[Resolved] Money Catch Business Review & Complaint / money catch unclaimed money professionals

3-5 1/8 Slade St, Goonellabah NSW, Australia Review updated:
Contact information:

Mamba Rock: Money catch is a criminal business that scammed my pop out of more $7, 000.00 he is a pensioner living below the poverty line so that is a fortune for him. I was understandably upset with him and started researching the business that scammed him. Researching Money catch has been an eye-opener because we always assume that we as a consumer are protected. This is not true, what more there is no one stopping Money Catch's owners' mentally ill owner from wreaking havoc. Money catch is criminal business out of control, in an area where unclaimed money and people's personal identity and financial information is exchanged, here is a woman hell-bent on ripping everyone off. There are numerous reports stating that she is medicated and a menace. Clients speak out about being defrauded and abused by her. Colleagues are fearful. This is past scam this business borders on terror. Money catch advertise that they are 'armed' at their premises, guns mafia style! They dare anyone to challenge them. This business creates fake reviews on google reviews and facebook reviews (in fact it's obvious they are fake), they create fake websites full of positive information about money catch as if its a real business. They create fake ' accreditation groups' and then say they are accredited (www.unclaimedmoneyprofessionals.aavip.com.au is a Deanna Mannix concoction where she accredits herself). Money catch produces fake websites to defame their competitors which shows the kind of unethical scum Money catch is. The owner of this business feels it is her right to harm people in this way, assuming this is the mental illness coming out.

Hundreds of people are complaining all over the internet and so money catch bullies review websites lying about say copyright infringement and defamation. She terrifies anyone who stands in her way screaming " these comments are by trolls" and writes that she is calling the police if you complain about her. My research also shows that she or her Indian operatives bribe a google staffer because she gets customer reviews removed from google but it leaves the track, please see all the ' removals notices on google when you search the words money catch reviews or money catch complaints. They also bribe websites in order to get her customers negative reviews removed from their websites ( https://www.complaintsboard.com.au, for example, makes money from Deanna Mannix in this way).

Money catch will rip you & will steal your ID selling it on the black market.

Money catch website states that they are ' accredited by AAVIP' you go to the accrediting website unclaimedmoneyprofessionals.aavip.com.au and it's a Deanna Mannix creation. fake accreditation website. Look at the review attached here, taken from Money catch's facebook page where a man by the name if Tony Mills mentions that he was doing work for Deanna Mannix on her website AAVIP! she developed the website that accredits her business. scam much.

This is a list of Deanna Mannix websites (scams);

www.moneycatch.com.au
www.unclaimedmoneyprofessionals.aavip.com.au
www.cyberspaceinvestigations.com.au
www.unclaimedmoneyrecoveryagentschecker.world
www.aurfs.com.au
www.deannamannix.com.au

Check the facts, then ask yourself can you trust that?

    To all customers, consumers and persons who are interested in the business operated by Money Catch.

    Money Catch has been the subject of a significant amount of trolling during recent times. Such trolling making totally false, unmaintainable and incorrect accusations in relation to the business carried on by Money Catch. The allegations are scurrilous and without any foundation.

    Money Catch is a business that has been operating with integrity and impunity since 2006 and in an honest and ethical manner.

    AAVIP is not our business or website, this is a third party Association that completed an Audit on us, that shows we comply as an online business and an unclaimed money agent - we passed all their checks which had over 12 modules of assessment. We encourage our clients to contact reputable people on our testimonials page who are all Real people and Real Reviews.

    Money Catch has been operating since 2006 involved with the recovery of unclaimed money, cyber investigations, scam investigations and skip tracing. Money Catch operates within and adheres to telecommunications (Telemarketing and Research Calls Industry Standards) 2017 and every telephone number is run through the Australian “Do Not Call Register” as required by Law.

    When Money Catch locates or ascertains a source of unclaimed money owing to their potential clients, those clients are advised and it is entirely the client’s choice if they wish to use Money Catch’s service or to affect the claim themselves. Should the client elect to affect the claim themselves then they are provided with the necessary information to pursue the claim for their own unclaimed money? The benefit to them of using the Money Catch service is that a professional service can carry out all the inquiries, investigations and provide all necessary information in a more efficient and timely manner.

