Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com customer services and dispute department

I was given this card by my job, worst card ever I told my job to switch from using them. Customer Service is overseas they can't help with anything. All my money was stolen on 9/8/17. I've faxed all the information they asked me too and also emailed it 7 times. I still have not received a provisional credit, they still can't see that the form was sent to start an investiagation. Everyone tells you something different. I spoke with supervisors who are extremely rude and unhelpful all they do is read and re-read a script to you. Allen (2420086), Angie (2420405) are extremely rude and wouldn't help me. I spoke with Marcus and Anna as well. I asked to speak with customer service in America no one would transfer me they said they don't have one. I found the client service number on line I sent an email and received an email back from a Nadia Sanni at the Client Services here in America. I called her and she was extremely rude she put me on hold for 15 mins said she couldn't get a manager in Customer Service and I asked to speak to her manager she told me she would not speak with me because I am an employee not a point of Contact for UDR which is the company I work for. I suggest my company find a new paycard as these people are the rudest and steal employee's money. Since they are all so unhelpful I have filed a complaint with the BBB I suggest everyone does that. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney's General Office and I will be filing a police report as these peole stole my money. I will also be calling Channel 5 news so they can investiagte this company.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com debit card

Money was taken from my account on the 22nd of August, sent in a dispute form by fax the following day. I have given all the information required but still I have had no contact either through email or phone on the update of the case. I want to know where I stand in the case and how long is it going to take. If there is anything I can do to speed up the process please email me. This is urgent. Thank you.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com amount requested not dispensed.

Rite Aid #6708
249 Legion Ave New Haven.
Time:13:33

My transaction was approved as I did have $200 in my checking account for my insurance. As I went to dispense it at the above location, nothing was dispensed. I concerned the manager as I was not the only person with this situation. Someone after me did as well. I was told to call my bank to resolve the situation. Which I did. I just wanted to pay my insurance and not have to wait until they send out paper forms.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com deposits not going to my account

Went to a local Walgreens, on the 3rd of September, and tried to load $100 dollars. Two days pass, no money loaded. Thinking this nightmare is over, I load $200 on the 5th of September. And yet again no money in my account. Following the deposit, I call the ADP total pay card's customer service line, and their representative could not assist me. That's $300 dollars just gone and I would like my money back.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com iphone app

Whenever I open the money network iPhone app, a pop up saying basically "cannot connect to the server" appears every time, even when I hit the retry button on the pop up. I'm unable to see my balance or hit any other links in the app, as well. I've restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. I have turned off my internet, etc.. It was working fine this morning.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com hold on my account!

There has been a hold on my account for over a week. I have spoken with several representatives and a supervisor. I have provided three items of documents to verify my identity and I'm still unable to access my funds which are deposited directly through my employer. I can't understand why my information wasn't verified when I opened this account over a year ago through my employer. This dilemma could have been resolved in a few minutes, and it's perplexing to me that they do not seem to care about resolving their customers concerns. Each time I call, I am told to wait 2 to3 business days. It is now reaching two weeks now. FRUSTRATING

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com dispute

Ive noticed a withdraw on my account back in July, of 89.00 a week later they did credit it back to my card, and I had no idea they had posted that money back to my card until I suddenly checked my account. A few days later the same company took that money back off of my card, I then contacted money network for another dispute and another card. I was told to place the order for a new card first then give a call back to submit the new dispute, which I did. Once I received my card which was 5 days later, I was then told they were going to send out a dispute form and I would have to fill out that form and send the form back which I did immediately after I received it. Three representatives had informed me that it would take 3-4 days for days for them to process the dispute and the money to show up on my account, while a few other representatives acted as if they were totally lost to what dispute I was speaking of, I had one representative who tried to tell me to submit the dispute all over again which I was not pleased with because this process had already been long enough. Last week I was informed that they had received my dispute form which I sent back thru email Tuesday 8/8/17, well today make 6 business days and I have still yet received anything nor do they have any updates. I'm very frustrated and disappointed, and is considering to open a real checking account. I have been a card holder of money network since 2014. I really think it's time to retire from them, this has been such an unpleasant situation

Good morning maam, this is the correct process for dispute. You will receive a dispute letter within 3 -5 business days after you call customer service. You should fill up and fax the letter back with in 10 business days to be eligible for the provisional credit. For the provisional credit, there is no exact time frame for that. You will be receiving a letter if you are eligible or not to receive the provisional credit. Once the office receive the dispute letter, they would investigate it within 45days - 90days and would inform you about the result.
I know your upset about the dispute maam, but its not a valid excuse to post this matter most especially if its not clear. Be honest Maam, if you didnt understand the process, just ask them. They will be explaining it to you in detail. You should not be mad, instead you should be grateful that Money network is trying their best to solve the problem.
Did you ask yourself if its the money networks fault that theres a problem in your account? Its your fault right. You should be responsible for your own card. You should be responsible for your own card.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com customer service

