Momentum Direct - PermaSlim / Sending product after I cancelled the order and debiting my checking account

I tried a "Free" trial offer of PermaSlim from Momentum Direct. They stated in writing if I felt the product was not for me, simply send back the bottle w/n the 2 week trial period & I would not be charged. Nothing to lose and NO RISK! They advertised. I sent the bottle back well before the 2 weeks were up. My checking acct was debited for $49.95 a couple of weeks later. I called and was assured the acct was closed and I would receive a refund. I never rec'd a check so I called on 1-7-07 and again was assured the acct was closed and the refund was on the way. On 12-14-06 Momentum mailed another bottle and debited my acct for $58.93. I have 4 problems. 1) a promised refund of $49.95 never rec'd. 2) acct was never closed 3) I have been charged $58.93 4) I never gave out my checking acct number or authorized these debits

I had the same problem with momentum. But they took 150.00 a179.00 from my account unauthorized. I had to close my checking account to stop them after calling them to cancel after trial. And they promised their supervisor would get back with me i received no refund from company. That was in nov. And my bank faxed them letters to let them know the funds they took were unauthorized still no refund!
