Modanisa refund

This is my complaint to modanisa.com

Dear Sir/madam

I have been chasing up a refund for a a few weeks now.

I keep being told it is being investigated.

I do not understand why it is taking so long.

I ordered two coats. I clicked the button for a refund on the website of which it provided me with one return form.

On this return form it asked how many items. I wrote 2 in the box and salotaped this on the return package in clear view.

You only refunded me for one item.

You received two items back.
You have the return form of which I wrote two items.

I do not understand the fact that you have both coats back so why it is taking so long for you to realise this.

The only other thing I can think is maybe a staff member has stolen one coat and you do not know what to do.

I provided the return tracking number of which you know what time it was returned and signed by whom.

You can look at your cctv footage or query the person who opened this package.

I am very disappointed and I am considering writing a bad review on YouTube and reporting this to trading standards.

I have been told it is being dealt with but I feel like you are delaying it and hoping I give up.

Everytime I call an advisor says someone will call me back in a few days and it will be sorted. I have called every week. It has been over a month now.

Please can this be sorted as soon as possible.

Modanisa both dress are short!

I have bought two dress from modanisa. Both dresses are short. I am not a tall person. I am just 5'5'' but one of the dresses that I received today fit someone who is 4 inches and other dress is 5'3''. When I contacted, the customer care personnel were not helpful. He didn't give the return details, and on top of that, I have to pay the return shipment. I should not have inquired extra expenses when the mistake is not my side. This is truly unacceptable. Very disappointed!

Modanisa customs declaration

This was my third order with them. I order about $190 Canadian worth of items. One was out of stock, so for that I was refunded but then when they shipped the item, the customs charge was super high becaus they declared that I had spent $290 Canadian dollars! They made the mistake and when I contacted them, they said it was my responsibility since they don't deal with customs, but they themselves made that mistake. The fees I had to pay wouldn't have been so large if they delacrded the correct amount! And they would not own up to their mistake. On top of that, their customer service sucks, the lady calls and confirms my phone number then hangs up and then I get an email saying my issue must probably be resolved as someone "spoke " to me. That wasn't a conversation! WORST COMPANY ever! My friends and family are now warned against it!
I get that someone made a mistake but at least try to fix it. I have given this company so much money, one would except them to be loyal to their returning customers but they only care about money! I've now deleted their app and sworn against it!'

Modanisa service/ charges

Ordered clothes which came were wrong sizes.. also false information on Toll free UK call on website.. called them.. asked if it was free he said no obviously your calling Turkey how can you expect it to be free?

Return information from UK... Nothing on website or paperwork included in the parcel s..
when I rang Modenisa he said I have to email them get a return slip emailed back to me to return within the UK. I was furious as I had returned previous items costing me £62.04 to return direct to Turkey as I thought I would run out of time.
Calls cost me £20.00.
They are not what I would call honest or trustworthy... Still waiting for my refund on

Unbeknown to me I ordered the 3rd time before all this happened. After that very expensive phone call I found out the actual truth on the 22/01/18
Absolutely amateurs at customer service and how to deal on international level.. Inificient service a lot to be desired.

Would like a Full refund on the post I paid as nothing is explained on how exactly it works if you live outside of Turkey.
Very disappointed unsatisfied/ unhappy customer.

Modanisa horrible customer service

Order [protected]. I spent $260 on this order on December 15 and still didn't receive it. I have been calling you for 5 weeks and you guys keep telling me that you are investigating . Everytime I call you tell me it will take few more days . It has been 5 weeks so far and nothing is done. This is worst shopping experience that I had. I won't continue shopping with you and I want my refund.

Modanisa missing and damaged goods

I ordered a few items, my toal cost was £168 so it was a pretty big order, but when i received my order i had a number of problems:

1) 2 items were missing
2) another 2 were damaged (one had a hole ripped in the middle of front and the other had the gold button missing on the cuff of one sleeve)
3) a few were sent the incorrect size
4) size S and size XL are the same size even though the label reads otherwise.

I have tried to ring customer support one twk occassions but the number doesnt seem to work when you select 'english'
i have also emailed customer support but had no response. Please help!

Modanisa modanisa.com /items not delivered / bad costumer service and no refund!!!

In November 23rd, 2017 I ordered an item that is Five pieces, When I received it I found it has only 3 pieces and 2 pieces were missing. I contacted Customer Service and was told to take photos for the items I received and send them to [protected]@modanisa.com, I did that then waited 2 weeks until I called again and was told to send them again and so I did, then in December 14th I received an email from [protected]@modanisa.com that they'll give me a refund and requested me to send my Bank Account info so I sent them. and then no one contacted me nor a refund was received. I've waited for 10 days and then called the customer service again and the agent told me to send my problem to the chat agent through the website and when I did, I found that my Case was CLOSED and I've never received a Refund ! I called again the agent and told her so and she requested to chat again and send my bank info ! and after that no one called nor refunded me and even [protected]@modanisa.com didn't reply to my emails I've sent more than one email reminding them and complaining yet no response.
I feel so disappointed and I feel like I've been robbed of.
It's a very humiliating experience !
they are not trustworthy and don't respect customers !
I don't recommend them to any one.

