Money2Anywhere / Multiple debits even for Cancelled transactions

I have a very bad experience with Money 2 Anywhere where they cheated, lied and bluffed its customers.
I have done a transaction for high amount on Jun 6th, and for some reasons I had to cancel the transaction and informed them to cancel the transaction. They confirmed that the transaction is cancelled and they will not deduct my money. Hoping that they cancelled my transaction, I did another transaction on Jun 10.

But, they debited my account on Jun 11 with the amount for the first transaction which was already cancelled, I called customer care like 5 times a day to remit money back and not only that, also not to initiate my second transaction with out depositing back my first transaction amount. They confirmed it and I have several emails from them confirming it. But later on June 14, they even deducted my second transaction money with out depositing back my first one. With that, my account balance went to negative and they charged me huge fine for the over draft amount. No one from UAE nor M2A wants to accept their mistake and its always a round robin game with them. Every time I called them, they say our manager is busy. I dont understand what does the manager do with out assisting the issues..

They have the worst customer care, everytime I call them, i have to explain from the begining and I get the same answers from them that they are working on it. I could never talk to manager, who seems to be busier than Obama.
I want my first transaction money back and also the bank charges to be taken care by Money 2 Anywhere.

Talking to these guys is like talking to a wall, or a mirror, nothing comes from them.. I spoke to Vinny Soni, Souwmya, Ramya, Rajesh but everyone speaks the same, WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR ISSUE. They are actually doing nothing.
