I know about the "One account with Microsoft per account on Playstation", However this becomes a massive problem when I tried to sign in to my PC account that I already have and I was denied because my Playstation account Kajukirkbo, already had a Microsoft account. The problem arises when my PS account's Microsoft account has an email that has been thrown away and the password was forgotten years ago. As of now I am unable to connect to any servers on Bedrock, meaning I can't connect to any of my friends Realm Servers unless I were to get on my PC and play with them via PS Party Chat while trying to multitask with audio. Is there any way that you can delete my account so I can login to my main account?

My PS account is SpiralJungle822, I have no idea how hard deleting an account would be but I would appreciate it if you did.

Can you please get rid of the new update I really don't like it The trims and netherite upgrade is unfair and unkind you can't even get nowhere and you can't even progress it's a waste of time this is supposed to be a kids game and yet my baby sister can't even enjoy herself she wants to defeat the ender dragon but can't it's super hard okay very difficult for anyone to progress in the game without never right and try to enchant but it takes 10 times longer The trims are practically useless and a waste of time

I am writing to you about the recent and future crackdown on Adult content in Minecraft. We, and thousands of other Minecraft players are infuriated about how Mojang is trying to shut down, and change popular gameplay by banning weapons, or mods containing adult content for the game. When I play a minigame, I play with a resource pack. For Mojang to say, "oh this doesn't comply with our EULA guidelines" is not right at all seeming that we the users have bought the game, and the rights to change the game so it is more enjoyable for us in the end. Please change the EULA to allow "Adult content" so that we the end users can enjoy Minecraft as it once was.

Este nuevo sistema no permite los shaders creados por su misma comunidad, ¿cierto? entonces la "queja" consiste en eso. Mas que una queja es una sugerencia la cual es eliminar Render Dragon y volver a agregar el sistema que tenia minecraft anteriormente. Esto es más por los shaders ya que me gusta mucho jugar con esa caracteristica que destaca lo realista que puede ser este increíble juego.

you dumb email system isn't working and i cant get an email to my account to reset my password and i don't know what to do because this is all i do all day every day and its making me panic that i wont be able to do this again i cant change my Microsoft password because the number its attached to is no longer in service and ti wont work to get the verification code so i really cant do anything about i please i just need some help i'm only 15 i cant do this i cried myself to sleep because it makes me feel so useless that i cant do this anymore i cant play Minecraft and i know how pathetic that is but people have already been laughing in my face about it but i really don't know what to do i'm panicking please just please help me reset the password

My Realm subscription was cut off Sunday 17th of July and it said my realm was expired. I got my check in the 18th of July on Monday the next day and I paid my realm subscription to get it back up. But after I paid it and still until now it says my realms are expired. And it keeps redirecting me to pay the realm subscription again even though I have already done so.

I went onto my Minecraft PlayStation 4 Marketplace and bought a pack with Tokens, then I went to download it and it said I needed more space on my PS4 to download. (hence the picture) So I deleted half of my worlds (worth about 120 MB) and I went to download it again and it said the same thing WITH the same amount. (7 MB) I have had this problem for 1 1/2 years now and I am sick of it. I feel like Mojang neglects Bedrock and doesn’t fix these types of problems. I JUST SPENT $10 ON TOKENS AND I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP.

I've been a Minecraft player since 11 to 12 years and I cannot access the game anymore. I already informed myself on the migration process and talked to numerous Minecraft experts of your support. The situation is therefore very clear to me. Let me further explain:

My parents bought the game for me back in 2010 or 2011. At that time, there was no need for an email address. One was used to get the payment confirmation (with the Transaction ID), but none was attached to the account (which is called a Legacy Minecraft account now, if I’m right); I just had to connect with my username (Rokokill22) and my password. I played Minecraft for over a decade without any problem. Then, Microsoft decided to make the migration mandatory in March 2022. I understand why they did that, but I encountered an issue. Since no email address is attached to my Mojang account, I cannot do the email verification. I still have the possibility to get my Transaction ID. Thing is, it’s a 12-year-old email of confirmation. I asked both my parents, but they obviously deleted all their mails older than 5 or 7 years. So, I don’t have either the email to verify (but this is clearly not my fault) or the Transaction ID to prove it is indeed my account. Here is the problem. It seems no other way is accepted by the company. But even the banks are not legally required to keep records for more than 7 to 10 years. So how can Microsoft expect individuals to keep a 12-year-old email? This is also the first time I ever had to prove I bought a game, especially more than a decade after I actually purchased it. I paid for an unlimited service: being able to play a game. I have not yet checked the US law (I’m French, not American), but I strongly doubt this is a lawful practice.

What I ask from Mojang/Microsoft is to make an effort with me. I accept to prove it’s my account. In order to do so, I can furnish my username, my password (that I’ll then change afterwards for safety’s sake), screenshots showing I played the game for a decade and even videos I uploaded on YouTube years ago (2014 I believe) of me playing with my account. This is maybe not enough. Very well, I can also furnish the ID cards and/or passports of my parents. With my Transaction ID you can find my account, which means you do have the information and can work the other way around. After all, I can connect to my account on Minecraft.net! I have all the information necessary for you to find my account and the Transaction ID attached to it. By looking at the name of the person who paid, we can prove this person is one of my parents. We will even be able to show the email address attached to the transaction confirmation is the one from one of my parents (I frankly don’t remember whether it was my mother or my father that paid). If there is another way more convenient for you, allowing me to prove this account belongs to me, I’m willing to give all the necessary proofs. The two things you’re requesting are maybe the two only things I can’t give you. And this doesn’t give you the right to take the game back from me.

