Monster Scooter Parts Failed delivery, no refund, no replacement

I placed an order for a carburetor on April 8, 2023. The tracking showed that it was delivered on Saturday, April 15, 2023. I never received the part so I called customer service. I spoke to a Joanne and another woman who said she was the highest level supervisor in that role, they said that they have confirmation of delivery from UPS. I explained that I never received the part regardless of their confirmation they told me they would not give me a refund or a replacement, because of the confirmation, which did not include any photograph or proof. In fact, the UPS tracking says it was left at a locker, which they do not have access to get inside of the locker. They are referring to is a half a mile from my house and sits on a public road. I explained my case and was told very aggressively that they are going to adhere to their policies, and I am just out of both my refund or replacement part. I was told that I have the option of purchasing the same item from them and having them ship it the same exact way. Why would anyone do that?

Desired outcome: Full refund. And a sincere apology.

Monster Scooter Parts Shipping issues

I paid extra to them for faster shipping, at the time I did not know I was less than fifty miles away from them. My package has now been sitting in the local fedex distribution center for three days and won't be delivered for two more days. I informed the clown on the phone that I maintain more than a dozen minibikes for neighborhood kids and that I wouldn't be buying from them again if they were not able to rectify the situation. They were very clear when they explained that I should shut my mouth and quit complaining, the shipping issue was actually not an issue at all and furthermore... My future business was unwanted and unneeded. Run away from these fools... Far and fast.

Monster Scooter Parts 4 wire scooter ignition

My first & only transaction! Ordered what they advertised as a 4 wire scooter ignition. Purchased & paid shipping. A few minutes later I note the pic shows 5 wires. I emailed immediately (they were closed so couldn't call) & call to inquire first thing in the morning. The receptionist Jasmine tells me it's a technical issue & she doesn't know about the part. I ask to be transferred to the person who does know & after some run around she admits there isn't one! Who sells products they aren't familiar with? I tell her to cancel my order & she gives me some bs of how the package has been shipped (even though they just opened) yet she can't provide a tracking number. It's now 4:15 pst & still no tracking & they are closed. Obviously I'm getting the hustle here. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Desired outcome: Cancel order and refund

Monster Scooter Parts Customer service

I ordered a cord for my charger to replace one that got damaged. Apparently a rare plug configuration. I travel full time and as was in an RV park scheduled to leave in 3 days. They offered express shipping (doubling the cost) that promised delivery in 2 days. Turns out they did not ship as promised and now the cord is in Texas and I am in Florida. Their only offered remedy was to refund me $2.00 which was the difference between 2 day and 3 day delivery charges. I did nothing deceitful in this transaction and paid for a service that I truly needed and did not receive. Jasmine P. is how the representative signs their emails. Order number was #[protected] order date was December 7th 2020. I won't recommend or use this company again for any reason.

Desired outcome: It would be great if i got a refund for the full amount including shipping but the is no way I can return the cord as it is not in my possession.

Monster Scooter Parts Charger Doesn't Work

Ordered a charger for my daughters scooter which was $88 at Walmart originally. Paid $24.95 for the charger which was too much to begin with but I wanted her to be able to use it so I bought it. Got it a week and a half later and it doesn't charge the scooter so went to their website and sent a contact email through the form they suggested even though it didn't have the "RMA Return Request" drop down menu they asked that you use for returns (hmmm…..shady anyone? Require the use of a drop down menu then don't put one on there, PURE SHADE!) Finally after a week I didn't hear from anyone so I called, waited 17 minutes on hold to get through then got someone rude by the name of Liz. I was told too bad it didn't work on your scooter you still have to pay the return shipping and the 10% restocking fee. Told her I was disappointed in their service and that I felt they didn't care about their customers and she said "thank you for calling, goodbye" and hung up. NICE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE THAT DON'T OFFER GOOD SERVICE - IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!

