MoissaniteCo / Bad cutomer service, bad product
We bought a ring from MoissaniteCo that was cheap and tacky. We had supposedly paid extra for a nicer stone and setting. Once recieved we emailied immediatly to let them know the product was not up to standard. We did not recieve any reply and could not find a contact number for anyone by phone. We offered to have the setting changed versus a full refund, if it was easier. They quoted a very high price for a setting with no discount for the originally bad product. After weeks of emailing back and forth, we decided to get a full refund. MoissaniteCo refused to refund the purchase however, because with shipping days it would not make it back to them within the allotted 30 days. I now believe they were emailing us to string us along so we wouldn't return the ring within 30 days. I felt they were dishonest with their claims to try and meet us in the middle. There was no compromise and now we are stuck with a cheap product at a high price. I would not only never recommend them but am openly advocating against them. If they have 1000's of happy customers (as they lead on) then I am bewildered at their total lack of customer service and options for unhappy consumers.
