ModLily customer service

I made an order on 7 November. It is now 12 January (ie. 2 months later) and I haven't received my order. I have contacted the company numerous times and just get the same standard answer - that my order is in transit - but seriously, it is 2017 and it has been more than 2 months. Modlily claimed in one correspondence that they will refund me only 60% but as yet, I haven't even received this.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I do most purchases online.
Honestly, don't order from this company.

ModLily an order I was charged for and never received

My bank account was charged for a modlily order on December 23. I cannot log in to the website on some days - it says my email and password do not exist. On other days I can log in but the site says I have never orders pending. I have received no information on my order. I have filed a customer inquiry but have heard nothing. I have now read other complaints about this company that say the same thing. This clothing company's advertising eats up my Facebook feed but they are shady for sure! I will never see that bathing suit, much less in time for my trip. If you want to throw money away, shop Modlily!

ModLily an order I put in that does not exist

I ordered a long red sweat shirt there is no record of it and I can not get into my account there with my email address and password but I got in with facebook and it says I have no orders! It was in december, I didn't write the date down and they never gave me an order number. I have nothing to go on. I just want my money back now. The red long sweat shirt was $31.46

ModLily merchandise not received but my credit card was charged.

Ordered merchandise 12/01/2016 and still have not received it as of 12/31/2016. The tracking # provided no specific information other than it was shipped and paid for. This should have arrived well before Christmas according to their shipping and handling guidelines.

My order # is M1612020145131867 and my tracking # is LT554203844CN. I would like to receive a credit and unless I hear something back in 5 days I will advise my credit card company to put a hold on that purchase amount due to an unresolved dispute.

ModLily customer service

Order # mm1612020226585640 track # lt542220519cn ticket # t4274031161 - I have called cust svc at [protected] three times only to hear a recorded message to leave a tele # & someone will call back! No one ever calls back! Also filed a ticket which I was to get a response back within 24 hrs! Again, never received a response back! Modilily has terrible customer service! Never received the clothes ordered for christmas and want a refund for $68.59 credited back to my debit card asap!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a couple of items i requested a return due to poor quality, but the customer service is horrible. There is no way to speak to anyone over the phone...Only correspondence via "tickets" on their website, and they do not communicate well or understand, therefore any resolution is futile. There return policy is a sham...

ModLily 4 dresses

The 4 dresses were ordered on October 20th, and didn't arrive until the first week of December. They were size large, and didn't fit at all (3 are too small, 1 is huge). When I raised the complaint via email, I was told that the dress sizes were "Asian" and I should have ordered with this understanding. This is ridiculous. If the company wants to do business in English-speaking countries, then display sizes in English standards.

Beyond that a series of emails did not answer my questions and did everything to discourage returns and credits. They are now offering 60% credit on purchase price, plus shipping is on the customer. They have yet (it's been 10 emails) provided and RMA number or ship-to address.

They send one email per day. This is the worst customer service from an online retailer I have ever experienced.

What I want is at least a 90% refund, plus shipping instructions. Was their return policy even posted on the website? We received the goods from Germany, but are returning the items to China?

ModLily two dresses.

I ordered two dresses on September 17, 2016 and have not received them as of this date. I cannot track them as my order number shows not found. The order number is M1609170002472462. I really would like to receive these dresses as they are very elegant and would be great for any dress occasion.

I ordered two dresses on September 17, 2016 and as of October 9, 2016 I still have not received them. I cannot track these items as the memo says that the tracking information is not updated to wait a few days and it will be updated. As of today I have not been able to track them. I really wanted these dresses as they looked very elegant and a style that I could wear on many occasions. I hope that I will be able to resolve this issue and receive my order.

ModLily horrible customer service

I ordered 2 bathing suits using the sizing chart and when I received them one was to small and one did look like the picture. I asked for a return process and address and they said they would refund 15% and I could sell it on my own. I continued to ask for a refund address and to speak to someone in person through 4 separate emails and they said they would refund 60% and when asked why not 100% they said the 40% is to cover the original cost of shipping which is not noted anywhere on their website. I continue to wait for a response. Left a voicemail as well on their Customer Service Line (which is a joke since it is never answered). They hide behind their website because they are such unethical business people. I don't know who they can do this kind of business and sleep well at night. I will never order form them again and send out social media posts saying that as much as I can!

ModLily blouse

I have been asking Modlily to send me a replacement blouse for the one I received that does not fit because their US sizes are wrong, but they won't. I ordered a large to be safe because I am either a medium or a large in U.S. sizes. They have the blouse in an extra large, and I am wanting them to send me one to make right their wrong. It is not my fault they have US sizes wrong, and apparently have no interest in not only making my order right, but not even correcting their errors. Please open a complaint case, and help me get an extra large blouse as described in my email info I copied and pasted below, including my order number. Thank you.

Never got my order, then tried to get my money back. Tried for 4 months then when they finally sent a refund they said I bought I on sale and they could see by how much I paid that I didn’t. Never got the full amount.

I ordered three tops on July 6 and tracking shows it shipped and arrived at airport on July 8. Now nothing about where this order is and it has been 15 days with no updates. I wonder if it got lost again. They don't have an answer.

ModLily scamming thieves!

