ModchipStore.com Chip never arrived

Oh how I wish I'd checked merchant reviews before ordering from this place! I ordered a DS modchip October 9th. They charged me immediately, but said it would take 15 business days to process. 15 business days later I call and email, no response. Finally after TWO MONTHS of constant emails, they say the chip is on backorder and they'll "get back to me". One month of emails later (Jan 7th), they reply that the item has been shipped. It's now March 5th and still no sign of the chip. They've stopped replying to my emails and phone calls altogether. I'm going to try to dispute the charges but I don't know if it's possible since it's been so long. We'll see. Let these reviews be a warning to you - AVOID shopping at Modchips.com!

το ιδιο ακριβως συνεβει και σε μενα . εκανα παραγγελια τον οκτωβριο του 2010 και ενω με διαβεβαιωσαν οτι μου εστειλαν το αντικειμενο εγω δεν το ελαβα ποτε . Μου ειπαν πως θα το ξαναστειλουν αλλα ουτε αυτο εγινε και τωρα δεν απαντουν ουτε στα mail.Εχουν περασει τωρα 5 μηνες

ModchipStore.com takes your money, doesn't send you anything

These guys charge you immediately after you order then they never send you anything (check other message boards). The masquerade as a legitimate business and provide you with live support links, a toll-free phone number, contact-us form, etc...but they never respond to any of it. They operate multiple websites such as consolesource.com and none of them are legitimate. Whatever you do, don't buy from them. 10/31/11 Ordered product from ModChipStore.com in the amount of $75.80. After 3 weeks no product arrived. 1st Email related will trace shipment. They never did. 2nd email stated shipped product with an upgrade. Never received. Mr Palne will answer emails and stall you for 60 days to prevent credit card cancellation. Tried to submit a repair or delivery; ticket found unable. Filed despute with CC bank. Had to cancle CC because on 1/8/12 ModChipStore tried again to charge my CC. Kept emailing this cheating person. Return email on 1/9/12 stated "already did return to you" - checked with bank no money returned. Stay away from ModChipStore. Filed complaint with Go Daddy, IC3, Canadian BBB and put the word out on all social media to stay away from ModChipStore.com and a Mr. Pokor Palne. Extreamly bad business practice, as the emails lead you on, tell lies, and rob you of your hard earned money. Mr. Pokor Palne please return everyones money you took!

This is 2017/01/09, and my order was placed on 2017/11/22.

This is much more than one month delay and still I did not receive my order.

Only one poor email on 17 december of explaination starting by "I was told that alot of orders were shipped but the status have not been changed as of yet.Let me look into your order and get back to you."

Since this time, no news !

I WARN EVERY BODY : do not thrust this company ModChipStore.com

I place an order on New Years Day to be shipped Jan 4th. The order was processed & debited from my account immediately but almost two months later & my order has yet to be shipped. The site has all kinds of way to contact & resolve matters which all goes unanswered. When calling there is a different that comes on...QuadTech or QuadCheck but they are just recordings to leave messages which are no returned. Any ideas from anyone is greatly appreciated.

This company is α fraud. As I read in other reports the company follows the same pattern. You make the order, pay, spend months waiting, exchange mail seeking a solution to your problem. That is what happened to me. These people are crooks and someone must stop them!

Add this to the list of growing complaints against these scammers. I should have done my research!
I purchased an R4 chip for my Nintendo DS on May 13, 2017. I immediately received a confirmation email, and the following day, received another "processed" email, explaining my credit card had been charged (and it was). I was promised a "complete" email in the near future, which would confirm the order was shipped. Never received the "complete" email. I waited 3 weeks, and started sending emails, and used the web site's message form. I still didn't hear anything back. I sent three more emails to every @modchipstore email I could find, asking if they had any information on the status of my order... Nothing. Finally, after a month, I sent an email threatening disputing the charge with my credit card company, and reporting ModChipStore.com to the Canadian Better Business Bureau if I did not hear back within 24 hours. I patiently waited 72 hours, and still... NOTHING. So, I have filed a complaint with my Credit Card company, the Hamilton branch of Canada's BBB, and am hitting every online board I can find. These guys are SCAMMERS! Do NOT buy anything from them!

Your mad because you paid someone who ripped you off while you were attempting to purchase a device from said party so that you can rip off Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo etc etc...

ModchipStore.com No refund of a faulty product.

To whom it may concern:

Several months ago I have bought online from modchipstore.com an item which proved to be faulty. After sending an email to this company, he responded back a guy call John (see below his response). Although, I did exactly as he told me, I haven;t got any response from him (over 4 months-since October 10th) where I have sent him back the Faulty item.

I have sent them an email, try to call them but nobody response back. Please help me out.

I bought a r4 card for the DS October 20 and I just found out its a phishing site I still haven't gotten the card.

I ordered a part from this same place to modify my Nintendo Wii and it took quite a long time to get to me. In fact, I ordered the part in late January and just received it today (27 April). However, I live in the United States. Looking at the packaging it was shipped in, I can tell you it was not this company's fault that the product did not arrive sooner. There is a postmark stamp from early February (I can't make out if it's 02 or 03) from when it was sent through Canada Post and then a secondary customs postmark showing 21 April when it left Canada. The customs information is properly labeled and declared according to the information I found on canadapost.com, so perhaps your item has simply been lost in shipping and hasn't gotten back to the company. The only reason I found this complaint was because I was looking into the reason my chip took so long to get to me. Cheers and good luck from Illinois.

if you want your invested money back, then go to the website : http://www.iticctrust.com,
and make their complain, they will get ur money back surely because they are information technology internet cyber crime.
Just go their and post your complain, then see how best they are in getting ur money and keeping u always safe from frauds,
go to www.iticctrust.com, click on post complaints, and post the complaint then see their power of justice,
that how they take action for u, and make u ur money back, its my guranttee,
bcoz i have got my Rs 18700 back from webwiz company whom i paid for data entry job,
and they cheated me iticctrust.com helped me when i complained there, and i got my money back from webwiz company...
And as well as the best job in a genuine company... so follow my advice u can get the gr8 profit...
bcoz im getting im a live example.