Monster Scooter Parts rip off company

BEWARE WWW.MONSTERSCOOTERPARTS.COM IS A RIP OFF
Just wanted to let everyone know that www.monsterscooterparts.com ripped me off on scooter batteries by sending batteries with green battery residue at the seams that wouldnt charge on 5/12/2008, order 30702.
To add insult to injury, they sent a prepaid postage return slip that didnt include return tracking, a 65 cent extra, then claimed they didnt get the batteries back. Spend the 65 cents yourself so they cannot pull the "they didnt get the returned product back scam" if you call them at [protected] they do not answer their phone and request you leave your information so they can see if they want to talk to ya or not, thats about as chicken $#it as I have ever seen... Homer

I bough parts from them that were supposed to fit my Razor MX650. when I received the part it didn't fit. I sent them many e-mail, I never got any response from them. I had to open a claim in Paypal to win the case.
They lost a customer for $30……

i bought a 52cc motor from them and it was in perfect condition and ran beautifully and then the carburetor went bad and they sent me a brand new one and was very friendly about it, they are the best! attached is a picture of the motor i bought from them (the sticker was added by me)

i bought a 52cc motor from them and its the best!, and it had a defective carburetor and they sent me a brand new one for free, they are a good company

I just had a similar problem with them. I ordered a part off of their web site and when I read the confirmation Email I realized that it showed the wrong part number being shipped so I called them to see if this part would work with my scooter and Andrew told me that it was not compatable, So I asked him why he would ship it in place of the part I ordered. He told me that it was what I ordered and I was stuck with it because They do not give returns. This company is a total scam. They will send you a part that they do not have just to get the sale and try to stick you with it. This company is clever too, They update their web site to make it look like the part you originally oredered was never available. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. MONSTER SCOOTER PARTS IS A RIP OFF... If they do this to you make sure you dispute the charge...Don't let them get you.

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER...Post above must be Andrew trying to make it look like they are a reliable company.

Funny Homer, I have been dealing with this company for years and have never had any problems with them. Maybe it isn't the company that is the problem but the customer!

I have been totally satisfied with my purchases from MonsterScooterParts.com and continue to use them. I have never had a problem getting a response back from them via email and their mailbox tells you not to leave a message for noone responds to them. I give MonsterScooterPart.com a thumbs up on delivery and customer service!

Monster Scooter Parts Faulty battery chargers

The first battery didn't work, sent it back and they sent me another faulty charger. Sent that one back requesting fully return payment including the Shipping & Handling of $199.37, Plus a extra 26.90 for the postage to return both chargers. Note: they didn't send chargers by certified mail but both times I sent them back by certified mail and I didn't request them pay the extra certified mail cost just the main postage. They refunded my Paypal account $149.44 claiming the 2nd charger worked. Message From Seller: Refund for order #230841 minus 20% restocking fee plus 13.45 for 1st return shipping charges of bad charger. Second charger tested and is good and was Returned to Stock...

I had 2nd charger tested by a electronic technician before sending it back and he said it was faulty. I feel monster scooter parts still owe me $76.83...

On 11-30-07 locally here in Connecticut from: Park Distributors [protected] I bought a 24 volt charger that works.

they did the same thing to me. i payed 54 dollars for a rim and a tire. i waited for the tire for two months and still didnt come. so, i requested a refund they didnt send me a refund. they are still saying they sent a refund and everything when they didn't even put th emo ney back on my cred it card . the girl that takes the calls is very rude to. call here [protected]

Monster Scooter Parts Sent wrong item!

I Paid almost two hundred dollars for two wheel chair batteries for my mothers wheelchair in July 07. That are completely useless to me. Their website states they ship within 3 days -it took over a month and they sent the wrong batteries (wrong size and will not fit in the battery cases).

I tried contacting them on their website chat and also phoned and no response until another month passed by. A rep said he was going to look into this. Its been two weeks and he has not updated me even though I've sent e-mails to him asking for a courtesy response.

Very poor service!

I ordered FROM monsterscooterparts.com a 48V/1000w motor kit with controller and full grip throttle..
Mean time I found out the motor they sent me has no feet to attach it to anything.
I returned the kit unopened( from post office) due to wrong motor. I got full refund but I told monsterscooterparts.com they need to send the controller back since I can not find mine. Controller was sent out and few days later I found my controller.
I told monsterscooterparts.com I will straight from post office send controller back since I found mine.
But, , , monsterscooterparts.com claims NO REFUND although they have a return policy saying "Items within an electric motor kit that would be returnable if sold individually are returnable".

VERY SNEAKY SERVICE, ,