I placed an order with these jokesters one week ago today, paid extra for two day shipping, have made several inquiries and a couple phone calls and the order still hasn't shipped..originally, they said one item on the order was holding it up, so I had them remove that item to speed up shipment. That was three days ago and it still hasn't shipped..But these $#*!s had no problem charging my card asap..will never order from here again!..Modlily is a complete joke.

Still no package received. I no longer have a need for these items and I've received numerous messages from Sofia at Modlily, promising to resolve the situation. She just keeps telling me to be patient and please wait for the package. She did offer to apply a 20% "refund" to my Modlily user center..Sorry Sofie, but that is not a "refund"..that would be no more than a credit that would have to be spent with Modlily! Serves no purpose to me when I have no plans on ever ordering from this site again..I'm not sure what is so hard to understand about wanting the 20% refunded back to the original form of payment!

Have received no reply from Sofia regarding credit back to my card..and still no merchandise. I will be disputing these charges with the credit card company. Please don't order from these thieves!

ModLily scam, rip off

Ordered a bathing suit 4/2, have tried to contact them thru their website with no good outcome except got a shipping confirmation and now the shipping confirmation has stayed the same for a week... Do not order from this company... it is coming from China and you will be lucky if you get it. Totally a rip off and scam. Again, ordered 4/2 and they took my money with 3 days.

I was told that the dress I ordered would be arriving in April - then I received an email telling me that said dress wasn’t available - what? Okay - so, I’m then told that the money they took from my checking account would be put towards credit for purchase of another item or, I could get a refund. I tried calling the phone number on their website and it was the number for an auto parts company! I’m really pissed! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! Is there anyone out there who can help me find the correct information - if indeed, any exists? Thanks!

ModLily credit

I purchased 3 items from them but then I saw better deals on amazon before the orders arrived. I never opened the packages, just shipped them back a month ago. They're refusing to credit my cc! This is the message they sent me "sorry, we can't cancel it after shipping, please need your understanding." They don't speak good English, have some scam ph# in LA that is full of vms. So frustrating!

I ordered two bathingsuits for 40.00...they came and were horrible material. when asking for a return they were going to give me 60% of my money back but you have to ship to china and they have a restocking fee...so DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY>>>>> you will be sorry.. I am going to throw both out in the trash...they are both of bad quality...
I don't know how these Chinese business can get away with this...BUYER BEWARE DONT ORDER...

ModLily dresses were never delivered

Avoid ModLily at all costs, this website is just another scam. I've purchased three lovely dresses from them and also paid some extra money for faster delivery. They promised I would received my stuff in 3 days. One month passed and I received nothing, so I've decided to report them to BBB and PayPal. Then I finally received an email from ModLily stating my items were no longer in stock and promised to refund me. However, I didn't receive my money back yet. I should have checked the reviews before I made an order. Don't buy anything from them!

ModLily do not order from them!

I've ordered some products from ModLily a couple of months ago. Still haven't received anything, no items, no confirmation email and no tracking number. I smell a scam and I doubt that I'll ever receive anything. Tried to contact their customer service many times but there was no response. I want to cancel my order and get my money back but it is impossible since they are ignoring all my messages. When I checked the reviews I was shocked how many people were robbed and scammed by ModLily. I have no idea what to do and I really need help! Avoid this horrible website at all costs and shop elsewhere.

This company advertise woman's dresses on facebook and internet. Once you order they charge your credit card and you don't receive the product and they have no physical contact methods.

ModLily horrible service

I ordered something from ModLily several months ago and never received anything. I contacted their customer service many times and they tried to assure me that items were already delivered, and refused to give me a refund. Don't buy anything from this company, they are dishonest thieves and all they need is your money! Shop elsewhere. This is just another Chinese scam company. I ordered back in November, spent over $150 and nothing ever arrived. I'm so disappointed. I will never ever advice no one to order from here, they will take your money and deliver nothing.

If you are from Europe or USA then better avoid this website and save your hard earned money. Things they sell are of a poor quality, clothes are extremely small. ModLily never accepts returns and never gives money back. You will be stuck with something that doesn't fit and looks like garbage. ModLily is a Chinese company, so don't expect much. You will be only disappointed, so think twice before making an order. But If you live in China and if you are a very small lady, then maybe you will like this site. Beware!

ModLily horrible service

I ordered a black sweater from ModLily in early December. It arrived only a week ago and it was extremely small. I ordered XXL size, but it was so tiny that I couldn't even get it on. Quality was fine and sweater was pretty cute, but it's size was absolutely ridiculous. I contacted customer service, sent the pictures and asked for a refund. They offered me a 20% off coupon and never responded again! I gave the sweater to my neighbor. The girl is 10 years old and it fits her perfectly! Just imagine how small it was! I will never order anguishing from them again and I'll be posting bad reviews everywhere I can. ModLily, just keep your stupid 20% coupon.

I've ordered a lovely dress for a special event from ModLily website. I ordered 4 weeks in advance and was promised to receive it on time. I was supposed to get a tracking number in 1-3 business days, but still nothing. When I contacted their customer service they said that I have to be more patient. I'm so disappointed. I will never order from this site again! These people are absolutely dishonest and unprofessional, they stole my money and delivered nothing.
