Mohave County Pools ans Spas of Lake Havasu City Arizona is a big mistake. Do yourself a favor, don't choose them. Their management is terrible, they have had changes in the office and they are horrible. Poor follow up, you nearly have to pull teeth in order to get any updates out of them. They haven't made any schedule or deadline that they have promised and are three months behind schedule on the build of our pool. Our backyard does not match the pictures. Thank goodness we have been there to babysit them most of the time otherwise we would be having even more problems. They gouge you for a price and then come to the jobsite with something of lesser value and try to sell you a big scam on how much money the crap is worth. They are vague when they write up your contract and give you the price and then during the build they try to make change order on every little detail telling you that it wasn't spelledout and will cost you more money. Looking for a pool or spa in Northwestern Arizona - DON"T choose Mohave County Pools and Spas.
Horrible customer service ! They promised me over a year ago that they would repair my pool. Tiles are falling off constantly. They never return calls... They are rude on the phone.. They argue with you all the time.. Now they are trying to pull a warranty issue.. The pool was installed just before I bought the house so they tell me that the warranty is not transferrable ! But when I spoke with the owner a year and a half ago he promised that he'd take care of it.. Wanted to keep his good name in town.. I guess he's not concerned about that any more.. I know that they have repaired a lot of these tile pools so I don't know why they fix some and blow the others off ! I will be checking with the Registrar next week..
Absolutely DO NOT use this company. Very unhappy with their finished (so called finished) work. Had tile laid down and within one week the grout was coming out and tile was lifting. Diving board was coming completely out of the tile while being used. Huge safety concern. Electrical was completely shoddy. City inspector was actually concerned and almost didn't pass us off since it is a fire hazard. The yard was a distaster when they left which stated in the contract that they would leave it clean. Ya right! The city inspector stated that they do not ever get their inspections completed therefore the owner receives a letter that they are in non-compliance. Check with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before you hire them. They have had their licenses either suspended or revoked so they have to keep changing their company name. SCAMMERS!
Absolutely DO NOT use this company! Once you sign the contract and give them money it is downhill from there. Horrible workmanship. City inspectors say they are the worst to get anything done. I am also contacting the register of contractors to get their incomplete, shoddy work fixed and completed. They are in total breach of their own contract. They do not complete their work and what is installed is complete garbage. They're only good at taking your money! Avoid them at all costs! Huge disappointment!

I agree. Been dealing with them for the last year and have finally had to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors to get it resolved. I have been complaining of major problems for eight months and have been promised on numerous occasions that they would come inspect it. They have not. Then they have the nerve to ask me to drop the complaint if they show up.
