghull, cooked them Saturday and what a very disappointing meal this was, they took ages to cook, fatty and very loose, just impossible to eat so had to throw them out, sorry not like Morrison but have to complain hopefully to improve that service.

I went into one of your stores and used the cafe and as I of many other people had a gluten allergy you don’t have anything that is gluten free as every cafe and restaurant should cater for people who has all different allergy needs I won’t be returning back to your cafe until it has been listened to and acted upon

As the ham was off and funny colour really upset because I have to eat at certain times a day
My online was delivered on the 17 of June , I noticed today it was out of date on the 15 of july , I have keen charged for 2 boxes of ice cream cones that I didn’t receive
morrisons changed the club card without any notification that they would be removing point earned on old system ,they just did it and set up a new club card wiping out all old points WITHOUT NOTICE
Ordered at 3:44 for delivery slot between 6-8. Order was never completed and never arrived. Just cancelled at 10. No explaintion at all. This is extremely poor customer service and I won’t have my money back for 5 days
I bought 4x beef rump steaks from the store in Chelmsford .. I was so disappointed they were absolutely awful ! Every one of them ended up going in the food waste .. they tasted like off liver .. bought 29/04/2023 these were bought for a dinner party and absolutely ruined our meal very disappointed and embarrassing
Bought 5 packs custard donuts today the 25/05/23 at around 0930am and no custard in them. Ate two thinking had just been missed but no custard in any of them. My kids were very disappointed and being 9months pregnant i don’t have the energy to go back to store to mention. I can honestly say very poor quality and customer satisfaction
Hi , I was not pleased with the way the manager served me, it's like he could not be bothered, no smile, no thankyou, if he is going to be this way then he will loose customers, and there was only me, it wasn't as if he was busy at the time, I think he should know and do something about his customers skills.
There is an abundance of litter in the hedges in the car park at your store in Pemberton Parc, Llanelli. It is most unsightly, and projects a negative impression of your store. The photos were taken at midday on the 8th of April, 2013. The rubbish is still there today (15th of April 2013).
Myself my partner and children came in for food today food was cold and hard in place 😩we have 2 upset children and nearly £30 down drain 🥲🥲🥲we ordered 2 large breakfast and 2 small food was cold no alternative offered very disappointed
There was no rice in the Burrito? It was only meat and the filling wasn’t good without it.

Hi I put £30 worth of diesel in my car on the 9th jan 2023 at the Worksop petrol station. I tried paying at the pump it wouldn't work and now I've been charged for the £30 I put in and £45 that I haven't even used I don't understand where the 45 has even come from. I won't be ever using Morrisons petrol stations again.
We brought this from burton on trent morrisons and the wife started chocking on the contents when she spat it out the results were as in the photos not happy at all I know mistakes are made from time too time but this hard piece could of been bad result
This lamb which was quite expensive, had a massive bone in the middle of it and it was meant to be boneless. I cooked it and then realised whilst cutting into it that it had a massive bone in it - this was not what it said on the wrapper.
Kettering Road, Northampton. Every time I’ve been shopping last couple of months it has been freezing cold. Staff wearing outdoor jackets, scarves, gloves. My hands were so cold I had trouble using my phone to pay.
Your delivery serviceis inadequate and so is this complaints procedure.
I bought a packed of 6 sugared ring doughnuts , when I got them home I found them to be a no filling full doughnut the ring was missing as was the sugar.. the only bit of this that’s right is the 6 and the word doughnut .. they are not ring and they are not sugared

I have josh opened up some belly pork slices to cook that I bought from Morrisons.
When I opened inside the packaging it says it's Aldi.
Can you explain this please. I can guarantee it would have been cheaper at Aldi
Also two allergies couldn't eat due to risk of it being the wrong ingredients
