This utilitity company takes advantage of rural Texans by overcharging their custoners. Their monimum monthly rate in Raywood, Texas is 4 times the rate of other utility providers including the Ames Minglewood Water supply Corp., the City of Dayton and the City of Liberty. They do not read their meters monthly which results in a outrageous bill in one month even considering you useage on a monthly basis is below the minimum. Their customer service reps are unwilling to assist you and refuse to call you back.

they charge us $100.00 before we ever use a single drop of water. Then they fail to notify us to boil water when the system messes up. three times this year that i know of the boil water notice was over before i ever knew it began. They are playing games with the health of their customers.
