Morrisons moraisons peanut butter

I bought your own brand of Peanut as the label showed it to have no added sugar or salt, assuming it to be a healthy option.
When I opened the jar there was a large pool of oil covering the surface.
In fact the Peanut butter was just a thin crunchy oil.
I decided to separate the oil from the Peanut butter.
As you will see from the photo more than half the jar was oil. The remaining Peanut gloop - still very oily - hardly filled a third of the jar.
You can clearly see the amount of oil in the plate.
This is one of the worst products I have ever bought anywhere.
I regularly shop at Morrisons and have never been so disappointed by a product. Disgusted would not be too strong a word which is why I am bothering to complain.

Morrisons sausages from the butchers

Me and my partner went to Morrisons in Wimbledon today 11th March around 2:30pm and we were going to buy some sausages from the Butcher but the staff were not wearing any gloves to put hands on the food, very poor hygiene - absolutely disgusting and a health risk contamination.
We warned them about what happened but this should be seriously deeply monitored because it is a risk to the health of all who intend to buy these foods to consume them.
We hope that situation not happen anymore in the future.

Morrisons operates a clean hand policy, all counters staff especially those on meat and fish must wash there hands regularly. If they leave the counter for any reason and return they will wash there hands. This is company policy and having run a meat and fish department for them I can assure all of you hygiene is of the upmost importance and all staff have to be level 3 food hygiene trained..There is more chance the poor counters staff would catch a bug from the customers!

Morrisons cafe staff member

good day,
on 16/02/2017 I was in the cafe at morrisons morecambe lancashire.I ordered a meal with bread and butter.the meal arrived without the bread so I told the male waiter who then went off to talk to a lady at the entrance of the cafe and then went to half heartedly clear a bottle from a table whilst talking to the person at a table near by.incidently he had not cleared a tray of plates that was on my table from another customer.when he walked past me again I said "when you are ready for the bread" I did not sound annoyed or angry.his answer was "when I`m not busy".I was shocked .Is this the way a worker speaks to a customer and he never took the tray.By the time he brought the bread my meal was cold.kind regards
s e brown.

Morrisons receipt has error.

I just got back from morrisons in york after buying several items (Through an ordinary checkout, not self service), including 2 bags of morrisons savers toffees. On my receipt, one of them was recorded as a "clear fruits" (M savers c/fruits), so I was overcharged by 13p. It's not a significant problem to me, but if other people are being charged extra for things they regularly buy, it could be a serious issue.

Morrisons as an employee

I am an employee at morrisons and have been for 9 years, the amount of staff I have seen leave just on my department since I have been there is over 70, the place is an absolute joke, I am now off with stress as they expect to much of one person, I am the only fully trained staff member on there and had to train myself to get there, I also work on other departments ad they have no staff. I went into work to speak to the manager about my situation and she spoke to me like I was an i###t if I could get another job I would in a heart beat, the place is going down hill and hope it closes

Morrisons chicken and silverside beef joint

I bought both an extra large chicken and an £18 bit of silverside from your store at Hunter trist Edinburgh for my Christmas dinner. The chicken does not go out of date till the 26.12.16 but on opening this morning it was off. My silverside halfed in size after cooking it. This has left me distressed thinking I don't have enough food to go round my 8 guests today.

Morrisons poor customer service combined with a racist attitude towards whites.

I went to Morrison's this evening and as usual I used a basket to put the items in which I intended to buy and went to the self service tills. I rang the items including two bags and paid for it with my debit card. I then started loading my items into the two bags. As I was loading the second bag, a so-called asian customer assistant approached me and said in a very stroppy way "Did you pay for that?" She was looking at the first bag which was on the floor when she said it. I replied in the affirmative. why wouldn't I have?

Now I ask you why would she think that I hadn't paid for it? She has no reason to believe that I had not paid for it. She was simply picking on me because I was white. This is not my first time to experience this sort of nasty racist attitude towards me and there is one other black lady who treats me the same way.

