Morris shoots beautiful pictures and did post our wedding proofs for review online over 2months after the wedding. The wedding was in Nov 2010. According to the last email we received in Jan 2011, he was going to have the final editing and photos available by Feb 2011. According to our contract, he also was to shoot my spring bridals. He was paid in full up front. We did finally receive an update from him 3 wks ago promising the wedding photos. 2 weeks later NO PICTURES and NO BRIDALS to date. It is May of 2011. I have also met 2 others with the same complaints.

Morris Malakoff Photography NO PICTURES

Morris shoots beautiful pictures and did post our wedding proofs for review online over 2months after the wedding. The wedding was in Nov 2010. Accoriding to the last email we received in Jan 2011, he was going to have the final editing and photos available by Feb 2011. According to our contract, he also was to shoot my spring bridals. He was paid in full up front. We did finally receive an update from him 3 wks ago promising the wedding photos (after posting an online blog that he referred to in the email). BUT 2 weeks later NO PICTURES and NO BRIDALS to date. It is May of 2011. I have also met 2 others with the same complaints. So we spent 3000 and the only thing we have out of a contract for engagements/bridals/wedding is our engagements. I have spoken to 2 other Houston photographers who state they have their photos edited and complete in 1-2 months. The main thing is Morris will not answer phone calls or emails. PERIOD!

Morris Malakoff Photography Failure to deliver wedding pictures

We contracted with Morris Malakoff Photography of Houston to shoot pictures at our daughter's wedding. He took the pictures fine and even posted proofs online for our review. We patiently awaited delivery of the high-resolution digital negatives, which were promised in the contract, only to discover that Morris was becoming less and less responsive to our inquiries over the coming months. It has now been well over a year since the wedding and he has now ceased to return ANY inquiries we make, either e-mails or phone calls. We made the mistake of paying in full up front. Now, he has our money and has delivered NONE of the digital photos he promised in the contract. We are pursuing several different avenues in hopes of coming to a resolution.
