Hello,
I can see through the complains that I am not the only one acquiring about my shipment. I made an order on the 22nd of May for Eid and the advertisement stated that it will arrive before June 3rd! I am still waiting on an update, I called the customer service line and sent me the email below:
"Due to reduced working schedules of our shipping partners and customs offices during the Eid break, our couriers may experience some unexpected delays and delivery of your package might take slightly longer than usual."
I called UPS, and they said they haven't received anything from Modanisa!
Where is my order?!
Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.

I made order by modanisa and waiting for it then i found my order([protected]) cancelled, coustmer service call me and told me that proudacts which i ordered it out of stock so they cancelled my order from them selves although at a time when i choose products it was available in website and he That is so bad website not trusted . I made order from alot of website no one make this things it is my first and my last .
Note that : he told my to order from website but price of products was different because I bought at sale and not give me choices to order by the old price which in sale .

I made two orders consecutively from the modanisa app on my first time. I got a email saying both orders have been delivered but nothing was delivered to my address. It's such a waste of money and I can't believe I was scammed by them. Customer service hasn't been much of help and I'm still struggling to get this resolved. It's very upsetting and disappointing. Reading all the reviews for this website makes me wonder if this matter will be resolved at all. They are looting people's hard earned money. Please be extremely cautious of this website.
poor service and misleading customer
Extremely bad customer service and poor attention to customer complains. Application of online shopping is misleading the customer and it didn't give mention of customs fees despite modanisa team is fully aware about it. I made my order and paid by credit card on 11 jan2019 but mu purchases didn't reach up to date due to being stuck at customs. Modanisa customer service were very rude and not helpful. Info of customs was not mentioned at time of cheking out the basket. I refused the shipment since more than two weeks and my money didn't credit back. I called call center and raise complains over emails several times but unfortunately without any response or fruitful action

I haven't received my shipment yet. They deal with the worst company ever in delivery which is ups. I ordered online from canada and still have not got it and the delivery company they mentioned that they attempted to deliver but could not find me. Although I was there at home. They stuck a note on my door first day and second day they mentioned they missed me and third day so funny cannot the address or the person which me. Who chose that company to send me shipment it is you not me. I called customer service to explain and ask for refund they said will open a case and refund within 14 days which is so unacceptable and unprofessional. They either send my shipment now or refund me now. Shipment issue is their issue not mine. I should receive it on my door if missed me keep on my door as all professional shipping company do.
quality of shoes & lack of follow up!
What a shame! I called your call center on october 30th from [protected] and the guy assured me i will get a refund if i email you the pictures. I sent an email, no reply ofcourse until now, and a call center supervisor called me maybe a week after my call to ask me about my complaint and he assured me that it will be solved!
Do i have to call and shout and threaten to call your ceo? Or do i have to post these picture all over the social media? I have many social media influencer friends who can repost it to around 20 or 30k in 30 minutes.

I wish I can gave you no star at all, I have been waiting for nearly three months to get my money back but no one even contacted me to say sorry for the delay. I had to return my order I had to call customer service to ask about my refund many many times and every time they gave me different answers:we have received your order but we need to send it back to Turkey! than we didn't receive your order ( I don't know the truth) !We will open a case for you, the financial department is dealing with your case, we will tell our manger about your case and will contact you soon ...no one contact me until now.
I am really so disappointed with this company, I will never ever buy anything from you again and you have to send my money back.
wrong dress
Ordered a white polo neck dress but received totally something different in the form of a vest. Made several attempts to call them and all am served with is a lie. Am told I would be contacted on how to return the dress and till date nobody has called me. Am so disappointed because this dress is supposed to be used for an upcoming occasion. Very awful personnel and business with them is hell. I will never buy from them and will not recommend anyone to this company. In other words I think they just don't want to change or make a refund. If I don't hear from them I will take this to the next level, this is just a scam.

I have not recived a full refund only £20.71 when in fact the full cost of returned goods is 39.67 and I am still owed £18.96 please could you look into this and advice why £18.96 has not been refunded
It is now the 7th August and I have not received any information as to why the full refund was not given only that it has been forwarded to the relevant department but their contact details can't be given this is my first order with yourselves and I have to say I have not been impressed with your responses or handling of this matter.