What I was doing on this occassion was neither unreasonable nor in the least bit suspicious and therefore I do not believe that lady had the right to treat me this way.

After I finished loading the two bags I approached the lady and told her that I found that what she did was highly insulting. I told her that I have been coming to this store for the last six years. She refused to listen to what I was saying and did not appologise.

Due to the fact that I have been coming to that shop for the last six years, I find it highly insulting that this lady and her colleague should treat me as a thief, neither of these ladies are members of the security team. They therefore have no actual legal right to do this in the uk.

I have noticed on other occassions, that the only people that the big black security guard picks on are whites. Now I don't know the circumstances of those situations so I am keeping an open mind with regards to those cases. But it does appear that the only people they seem to target are white. And the security bloke was quite rough with those other whites.

SHAME ON YOU MORRISONS FOR TOLARATING RACISM TOWARDS WHITE CUSTOMERS!

Morrisons not willing to deliver to a disabled girl in w12

We placed an order with Morrisons for some drinks for a fund raising party we where panning to have for Halloween to help a disabled lady raise money for her music project. This was the second time we had placed the order due a mix up at the beginning so we had to make a new account. So we checked the deliverey on the site and was told they deliver to W12 in London. We placed the order and later that evening we received an email to say it had been canceled. We contacted then and was asked to send poof of address over so we did. I explained the order was for a disabled woman and had her verify her in formation and give me permission to speak on her behalf. We was then told that we would not be reviving the order because of a security issue. I online our issue again and offered to send addition information to them and the said that they could not deliver due to a the area being security risk. I ask why this was not hi lighted at the point when I checked if they deliver to my area. This would have saved me 2 hours of my time. I was then fobbed off with well its security and things change all the time. But on the site it is still telling me they deliver to my area. Also I asked if there was any special dispensation for the fact that the lady in a wheelchair and was able to leave the house unsupervised and they was willing to send proof of this. I was told not they its to much of a security risk. And they where not able to do anything... this was very annoying and should have been sorted on the site to reflect this. I work in web design and know this is not hard to do with the CMS they are using. I am extremely disappointed with Morrison's where we as a family spend about £500 per month last Thursday alone we spent 240 and I spent a further £90 on stuff for my self. Is its very sad that a company that offers delivery can't safeguard its products and is not willing to be flexible to accommodate the dissabled users in the community who find it hard to get out.

Morrisons staff being treated poorly

Moved staff member with no knowledge when they got back from a holiday to a complete different department after 3+ years on the one previous. Other team member of that department constantly leaving notes or making inappropriate comments to other staff members leaving this employee to be diagnosed with depression, and loosing his hair due to the stress, asked to move stores, was told 6 months ago it would be possible, then last month was told it wasn't due to 2 weeks off work in 2014 which was down to a broken leg! Constantly belittling and now told he'd be sacked after FIVE years as works not up to "standard" really because i'm sorry if someone was being bullied contentiously to the extent they are basically having panic attacks when leaving the house, do you think they'd be working to the best of their ability erm no!

Morrisons team leader took my job

The team leader us to be supervisor on this department of Morrison's until they cut managers and supervisors jobs . They had to apply for team leaders jobs with in the company .Or was made redundant if they were not successful . They made her redundant she was upset and I did fell for her but the right person got the job . Here comes the twist she made that much fuss they told the person they had given the team leader job to they had made a mistake. And made him redundant and give her the job . Which she did for about 1 and half years .In this time and before I worked the department she left as normal 39 hour staff I was by my self for about a good 9 months of this as the other person was on sick . The new team leader job was to much for her and could not manage it. The ADM s told her if she stepped down they would put her back on her old department where she wanted to be . Their is now three people on the department there is only work for 1 and a half person so i am been passed back in to my old job .Personal think I can just change my hours to suit them and her I have now made new commitment look after my grandchildren when I finish work so I have to finish at a smarten time every day . I can no longer do this because of them all they have done is use me to get what they want because of the fuss she makes I am been thrown a side just like the other person .

