This salon renders improper services to their customers. This salon charges you great but does not do the needful; I mean it does not satisfy the proper way. My birthday was arriving and it was my 16th birthday you all know how important it is. I decided to have a change in my looks and as my dear father had thrown a party I was very sure that I would spend to look good. I paid $50 for a perm with spiral curls. The owner of the salon told me she would roll my hair in small rollers so that my spiral curls will last for 2 weeks, it was a great idea I just wanted a change for a day but as she said it would last for 2 weeks I was happy and she said that to roll in small curls I will have to pay a little more. I agreed, no doubt the curls turned out very good and I was looking very great in this style. The party was over and so were the curls. She had promised me that it would last for 2 days but the spiral curls did not last for 24 hours. I called and she set up an appointment for me to come back to her a week later to get my hair redone. I came back a week later to get my hair redone, and she tells me that she had been thinking over the weekend and she doesn't think she could satisfy me, so she wasn't going to do my hair over, and she refused to give me my money back, but told me I could take her to court. The next day I went to another beautician to get my hair done over, and I find out from her that the perm put in my hair was no good, and that I needed another perm. This is bad customer service that I received and I think it is critical for other people and her customers to know how they will get treated if you go to this salon.
