ModLily order never received

Ordered a bathing suite on 4/11/17 for $27.00 they TOOK my money
and i have YET to receive ANYTHING! I've submitted a claim from the website, and it comes back as "undelivered" The phone number I found for their customer service does not work. So apparently I've been ripped off.
I do have a confirming email with the order number, picture of item and the date i placed. I want refunded!

ModLily swimsuits

When I finally received the swimsuits they were much smaller than the size indicates. The website does not except my user ID or password, which means it doesn't show my order, but yet it does show my name so I am not only in the system, but logged in which does not make any sense. There was no order number or packing slip with my order so I can not provide this which is one reason I was trying to look it up online. When I use their on line method of contact it comes back as undeliverable. I can not get hold of anyone to return my items. I wish I had seen the other complaints earlier, I would never have ordered from them and will never do so again. I want my money back and would gladly return the suits at no cost to me.

ModLily return rejected

I ordered two dresses from mod literally. They ran very tight in the arms so I wanted to send them back. Going through that process was ridiculous there was no one helping me I had to submit tickets which I did finally I got a response and how to send it back I followed that. I paid $20 to mail it back at the post office. Now the post office is showing that the item was rejected and being sent back to me. I can't get any help on this from the company. I want a refund and I don't think I should pay another $20 to send it back.

ModLily delivery of order

I ordered two swimsuits on May 30, 2017. Have not received my order but my credit card was charged!I have tried several times to contact these people through email! They keep asking for an order number which I don't have because I wasn't provided one! All I would like for them to do is credit my card! My money is just as important to me as theirs is to them! I live on a fixed income therefore I try to shop wisely! I can't understand why they can't pull up an order or shipment number! They have my name and email address so how hard can it be! Stressed out with these people! Just credit my account please!

ModLily clothing product

I ordered a bathing suit 2 months ago, for which I never recieved. I have been round and round with answering the same questions I have answered several times now and it has gotten me no where except back to the same automated response. If you try to call, no one answers and they won't return your call. When I was asked to check with my post office, I was told that th3 shipping number is not even a legitimate shipping number. My amount came to less than $30 (USD). To have to go through this mess for something I never received, then you have zero customer service is absurd! Never order from this site. They will take your money and that's it. Worst place I've ever dealt with.

ModLily ordered a bathing suit

I never received item, tho Modlily says it was delivered to my business address and left at the door. The problem is, this was a Tuesday afternoon, April 25 and our mail person ALWAYS brings the mail into the office right to my desk, as I sit right inside the glass door. I was charged insurance for this item, but Modlily will not refund me for an item I bought 2.5 months ago!

ModLily bathing suit

My mother Sheryl Swan placed an order over a month ago - we are demanding to talk to someone about the order she placed. She ordered a 2 piece swimsuit. If we are not contacted about this order soon we will reach out to any and all necessary companies to settle this including and not limited to the better business bureau and get you guys shut down once and for all. Completely disgusting "company" you guys have.

Placed an order on April 21, 2017
Check track number only says order paid, pending shipment, been trying to get a hold of someone to no avail!
I've created a ticket number, it says someone will get back with you with ina day!

You took my money, that I work very hard for, stuff better ship or my Attorney will be contacting you in China very soon!

ModLily I cannot reach anyone to return a swimsuit that is way smaller than the size guidelines say.

I have been trying to reach someone to return a swim suit I bought. I have tried submitting a ticket twice and calling numerous times. No one answers the phone and no one has responded to my support tickets. The swim suit is much smaller than their sizing guidelines said and I want to return it before the 30 days are up. Has anyone been able to return anything?

ModLily three orders for clothing

Received clothing I ordered. It does not fit. The size chart they publish bears no resemblance to the size of the clothes I received. Sent a ticket for all three and received a reply saying I could get 40% off ( Of what I don't know). I want an address to return these clothes for a refund as their policy states I have also called their number and no one is ever available nor do they return calls for messages left. I want some action from these people or ban them from advertising and selling in the US.

I don't understand why I have not received a reply as this is not acceptable. This is my first order I paid extra for expedited shipping, I didn't get any discounts and I expect them to be applied to my account. Also I placed this order on 1.22.17 and it still has not shipped. This is terrible customer services. I placed my order on 1.22.17 and its now 2.3.17 and I have not received any update on when I can expect this order. 10 business days is not acceptable without any communications. ModLily swimsuits

April 17, 2017 I recieved order # m1703190702495698. The swim suits were much too large. I have made multiple attempts to obtain return address to no avail according to return instructions which allow 30 days to return products.

This is the second complaint submitted. Please provide required information. I will assume the 30 day time frame will extend.

ModLily wrong size, was impossible to get a replacement

I bought three dresses from them and all three were supposed to be the same size, but one dress did not fit and size was wrong.
I contacted Modlily right away and they refused to help, they said that replacement or exchange was impossible.
There was nothing wrong with the quality, all three dresses looked nice and I was pretty satisfied with my order, but was not happy with their decision regarding my case! That was their mistake and they refused to help.
One dress was way too small.
That was not a good thing to do, and clearly showed that they don't care about their customers. Don't buy from them!

ModLily discount coupon

I have subscribed for Modlily to get a discount coupon but I never received it!
I waited for several days and then contacted Modlily customer support to find out what was going on. Their rep said that I was supposed to get my coupon the same day I subscribed.
They said that they'll contact me back as soon as they find the reason.
When they contacted me they said that coupon was sent to my email and still I never received it. Very unprofessional website, they were not even able to help me!
I will not buy from them because I believe that they'll bring me nothing but trouble with that kind of lousy service.

I ordered two blouses on the 9th of this month. The $52.30 was taken out of my check and I have yet to receive them or even a tracking number. I just want to know where they are at or if I can get a refund. I have called and also emailed but the email was rejected stating it could not be delivered.

ModLily dress and 2 pair of earrings

I ordered a dress and 2 pairs of earrings back in November. The items never arrived. After going back and forth multiple times with customer service, they agreed to give me a refund - then told me, "hi, We are so sorry for that the express company has charged us the shipping fee for sent the order, so the part can not be refunded, pls understanding, thanks. (sic)" Well, I don't understand their shoddy service. It's not my fault my purchased items never arrived, but I have to pay shipping anyway? I wish I'd read these reviews before I ever ordered from them. They've permanently lost me as a customer.

I have ordered these swimming suits and they gave me two and made me pay more. I have been trying to return it and they don't even let you get a hold of them. I tried to call them 3 times and they won't answer. Never order from this site again. They also make you pay to return it back to China and that is more money than your refund. Never get anything from here again!

ModLily poor quality of clothing received

I purchased two clothing items online, and was extremely disappointed with the quality of both. The shirt was not the length is showed in the online pictures. It was advertised as red, but it is red and pink. The longer dress item was two different shades of blue, which is not how the dress was shown on your website. I am returning the items and believe I am entitled to a 100% refund.
In addition to the quality, the shipping time was unacceptable. Order was placed on 11/27 and received in January...well after Christmas.

ModLily do yourself a favor - stay away!!

Whatever you do just don't buy anything from ModLily and avoid this company at all costs! Do not get close to it!
I bought a dress from them and when it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the one I ordered, was poorly made, it was stinky and defective!
When I contacted ModLily support service they said that they can send me a replacement (they said they don't do refunds) and when I agreed for a replacement they claimed that I have to pay for the return shipping and ship it back to China! That was way too expensive, it would cost me more than I paid for the dress. Total joke and scam! Do yourself a favor - stay away!