Please see no aggressivity in this email. I’m willing to talk this through and hope the company will be too. I love this game, but I just want to make it clear I won’t accept this situation or repurchase something I rightfully already own.

To the person receiving this email: this is of course nothing personal. I only kindly ask to have my game back, nothing else. I therefore wish you a good afternoon and thank you in advance for your answer.

So i had enjoyed this world for the past 5 weeks and was able to get overpowered. I go to the nether to get blaze rods then something happens. I fall through the floor, then suffacate. no gravel, no exploits. I Just feel into the void. Now it was acting laggy but i had full bars of internet. So EXPLAIN WHY MY GAME IS LAGGING WHEN I HAVE FULL BARS. There was np surplus of enemies to cause the lag. FIX YOUR [censored]ING GAME [censored]!

SO i've been trying to change my username for a while, and i see that people that have bought minecraft has the ability to do that. See, i have bought minecraft, but it doesn't show as downloaded on my account. please fix this

I bought 2 separate Mojang Minecraft Java Editions for both my kids a day apart on the 10th and 11th of September 2020. It was over R800. (thats a lot of money) As the game needs to be migrated to Microsoft I somehow could not access both games. I found them on twitter and asked for help. They helped me get back one account. The next is where I can't understand how their billing department works? Because the games were bought almost a year ago and I do not have the emails anymore as laptop was stolen with our ps4 and all games that December, I do not have proof of the TID (transaction id). BUT I do have the proof of payment on my bank statement for September 2020. I have my account name, the gamer username, email address, phone number, home address, Id number even the card number which I used to purchase the online games and they refuse to help me because I do not have the TID for the one game. I had to purchase the same game AGAIN which was another R400 odd rand. With anything in this world if you can show a proof of purchase made on your bank statement the day it was purchased and the exact amounts they would have received it will show from who it came, any business would be able to help you, so do they want to tell me that they can't check their bank records of those payments received on the exact date and amount I have? They ask me to sort it out with Microsoft, twice I have been in contact with Microsoft I kept all emails, and at the end they tell me to please contact Mojang again for purchasing game help. I am very upset as this is not quality customer service help, to just be told sorry we can't help you without a TID. Is it because it's easier for them to not make an effort to try and help? To say sorry just buy it again if you really want it?

I for one would think they CAN help me. They can go back on their bank statements for the 10th and 11th of September 2020 and they can go check the two payments made to them from my bank account, they would see my transaction and help me retrieve the game I paid over R400 for.

In the meantime because my kids LOVE Minecraft I had to purchase the same game AGAIN. And I think this is VERY unfair for them to simply refuse to help me.

I have emailed Mojang about not being able to change my email address on my Minecraft account. The email address attached has been closed down my Microsoft (which I didn't want to happen). this has stopped me form transferring my account to my Microsoft account. I have gone through the process to change my email but the questions I have answered haven't accepted my answers even thought they are correct. I tried upper and lower case, with and without spaces. Each time I have had no joy. I emailed Mojang telling them this with all the correct email, Tag name and transaction ID. Mojang have just ignored me completely. I am very frustrated and would like assistance. If this is not sorted out i will seek legal advice and if needed to take them to court.

i tried for so long getting alot of books and enchanting them for my boots but after i added them all together the enchantment book would not add to my boots

so on my xbox 1s when i pull up my minecraft game sometimes it will crash my xbox sometimes and i end up restarting my xbox can fix the lag amd also

The new Nether update is making Minecraft unplayable. I thought I bought a game to just yave fun and play to, but instead, whenever I play this game, I just get screwed over. With the new nether update, I have found it extremely unbearably harder to find a nether fortress, which is an essential Monument to complete the game. I don't want to play a game that is luck-based, I want a game that is skill-based. I just want to go to the nether, get what I need without having to go for hours looking something, and get out and complete the game. But I find this impossible with all the new updates, and new biomes. There are way too many Ghasts and skeletons in the nether now, and I can't ever find a Nether Fortress. I don't need to feel like I achieved something by finding something that's rare, I'd rather just get in, get what I need, and get the hell out. I don't want to go searching for an entire hour for something that's actually going to essential for the game. This update is bad, and it's really unnecessary. The only thing you need in the nether are blaze rods, not guests, skeletons, or weird Pig things, just Blazes. There's no need for anything else.

So me and my friend decided to join my realm yesterday and it said that there was an error loading the world so we just decided to join another world together that we play on. But when I joined the whole world was just a flat plain of nothing and we lost all of our builds that we worked on for a while. And when I try to load up one of my backups from my realm, all of the addons that I had on turned off so, when I go to turn them back on the world glitches and becomes flat with no builds (all the addons that we use are fairly new). Me and my friend ask you to get this fixed as soon as possible because we love to play Minecraft all the time and so with that said we hope you can fix our problem, Thank you

I was playing minecraft yesterday's was destroying a building that I previously made that had water in it I managed to use break down all the bricks of the building but the water turned into a big fountain and I tried to use the bucket to remove the fountain but the empty bucket did not work like usual so I had to use blocks to remove to water I ended up doing this for hours because the more blocks I would use to stamp out the water the water kelp overflowing and I ended up main a big mountain of dirt and gave me hours of work to finish not happy with this as the empty bucket should have cleared up the water also the animals are rasist in my world this is a game it is not supposed to get personal minecraft or notch does not every no me so why is there rasist animals shouting out rasism
