Moduslink & Gateway / Vista Upgrade never received

I have submitted my information for the "express vista upgrade" to Moduslink at least four times. They continue to request a copy of my purchase receipt. In the past week I have submitted that receipt twice. Each time I submit it they send me an email stating they are missing it. We are going in circles.

    Same thing same companies. Have sent Moduslink same information at least ten (10) times received nothing. Web site set up by eighth Gateway or Moduslink says I am approved, no VISTA.

    Moduslink web site: lists way to contact the ### that are doing this at there corporate office.
