Hello I received a new card Charlotte Burkett and she already had a new one on the new card it has paid to 03/31/2022 and it also has paid to 03/31/2025. I am wondering it that was to be for Larry Burkett [protected] for which I sent 40 dollars you can email me at [protected]@aol.com

I live next door to the moose lodge 936. It's currently 9:20pm the moose was supposed to close almost an hour ago, there are five individuals sitting in the back smoking cigarettes and marijuana still being served alcohol including the bartender. This is a residential neighbourhood and the moose is not an all hours bar. We had a lot of issues with this chapter last summer and we will be filing grievances with the city of St. Catharines and the AGCO (alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) we are sending this email as a curtesy hoping this can help rectify these issues. We do have photo and video evidence to back up our complaint

I've been a member for several years, in California, Arizona and now West Virginia. 2 weeks ago my wife and I stopped by my lodge (St Albans 868) after our Friday date night dinner, as we have for YEARS. Where I'll spend upwards to $100, $150 on drinks, music, games, etc. We've done this for YEARS. I was approached by one of the officers and told that I've signed my wife in more than 2 times and if we plan on coming back that she has to become a member. So as a member of the Moose we're not allowed to bring in guest? With membership on the decline, now we're going to stop members from bringing in guest? Like I mentioned before, we've done this for years, it's become part of our Friday night routine, but I guess we'll just have to find another place to frequent every Friday night. Myself and a couple other members WILL NOT be renewing our membership

While he was at the bar he removed his mask at 7 pm while bar was crowded. He is now an employee, and I left because of that. While all cooks, bartenders and administrative employees have to wear a mask. He has been at the biker rally in Sturgis South Dakota along with 250, 000 other bikers, mostly not wearing mask and did not self quarantine for fourteen days like it is suggested by FDC guidelines. To feel safe while in our Moose should not be an option for all of us abiding by FDC and state guidelines. My dues is close to renewing. I am a member since 2003 and a legion member and will likely not renew due to these conditions. Thank you, I hope this matter will be resolved. I am sending the following letter in care of the bartenders at the lodge listed below. This same letter was given to the House Committe and was thrown away.

This letter is being written with the utmost respect and concern for our Lodge #2094. The recent events with the pandemic have led us into a new normal that has brought many changes to our lodge and its employees. The bartenders at our lodge work extremely hard and are dedicated to make the club the best it can be.

With that being said, there are many employees that are being treated unfairly by the bar manager and it's obvious to more people than just those girls that go in to work everyday. We have been advised of a temporary pay raise received, due to the government loan, being offered to new hires that most likely were hired because of that very reason; it is completely unfair and disrespectful to all those ladies that have put years and hard work to make our club what it is today. These new hires were not there cleaning and working hard during the shut down to make our moose better. They were brought on conveniently for that reason, $25 per hour.

Also, the hours and duties amongst the girls that we have seen are completely based on the bar manager's favoritism. We see the same girls, EXPERIENCED bartenders being tossed in the kitchen while new employees are getting put behind the bar with better hours. This is not fair. We have grown with our bartenders and they are the many reasons we visit the Moose everyday. The scheduling is based on favoritism, the duties are based on favoritism and the people your bar manager hires is based on favoritism. Those girls that have been working hard for us for many years deserve better management than what they are receiving.

One last thing, there is not another club that has their bar manager working as a bartender collecting full tips just as their lower paid bartenders. The Defiance Moose Lodge is better than this representation of their current management. The decline is starting to show and it will be a sad day when some of our beloved bartenders have had enough.

The administrator sleeps with bartenders who are paid under the table ... Makes work environment horrible if they stop relationship ... Has women in lodge doing sexual activities to him in front of his child present ... Smoking in lodge legal gambling drug use there and board is either part of or their family is so nothing is said ... The bartender who was terminated by text was let go for enforcement of dress code and telling members and non me vets take drugs off property and for making people go outside to smoke .. she was the it bartender with any training ... Also the lodge has no liscense to sell food but forces the bartenders to do so or they are fired ... No COVID anything and the bartenders complained even couldn't sanitize due to no cleaners like it matters now the oy bartender who cleaned was terminated. Sad when as a Woman of the Moose I am forced to either stay away from a lodge I laid dues to be a part of or have to look at the governor daughter and another board member wife have shorts that don't cover their backsides and lost a good bartender cuz while drunk the week before the administrator (who stays drunk) told her to earn it was about to be unacceptable ... Also the bartender was told by administrator numerous times to over serve patrons or age was fired ... I guess I wasted my money new lodge means nothing with worse trashy and illegal Activity than old lodge.

My husband and I like to visit various Moose Lodge is in the areas that we travel to. Therefore, while in Indio California we decided to stop at the Moose Lodge there and check it out.

Our visit to the Indio Moose Lodge was a giant disappointment. We own a home near that location and were hoping that this would be a welcoming place that we could visit regularly. Unfortunately, this lodge was not welcoming at all! In fact, our visit to the Indio Moose Lodge was a giant disappointment for us.

We arrived there on a sunny afternoon. When we entered the building we noticed that there were four or five people sitting at the bar and no other persons in the area except the bartender.

We walked past the customer sitting at the bar to the other side as that was where seats were available. We sat down and waited for the bartender to acknowledge us and take our order.

We sat there for approximately 20 minutes before the bartender acknowledged our presence and requested our order. None of the other patrons bothered to ask us who we were, where, we were from or anything else.

Once we ordered our drinks, we attempted to befriend the person sitting closest to us. We told them that that we were from out of town visiting their lodge. No one asked us where we were from or why we were in the area. We were unable to engage anyone in conversation.

