ON 1-27-09 time warner cable had send one of there worker out to come turn off my internet. he showed poor workmen ship. He told me he would turn the modem in. But he did not leave me no paper work or nothing. Plus he did not take the cords that go to it.So I call the time warner that same day and told them what happen. They told me I had to wait 14 working days befor they could tell me anything. So after waiting 14 days I call back they gave me a tracer number it is 1106678. they told me to call back in a week to see if they found out anything. This has been going on for a month. Iam not willing to pay for that.