    Money Catch is Australia’s leading unclaimed money professional and accesses information that is not easily or freely available in relation to unclaimed money therefore providing a significant service to the clients who choose to use that service and allowing a greater number of people to acquire unclaimed monies that are owing to them than what other organisations are able to do. The access to additional sources of unclaimed money is only a benefit to clients.

    Money Catch does not stalk people and as set out, adheres to Industry Standards including the Telecommunication Standards set out above, ACCC Debt Collection Guide and the “Do Not Call Register”.Full and complete information and disclosure are made by Money Catch as part of the relationship with clients and that is provided before any contract is entered into and the client has an absolutely free choice if they wish to deal with Money Catch or not.

    The fees that are charged by Money Catch are applicable to the work performed for the investigation and support and the levels of fees that have been set out by unknown persons who are trolling the website are simply incorrect and will not be maintainable. Money Catch’s fees are disclosed to all prospective clients and customers before any work is performed and again, that client or customer can decline to engage the services of Money Catch.

    In accordance with proper procedures and Australian Law, Money Catch is required and does hold a Master CAPI Licence and that Licence requires compliance with Ethics and Standards by all holders and Money Catch does comply with those Standards. Obtaining the Master CAPI Licence requires significant study and also a thorough investigation of the Licence Holder – which cannot reveal any criminal or Police record or any financial dealings that have led to bankruptcy in the past. Money Catch has always passed the statutory inquiries that are made by the Licensing Authorities and continue to hold and operate under the appropriate Licences because they have passed and continue to pass all requirements.

    Confirmation of the above matters can be confirmed by inquiry through the appropriate websites and Government Authorities – particularly through the NSW Police or Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate (SLED).

    Money Catch does not know or understand the basis of the totally incorrect and scurrilous allegations that are being made about them. Money Catch can confidently state that they have not received any complaints from customers who are known to them and whom they have dealt with and for whom they have obtained unclaimed money and the authors of the matters that are being trolled and put out through the internet are by persons who remain anonymous and are unable to be corresponded with to be required to state the basis and/or reasons for the incorrect allegations.

    Money Catch is also aware that persons involved with the above activities are using photographs of the staff of Money Catch and impersonating Money Catch in their posts and reviews.

    All persons that deal with Money Catch should ensure that the source of correspondence only comes from the Money Catch domain name – www.moneycatch.com.au, staff emails with @moneycatch.com.au or that they have spoken personally to the staff at Money Catch.

    This statement has been prepared by the Companies Senior Management and Trenches McKenzie Cox Solicitors Lismore.

    We have investigated this with Quora who state this image/post does not exist on their platform.

    Clifford Rosey is posting we buy fake reviews, which we don't - his proof above is not proof at all. This is actually our client review who has used our services. He has stolen our client's images and her review that she gave to Money Catch and created the image he has posted above saying she gave us a fake review for money - this is totally untrue and we have investigated this with Quora who state this image/post does not exist on their platform.

    IDENTIFIED SCAMMER - CLIFFORD ROSEY - who has also never called our office.

    @Money Catch Business Australia, why every time there are a BAD REVIEWS on your business you are saying it is NOT TRUE, NOT YOUR CLIENT, NOT BUYING REVIEWS. When all the pissed consumers all have EVIDENCE, like a receipt, call history etc. And all you do is DENY IT. No Explanation pissed consumers don't even know the real identity of the persons behind the business... If you are a legit business you should be proud, right? and not hiding in an anonymous team...

    @Kimmyhie Dear Consumers,
    We do not buy Fake reviews and the picture by Kimmyhie is a person not from our company (by the name of Nina Walker). Again we are not posting on forums or Facebook groups to buy any reviews.

    We have contacted every Bad/Fake review by personal messages - and no replies are ever sent back to our office to prove these people have purchased a service from us - there is no Evidence! These fake reviews also hide behind fake profile names, and our office has received threats from some of these profiles, including stealing of staff pictures and posting on pornography sites.

    Real customer reviews don't put people on dirty sites with pornography, target families and spend their every waking hour writing disgusting reviews. All the profiles of those disgusting reviews have been linked back to one person, anonymously posting as many people.

    I ask you Kimmyhie, why do you use a fake name? Why did you create a full video about our company with fake reviews and post it where ever you can? Why are you using the same video and comments as the person that is placing our staff on pornography websites?