Only thing needs to be said is what a joke customer service my boi I mean a computer is more knowledgeable and helpful
Plus there scam artists watch every penny in your account or you may lose it. They love fees unless you catch them you will get charged even when it's supposed to be a surcharge free atm. Also maintenance fee and not supposed to cost anything for puchases or declined fees
Scams thats all they are and definitely watch out for pre authorization they love doubling up on those.
Stay clear if you can

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com no access to my wages on their lost prepaid card

I was paid on a prepaid visa card which got lost so I had no funds for 2 paychecks. I called my HR person who worked with Money Networks, the administrators of the prepaid card, in order to get paid. I was told to write a check on a pre-signed check and deposit it in my bank. The bank told me the check number was not valid so I called Money Networks back and they said it was because I hadn't activated the card. I explained, again, that I didn't have the card and reported it missing. Money Network gave me a phone number to activate a card number they gave to me. Money Network then told me to take the check to Walmart and cash it. I brought the check to Walmart to cash and they refused to cash a handwritten check. I stopped at Service Credit union and opened an account to deposit part of my check and take the rest in cash. A few days later I got a call from Service Credit Union stating the check was returned and they wanted the money. They also stated they would not take another check that they needed cash or a wire transfer. I called my HR person again who called Money Networks and was told the only way I could get my money was to get another check from the Olympia store, fill it out, and cash it at Walmart. I told them again that Walmart in my hometown would not take a handwritten check and now neither would my financial institution. They argued with me that Walmart should cash the check even though they refused to cash the last one. I was also told I must of written numbers down incorrectly on the check for it to bounce however I verified the number with money network four times before attempting to cash it.

As of August 8 2017 I still have not gotten any money and I started working on June 28, 2017. I realize losing the prepaid card was my mistake but that does not mean I should never get paid. Money Networks has gone out of their way to be unhelpful in getting the problem resolved. When I have to call them I’m on hold for up to 45 minutes each time which is very frustrating especially when I get disconnected and no one calls me back.

They won't allow my employer to get the funds back so that a wire transfer can be sent to my bank account. Once they have the money they won't let it go and they won't do anything but send you to voice jail. I'm a high school student with my first job and this has been extremely frustrating to navigate. I will complain to money network about refunding the fee I was charged for their bounced check but I doubt that will get anywhere. They are allowed to get away with keeping people's money from them and don't have any repercussions for it. If there's a class action lawsuit someone please let me know.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com atm withdrawals in another state

On August 6, 2017 someone was able to make two ATM withdrawals from my checking account in the state of Florida, yet I live in Richmond VA and my debit card was in my wallet. How is this possible, how do they get my pin number?. Now I'm having to wait and summit a letter. I have call multiple times the 1-800 number with no resolution. I have bills that are automatically debited out my account and are going to be return for insufficient funds causing me to pay late payment fees, and return fees.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com money network adp card

There was some fraudulent activity on my card for around 2100.00 as soon as I saw the transaction I immediately let money network know. They sent the form I filled it out and mailed it back. They said wait 10 business days for the provisional credit. I called after the 10 business day to see what was going on they said they didn't see anything so they gave me a number to call [protected] ext 25843 said this was the person working on my fraud case. I called her and no answer I left a message because on the answering machine she states that she will call back in 24 business hrs. Well it's been another 10 business days and I haven't heard from anyone since haven't received a letter in the mail or anything. This is completely illegal and wrong and I'm taking legal action against money network and first data. I'm sending all of the phone records to my attorney to show that the company is willfully ignoring my calls and not protecting their customers against fraudulent activity in accordance with banking regulations and federal laws

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com checks sent to me from money ne

My employer deposits my check onto money network (What a joke of a company).
Money network sends you checks to you to pay your bills. Well I wrote a check to my landlord. He deposited it. Well heaven sake the next week his bank sent the check back to him. Charging him a 20.00 fee. Because us bank could not access my money via the check. Money scamworks. Did credit me portion of the$ but not the fees my landlord encured., which I had to reemburse. So basically this company sends you checks to use for bills ect. But the checks are not good. What a crock of [censor] rinky dink company. They should be ashamed of themselves! Bad news stay clear of them. Tryying to resolve an issue with these people is like beating a dead horse. Greed