Modanisa item never delivered and not giving me refund

Ordered over a month ago and i ltem never got delivered. Saying that its being investigated and i am being refused refund. I keep ringing and being told manager is not in. I have several emails and online chats where i keep getting the same answers. I am so mad! They all keep lying to me and saying i will get an email to tell me outcome of investigation. Wasted so much of my time to try get a refund! Item was £35 and i had to purchase a new dress for the occasion.

I wish there were no stars to review this company. I have ordered from Modanisa a couple of items order # 9864882 and when the items were delivered UPS notified me ([protected]) that Modanisa didn't pay a Brokerage fee of $150 which they should. Called to Modanisa and they promised to pay it as I paid for shipping and taxes. It has been almost a year since they promised and haven't paid yet. UPS I have been calling them 100 times and every time I call they keep promising same thing. To sum up, Modanisa lost a customer who purchasing constantly from them ripping me off for $150. Cheap unfair company.

My order number is 9864882. Order was made last year in 2016. Modanisa needs to pay Brokerage fee of $150.95 to UPS as the item was held in customs.

Modanisa My order

Unfortunately, I have to agree with negative reviews about this company. I am sorry to do this because I liked this website and wanted to give them another shot. But they ruined the first one.
In a nutshell. I ordered three items which were never delivered. I contacted them several times and they promised me to figure it out. Every single time. But the problem hasn't been resolved and honestly, I don't know what to think

Modanisa received wrong dress size and worst customer service - no refund received

I was very excited to find dresses that suit my taste and was delighted to buy a dress for a party. The dress I ordered had the dress measurements - 90cm, 76cm and 120 cm. But the dress I received was 76cm on the bust line. Had been calling the customer service every single week and they hangup on me or say I need to pay the shipping costs to get refund and that will cost more than what the dress is worth and so on. I'm at this stage where I'm ready to ship the scarf, bag and the dress back and get all my money that I paid for. Very very very poor customer service ever. I'm tired of calling them and I'm writing this review to let people know this scam so that others can stay away.

Modanisa poor refund policy

I’m extremely disappointed in modanisa. I was so excited to buy from the shop. I never received my parcel. In fact I had to call for my parcel tracking details. That was when I was told the courier tried to deliver my parcel. I missed the parcel and no card was left at door. I started calling for my refund and since 12th August, 2017, I have still not received my refund. The only response I received is to wait 14 working days. Today is 23rd October, 2017 and I am told again 14 working days. How long is 14 days? Modanisa stop deceiving the public, you never refund in 14 working days. I’m still waiting for my refund in my bank account.

Hi there,
I'm very much disappointed with your custom service team. I had called many times your lines and sent several emails complaining about the two ponchos I received - Black - Sultan-ı Yegah, Product Details: 259392
They had a terrible smell like Tabaco smoke and couldn't afford to pay the high shipping fee to send them back and I asked if you guys will pay the fees because it's not my fault. I was promised a refund and I haven't received anything. So can you plz find a solution to this issue. My phone is : +[protected]

Modanisa not trustworthy

I ordered some products on sept 19 with free shipping. Transaction gone throug on same day by PayPal, I recieved a email from Modanisa confirming order but no official reciept, instead is said to refer to Paypal for transaction. Ok, paypal showed transaction of 51.38USD equal to 65.25 CAN $.It looked little higher than I was expecting, so I waited for actual reciept from seller detailing products. Next email from Modanisa was to confirm shipping and ironicaly it was alarmed in red that I have to open package at arrival before delivery agent leave the door and make sure the products are intact?! still no official reciept. 2 -3days later UPS agent showed up with a package. The agent even did not let me touch the package and asked me to pay 26.42$ for import and other charges, after refusing to pass package for product check as I was advised in seller email even after I told him I will pay the import charge he just handed me a copy of UPS invoice so I can make sure it is my package. When I looked at invoice the first alarming thing was that toatal value of produt was 47.23CAN$ while PayPal has charged me 65.25CAN$ and then 26.42 for import charge, more than half the value of goods. When I looked further into the UPS invoice the breekdown of import charge was duty (7.95$), tax(7.17$) and two other charges of 11.30$. The delivery guy could not explain this extra charges and told he will return the package to UPS office and hold it till I call UPS BROKERAGE and get explenation regarding extera charges. I called UPS and they told 11.30$ is part of fixed UPS related duty charges and If I go to border to claime the package on my own I could save it?!.
I contacted the seller right away and asked why I have to pay UPS related charge when it was free shipping promotion and also requested official reciept of my purchase. After 3 emails and a phone call finaly they answered that they do not have control over duty and taxes that I understood and was ready to pay. They also added that sometimes UPS charges reciever above duty and tax and they also do not have control over it? really? so why you did not inform me of such a hidden charges at the time of ordering SPECIALLY when it is claimed free shipping.I sent them more 4 emails requesting detailed reciept but they did not respond till I left a review on one of review website. Quickly after review on Oct 03 they sent an email apologizing and sent me reciept and again insisting that they do not have control over UPS extera charges. SUPRIZE, details of reciept showed : 4 items: 17.12, 9.97, 5.69and 5.69 total of 38.47USD and there was 12.91 USD shipping that added up to 51.38USD or 65.52 CAN $ same PayPal invoice.
I contacted Modanisa and asked them why they charges 12.91USD when it was FREE shipping. after couples of days and after I opened dispute in PayPal they sent me another reciept, much smaller with no details just 4 line saying total price of products were 51.37, the shipping was 12.91 and they applied cupon for shipping so total cost of purchase ended 51.37USD.
TWO DIFFERENT RECIEPTs, so many discrepanies in invoices, clear breach of trust.
After more than 3 weeks of frusteration with this company the time I needed the products elapsed. I went through so much stress and ended up shopping somewhere else for same product as I needed to attend a memorial. I am waitting for full refund as this company not only resolved the problem in given time but also breeched the trust by issueing a second reciept.
Their last email on Oct 09 stated they are waiting for UPS response regarding product and suprizingly UPS contacted me today Oct 13 asking me whether I recieved the package? What a effective comunication. I am afraid it is another trick to make me pay for return?