    I am a cyber investigation and not a competitor or a consumer by MONEY CATCH. I am just here commenting and detailing about what MONEY CATCH BUSINESS is all about. As I've read above most comments saying MONEY CATCH ARE BUYING REVIEWS ONLINE like quora, but MONEY CATCH DENIES IT. I respect that so I check MONEY CATCH REVIEWS on google, facebook and trusted business reviews. As moneycatch states that all REAL REVIEWS can be found there.

    I checked every profile one by one on their google reviews, facebook reviews and trusted business reviews. I cross check on Quora if there is the same person on adding a positive review about moneycatch that is bought online by moneycatch.

    I found about 6 to 8 profiles that are on Quora saying they already added the review on the business. - I attached images of the MONEY CATCH post on Quora and the positive reviews she added on Google REVIEWS AND TRUSTED BUSINESS REVIEWS

    @Christian Hood Hi Christian, you have already stated this and we asked you to provide the links to the posted comments in your pictures?? Where is this on Quora?

    We have contacted Quora and they can not find the posted question showing in your pictures??

    If you can not provide the links to this post on Quora that you show is from Rachel, then we can only state this picture has been falsely created.

    This business is a huge scam watch out.

    Their references and reviews are fake. The owner is a liar and she put her friends up as references. These people are unconscionable low lives. Money catch's owner is a first class criminal, she uses all sorts of trickes. She buys positive reviews from real people and then tells her customer ( her mark) to read up all the positives about them on their OWN google business listing, or their OWN facebook or review websites where she purchases ' membership' ( read bribe to be able to post fake positive reviews ) what happens to the hundreds of negatives, they remove them within an hour by Money catch. Look at the bottom of all money catch search results it shows the reviews they REMOVED and it says they are listed on lumensdatabase.com in the hundreds.

    Proof of her lies; she states here that AAVIP is a seperate accrediting business that accredited her business. Lies. On money catch's facebook reviews they have a review from the webdeveloper who was doing web development for Money Catch's head scammer Deanna, the review says I was doing work for Deanna Mannix on AAVIP.COM.AU... not an independent accrediting organisation after all if he is doing work on the website for her. Gottya!

    Be aware that Money catch trades under the following names when its all for the same scam, but when I asked them they straight away lie to explain it. There is no explaining them trading under about 8 DIFFRENT BUSINESS NAMES AT ONCE LIKE;

    * Money Catch
    * AURFS
    * Cyber Space Investigations
    * Australian Unrecovered Finance Services
    * Unclaimed money Professionals
    * unclaimed money Australia and international
    * aavip
    I THINK THERE MAY BE MUCH MORE IF YOU WANT TO INVESTIGATE.

    Money catch's owner owns 10 DIFFERENT websites some she pretends are her references, this person is well versed on how to remove her customer's feedback from the internet, she fakes emails to herself and even makes up things on the internet so she can say she is being harassed and that her customer's negative reviews are untrue ( only the fake positives are true according to money catch).

    This is one business you must be carerful of. They are identity theft.

    notice that there is this notice on all their search information on google searches; In response to a legal request submitted to Google, we have removed 25 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read more about the request at LumenDatabase.org. They are removing real customer reviews. I think its all pretty evident.

    @Kandall Mcgie Dear Kendall, we are not fake and a scam. The images you have posted are not our clients and consumers can easily see this. The second post money catch buyer beware, you have posted against another business overseas, this is not our business - if you click on the link it goes to moneycatch.com - which is NOT our domain.

    The reviews you posted about are Fake, as we don't ask for ID from clients upfront. Our phone lines are always answered and recorded. We also don't have sales reps and if we do call anyone all our staff are trained, who are polite and friendly.

    As previously stated we don't buy fake reviews online. The phone numbers posted by Ashely Shoaf are also incorrect phone numbers for calling Money Catch directly.

    I was contacted - received a letter, called them very professional, friendly and polite. All the questions I asked were answered - no issues what so ever. They have quite a lot of people working there and I spoke with a few different staff all happy to help. I searched online also and saw the bad reviews and also saw the companies responses. I did a lot of digging for a few weeks, they never pestered me I went back to them when I was ready and glad I did in the end.
    Very pleased and happy with Money Catch.