The bartender was young and did not know how to make the first two drinks that I asked for, so I decided to just drink a Rum and Coke.

The building itself was in Poor repair. The bathroom for the ladies was in bad shape, and the stalls were situated in such a way that The toilets were difficult to sit down on, let alone get back Up.

Bottom line is we found the patrons to be unfriendly and the bartender inexperienced. When we left, we were glad to be gone and knew that we would never return to that lodge again. Bummer!

I called the bar on sunday February 23rd at 4:22 pm and ask for my fiance John Fabbri they kept asking me who so I spelled it for them and they laughed at me and hung up. I called back and said that was rude to hang up on me, then they said they couldn't understand me and I replied that it was very rude and unprofessional of them to hang up on me because they couldn't understand me. I'm not renewing my membership for July 2020. I don't want to be a member of a family club that makes fun of their members. that hurt me a great deal and I've been member since 2013

On or around the first or second week of september, myself and among some friends went to the moose to enjoy some dancing and have a good time. When it was over, we were heading out and leaving the moose, when they were advising us to go out the back door which i found it odd, since we can't use the back door as an entrance or exit unless for urgent moments, to find out the dj who was playing that night was wanting to start an arguement with 2 of our friends, whom we didn't know why or what they were talking about. We are calm, friendly people who dont start arguements nor start fights or anything, and we do have people to back up my story. We know the dj and his girlfriend good and would always say hi to each other, but that night the dj wanted to start something with one of our other friend but he wasn't aware of what he did wrong when he was with us all night long minding our own business just having a good time. As the arguement worsen, the dj threw the first punch and my friend went down but didn't fight back . He asked the dj what his problem was or what he did but he didn't tell him, so the fight ended there. The next weekend the dj happened to b playing again that night, we minded our own business and try to have a good time, when my friend went to the restroom, the dj followed him in there to start again and told him what he was doing here and wanted to start fighting with him again. He even locked the restroom so noone else would go in..now we tried coming two weeks ago to find out he was banned! This is not right and i didn't want to talk to the head of the moose cuz he's good friends with the dj and wont do nothing about it. It is something we have no reason to start anything and yet he can come up to my friend and start fighting for no reason? I heard something about my friend watching the dj girlfriend dancing? We all watch everybody dancing and we dont judge anyone on how they dance or act, but it's not a reason for this fighting to go on for something my friend didn't do intentionally nor meant anything bad by it. For him to be banned for 30 days isn't right. Nor when that dj plays, we cant go cuz he always wants to start something with my friend. This dj has to change his ways, he was banned from another place also where they play music, for causing a fight. Hope this can be resolved in good vibes, as this wasn't our fault nor wrong doing for someone else's wrong doing. We have one of the security guys that witnessed the fight and others who were suprised as we were that this happened. I don't want to involve them, cuz they are nice people and also our friends, and don't want to put them on the spot. I do hope to hear from you soon and see what we can do as members of the moose! We dont bother anyone nor are we fighting people, we just go to have a few drinks and dance with our friends, and we can't do that being our friend is banned for some misunderstanding, or being accused of something that wasn't meant for. Our Moose has no secretary and no janiter, Our Administrator is all of that, paying himself and paying bartenders under the table, two bartenders that do recieve checks still have not recieved W-2 forms, when we have our circus meetings at a round table we do not have a clue where our payroll stands, our newly elected treasurer does not have a clue on any checks or what is going where, what should we do

I have been a member of winter haven moose 1023 since 1993 and month of july 2016 brother of the month. I belonged to a pool league that was around 30 members strong, we played thursday and saturday night. The new admin that doesn't play jumped right in front of the two member that worked hard building thisleague to where on thursday and sat. Started bring in a good income and new young members. The new admin. Is a dictator does not care about the members just his pay check. He lied to me when I throwe back in his face I god banden for one year. I did not renew and about 30 plus are not renew or going to the moose. The manager is a drunk.The manager is very sickly. Its his girlfriend that tends bar daytime. The daytime female bartender with curly hair yells at customers throws beer bottles at trash. Lot people have left because these 2 . They will not return untill they are gone .They had karaoke and people stopped going to it they hired tall guy dirty and always late we come to sing not hour and half after supposed to start. Had good kj he not there much now . Lady in kitchen always drinking wine!. Kit not that clean … the tall guy is good bartender and the nite time older lady is good.They have people on board idiots cause no one else will do it. My husband and i stop going we miss it was great !always run into some old customers get bad stories about manager and daytime lady bartender mgr wife .I would like to remain anonymous . On karaoke nite they have 4-5 peeps now compared to full house .Please give us back our fav place !also children singing at nite in bar at karaoke

Recently we had a big wedding at the moose lodge 875 in Mitchell SD and we had over 10 volunteers including officers and governor and our social quarters manager. Every one of them was drinking alcohol while volunteering for free . The board members drink at every board meeting they hold although the woman of the moose are not allowed to.
We had 400 ppl at this wedding and not one officer of the lodge was sober or not drinking. It is common practice for volunteers to get to drink for free in the social quarters when volunteering. When I confronted the social quarters manager and the board was told by another employee that I printed out the bylaws and was going to report it at last nights meeting they called me this morning over speaker phone and terminated my employment. I have been a member in Tucson for 4 years now, and do not feel comfortable going any more because I am constantly being touched and grabbed in very inappropriate ways from officers there I think they think they are untouchable and I bec to find out how to report them. These men once particularly has made me very uncomfortable, he's gotten in my car trying to go home with me, he leaves the Moose very intoxicated nightly, then drives home. He has cornered me several times, I feel unsafe there. Please help me I have many friends that have had the same encounter with him as well.