Modanisa Avoid please

I was so excited when I was ordering. So nice items, low prices. What's more needed?
And what I got? A piece of a cheap fabric made of a very strange material. It's probably the cheapest in the world.
It was two sizes smaller and its length was very short. The dress looked more like a shirt. I didn't order it. I wish I could contact them to find out how to return my order, but it's impossible. So I'm writing here hoping to be heard.

Modanisa dresses shrunk to an unrecognisable degree

I am a regular customer of modanisa but my latest purchase has left me extremely disappointed.

I purchased 3 lightweight abayas in 3 beautiful colours from modanisa because they were cotton so wouldn't make me too hot.

However, after washing them ONCE, they shrank so much, to the extent that they could not be worn again as they were far too short and their dimensions were completely ruined!

I am shocked because I have had clothes before that were made from 100% cotton and did not shrink like this.

If I had known this would happen, I would not have bought these abayas. I spent £50 on these abayas and they were essentially disposable! Can only be worn once! That is so unacceptable.

What kind of cotton is being used that shrinks to that degree after one wash that they are unrecognisable? I washed them on cold settings that were appropriate for cotton clothes, so this is definitely not my responsibility.

I am very unhappy from this experience and would like a refund please because I think this is completely unacceptable.

Modanisa refund not processed

Hi,
I returned a dress/overcoat a few days after receiving it. However, I did not receive any updates on whether it is being refunded or not and have not received the money back. I posted the item back on the 25/08/17 via Australia post and have attached a photo of the receipt.
Please process my refund as I do not want this experience to stop me from shopping from Modanisa.

Modanisa unreliable company

They didn't write anywhere that they call customers after the order was placed. So I guess I missed their call. BUT my order was paid and all I needed from to know is when they are going to ship it out. But instead of doing so, they simply canceled my order without getting my money back.
As they said I will get a refund in fourteen days.
It's been 2 weeks and still there's no money. Contacting them makes no sense, they are gone and stopped answering. Typical scammers behavior.

Modanisa my last order

I bought a $55 kubra biriktir dress and I got a different low quality material and colour shade that washed out the first wash and wooled out also. A whole $55 dress. This is annoying as I bought a $42 burun dress earlier and it ripped out just after 2/3 wears due to bring poorly sewn yet I never get any thing tangible out of the customer service due to language barrier.

Modanisa point collar - blue tunic - appleline

On the 24th of August I ordered multiple things (blouses and pantalons).
The blouses were really bad of quality. The butons were really loose and when you tie the buttons and (for example) want to undress the dreads are sticking to the buttons.
The pantalons are nice but too big (but I must say that, that could be my own fault. Eventhough it is the right size).

And the biggest thing was: I had order point collar blue tunic, it was a saxe blue colour with black. But what I got was a really lightt blue one (almost white). There also were some black stains on the back and the collar of this blouse (almost as if it was used or something) and the biggest disaster: it is really see through). So I'm not wearing that one. Unfortunately.

This time: the quality of my order was really bad. I'm thinking: never again right now. Because I spend a lot of money of it (also for shipping fee). I'm disappointed this time, because it normally looks really nice. And I really like the clothings lines.

I would like to have my blouse returned, even if it was on sale.. I would appreciate it if Modanisa would pay for the shipping costs, since the product is not as if was on the picture.

What I got and what I had hoped for was totally different, every time I look back at what I should have gotten I get upset. Really disappointed. And the quality of the other clothing is bad.
