Monument / Inability to use!

After choosing not to use this card for a few months i tried to buy something from argos and the card will not authorize, even though it is clear and the available amount of credit is more than 50 times the purchase price of my item. This is disgusting. Is it worth paying charges and interest to a company that seems not to want them...

Try contacting the ARGOS CARD customer service team, their number can be found on the card statement. They can tell you in full detail why the card has not been activated etc as they have access to account details store staff do not.