Morrisons disabled tables

We have shopped in your Barrow in Furness store since it opened but we have now had to stop owing to the disabled tables in your café being used by none disabled people. There used to be signs saying these tables are reserved for disabled people. There are no signs now. People are using these tables as family & friends meeting places. Tables are pulled together & used for meetings. It is disgraceful that disabled people, like my wife, who has to use a wheelchair, cannot use these tables and therefore cannot have meal in your café as she cannot use the normal tables. The staff should make sure these tables are used for disabled people and notices plainly stating they are not to be used by none disabled persons. My wife is not disabled by choice and does need a rest after shopping. Unfortunately we have had to look elsewhere for disabled friendly café seating. We like your store but unfortunately it is not being run on a disabled friendly basis.
Thank you for reading this

Morrisons un-trained and rude staff

I want to submit a complaint about the rubbish, untrained, and inexperienced black staff of Morrisons at Stratford London.

I don't know her name; but the supervisor of that store does know her name. She is black girl working on self service machines.
Despite the doing her duty properly she was quarrelling & arguing with the customers. Instead of accepting her mistake she was continuously annoying the customers.

She does not have any experience and I think she does not eligible for that customer service job, despite it she is more eligible for TOILET CLEANING job.

Morrisons customer service

I have to make a complaint on your customer service staff - Zoe, at Leicester store, LE2 7LT.
I went to your customer service desk on the 16th November as I found two items had a wrong price on the receipt. However, shockingly your customer service staff Zoe, with no politeness or manners, straight away satirized me:" Always something wrong with your receipt!"

Beg your pardon - I didn't produce this receipt but you Morrisons did! If there is something wrong or ALWAYS wrong, it will be you to be criticised and to be questioned! Why are the prices you charge at the till ‘always’ different to the prices you display on the shelf! If it doesn’t mean you are unprofessional and make mistakes all the time, what is the explanation then?

I've been checking with people since then and found out all the other supermarkets customers they are all fine with their receipts and have never had a problem! But those who are shopping at Morrisons have all agreed it is often something wrong with the receipts and some of them are actually thinking to leave.

I’m very disappointed. I noticed you are doing some price matching recently but business is not just being ‘cheap’, it is more about ‘trust’, isn’t it? If your receipts are not honest or your staff is being so unprofessional, how are you going to maintain your customers? If it is just simply for ‘cheap’ price, we would rather go to Asda or Aldi as at least we know their receipts are ALWAYS RIGHT!

I think your customer service owes me an apology by talking to a customer in such an irony rude way. In addition, I will keep seeking formal advice on my consumer rights on the wrong receipts and the time has been wasted caused by your mistakes.

Morrisons bullying seniors

Seniors belittle staff on a daily basis show no support and personnel manager very much the same. Staff dread having issues that mean not getting into work as were basically slated over the phone and get made to feel like children. Customers comment on the store managers attitude and the DM argues with every member of staff she can. Store moral is down and staff levels are dropping so were expected to work harder and cover tills.the only time any senior helps staff out is if they get alerted to an area or regional manager visit.

Morrisons overpriced

Despite every year being the most profitable Morrisons store the prices are much higher than in UK stores and few offers are available in store in Gibraltar. They take advantage of lack of competition here in Gibraltar.OK there are extra transportation costs, but these are more than covered by the massive sales at this branch. We are held to ransom by Morrisons and in times of crisis this is a disgusting practice.

Morrisons lack of help

i think my store is being run into the ground, there has been hardly any new staff in months, if a member leaves they are not replaced, leaving thier department short staffed so people from other departments are forced into work they dont like and are not properly trained on.In one canteen there was only one person doing a two person job for 7 hours with only a snatched tea break when it was quiet and no lunch break.Nobody cares about anybody because they are all in the same boat, management are like badly trained children.i dread holidays because i am left on my own and my line manager doesnt helpi was told to fill in a greivience form but i dont know how to word it properly and i am sure others would join me, nobody seems to have the bottle to do it so i guess somebody has to stand up, i like my job and i want to do my best but in the end all i want to do is run away! grrrrrrrr
