Modlily — customer service
I made an order on 7 November. It is now 12 January (ie. 2 months later) and I haven't received my order. I have contacted the company numerous times and just get the same standard answer - that my order is in transit - but seriously, it is 2017 and it has been more than 2 months. Modlily claimed in one correspondence that they will refund me only 60% but as yet, I haven't even received this.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I do most purchases online.
Honestly, don't order from this company.