They are a ridiculous company. My daughter got a job that uses a prepaid card if you don't have a bank account set up. I do payroll for a small company every week so I figured we'd just set one up after she got her first "check". She never got a check so I had to go in with her to find out why she wasn't getting paid (by this time she had a bank account & had given them the info) to learn it was put on a prepaid card that she didn't even remember getting. We searched the house and couldn't find it so I asked her HR how to proceed with getting access to her money. Thank God she still lives at home and doesn't have regular bills to pay because she was hired on 6/28/2017 and finally got a check that worked today 8/8/2017. How do they get away with this stuff? I am on speaker phone with my daughter because this is her first job and while she's done very well it's at the point she can't be sweet anymore and that's not her personality. So frustrating!

Here is the first thing you should do before transacting to any merchant. Ask them if they are going to charge you a larger amount compared to the exact amount you are presuming okay? Because its not money network who is getting your money, it is the merchant itself. First, it would be on a pending status, after 3 calendar days we would know if the merchant charge you extra or if they are going to return the excess amount. Some merchants just charge higher because they wwant to make sure that you have sufficient balance to cover the actual amount. You should not be making any false claim to money network, its your fault at the first place because you did not clarify it with the merchant.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com adp money network bank

I had a double pre authorization on my card from a merchant that had made a mistake. I had called this bank multiple times to try and talk with the merchant to reverse it so i could pay my bills but i was either hung up on or sent to the main menu by. I had tried getting the adp network phone operator on the phone along with the merchant in a conference call. They had exchanged information and fax numbers and had informed me my funds should be in my card by 5 pm that night. That was 6 days ago and i hadnt had my money since. I am now switching from adp network to another bank as soon as possible so i can have a bank that will help and compensate.

Same thing happened to me on August 12 th I thought it was the merchant at first but as I have started to read it's money networks issue. It made my account go into a negative balance. The merchant sent a fax immediately following me calling them in regards to the issue for a immediate release of the funds on hold. And told me to call money network if it wasn't removed in two hours. So I waited four lol right They said they have 48 hrs to follow up on it. So I asked for sup. Got hung up on Then told me they hadn't received it yet lmao I hung up that time I'm gonna give it 46 hrs and calling back wish me luck right
Later 😊

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com horrible customer service, horrible company

My card has been on hold thru money network since January. I've done everything they have asked for and they are still refusing to unhold my money. I have a 9 month old son who I need to provide for as well as bill that need to be paid for, I've been struggling with them and they are no help, they only say, sorry for the inconvenience" and tell me they never received my fax over and over. This is really frustrating and I don't know what else to do. I can't even transfer my money off my card to access it but they sure can charge me a maintenance charge for not using it when it's because of them that I cannot use it.

I have filed a lawsuit against Money Network. I too have become a victim of there fraudulent act. I went to the atm tried to pull out money recieved an error code and was told to wait 3-5 business days and I would be able to get a credit and still nothing. So I hired a lawyer and will be seeing them in court.

Hi. I had the same identical situation...every week i take my wife's atm money network card to withdraw her pay check out and for the past few years have never had any issues until tonight...atm would not dispense the $340 and even had said my last transaction was canceled so i assumed money was still there and atm was probably just out of money so i went to another bank atm to pull the exact same amount out and it said insufficient funds...called to check balance and it was as if i had already pulled the money out at the previous atm that said last transaction was canceled and no money dispensed. Called money network and was told something about having to wait for a form to be mailed to her to file a dispute an she has to mail it back but my question is when will she ever receive her money back and did you ever eventually finally get yours? After reading this & so many other complaints i am very concerned that she will not get her money back anytime soon and bills plus our 6 cats that will now have to go hungry bcuz of this happening? Very wrong an don't get how something like this can happen out the blue so fast yet cant get your money back just as fast or quicker even would be nice

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com won't send new card

I spoke to a man who said his name was Rain, he refused to give his last name but said his ipn number is 2420205, he refused to put me through to someone higher up then him. I gave him my social security number and last known address to verify who I was so that i could change my address in the system so i can order a new card since mine is damaged and he kept insisting he needed my last paycheck information. I told him the date and how much and he kept insisting I was wrong and i kept trying to tell him i dont get paystubs everything goes straight to my money network card. I have been with money network for over a year and this is ridiculous. If the issue isnt corrected I would like to switch service providers in which I receive my income.

This is a normal procedure maam if youre going to update anything in your account. Just think of this way, do you like someone- friend, coworker, family to access your account? They might know your ssn and some of your personal information and you want customer service to update the address easily? Is that what you want? Money network is just doing its best to secure your account. You should be grateful.