I agree with everyone here. This conpany has worked hard on marketing to lure people to buy their products. Their clothes are nothing like what you see on pictures! All made too small and full of defects. Once they have your money they don't care about you anymore. They make it so hard to process a return. Although I sent them all the information they requested, including pictures, codes and description. Now they are asking for pictures with measuring tape! Why didn't they ask for it the first time, after I have packed everything back in its package! We don't have time for such non sense! For big items, they said they might not match the measuring chart! This is a joke! Plus I had to pay $50 for costum fees! They should return all my money with an apology since their products all failed to match the description. How will they meey Allah! We should all make sure to spread the word all accross social media and networks. This is our weapon against such corrupted companies making loads of money through ripping people off! Let's hit them where it hurts, their reputation. I don't want to see the same thing happen to more victims!

So I'm not alone, it seems this is a fraudulent company. They tell me everytime my order is flagged as priority but no one ever phones or email me on the progress...My parcel was recorded delivered while I was waiting, it seems they send ghosts.

I have shopped from them last year and they where ok, I bought white pants that I liked and fits perfectly last year so I decided to buy another pair of the exact same pants and brand and same size except I wanted a blue one and oh boy they were huge although it's says size 40 but these are clearly 44
Also I have orderd 3 shawls 2 of which where wrong color infact one of them was wrong brand

white shirt I bought from modanisa website
I bought a shirt (brand Refka) on May from your website along with another clothes. It arrived today June 7th. I opened the package and the shirt had several stains in grey on the front and along the button line!.. and was clearly WORN before! It had the smell of sweat on the underarm area and also smelled of deoderant there! What kind of company sells used clothes as new! This is definitly the last time I order from Modanisa and I will tell all my friends about this experience!

I just received the parcel now. Upon checking the Package I found Pink color Floral Fully Crew Neck Dress which is completely different.
I have called customer Support regarding this issue. I bought it to gift someone and I want Green color Floral Dress to be shipped before June 10th due to the Ramadan.

I ordered from Modanisa 3 times and they were good in the last 3 years hence I ordered again but I regret it this time.
My order was in 23/04/2018 and the expected day to deliver was 30/03/18 and until now I didn't receive the order.
In the beginning, the tracking option says that they failed to deliver because of the bad address! even though they had delivered before to the same address! plus they used to send me a text message to inform me that they will deliver on that certain day at that certain time. This time I didn't receive anything! and they lie and say bad address!
I emailed them, they replied that they will attempt a second delivery as if there was a first delivery! what a joke!
Since this email, I am waiting for my order
to be delivered and I send a dozen of emails to them with NO response!
Its a month now and they also stopped the tracking option so I don't know what happen to my order and my money.
DON'T shop with them, they were good in the past, but now, they don't ship to the UK, they don't respond, They don't respect the clients and they only steal your money.

This just awful experience, I just lost my money, no I didn't lose, they just steal them! I ordered clothes on 26 of April, it was written that delivery to Ukraine takes about a week! Now it's already one month and nothing! But the most ridiculous thing is that they don't care at all, they just ignore my complaining, my letters, don't call me back when I left my request. I really don't know what to do, where I can complain about this? How can I get my money back?

I have been shopping with modanisa since 2015. In each purchase, I had problem either with the material or with the fitting of the products. It did not return it due to the return shipping costs that I recently came to know is not worth it. In the beginning the products were cheap so were the material; therefore, I did not return it. Recently, I did a purchase were the defect was the sizing, which other products of the same size fit me except the one product that has same size but did not fit me. Modanisa does a poor job in giving detail about the size of the product. It does not say if it is fitted, standard fitting, or loose / regular fitting. It does not even advice to take an inch high than the actual size. I had this problem since 2015 till today 2018.
When I first time decided to return them the item it cost me $90.00 for shipping Canadian for the Product that I purchase was $120.00 USD. In return I get only $60.00 USD amount as REFUND, very disappointing and upsetting company. Even after I emailed them with the attachment of the Detail, RETURN SLIP of the PRODUCT, Letter of DUTIES (tax) THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY here in CANADA, and COST OF THE PRODUCT THAT I SHIPPED THEM BACK (THE receipt of shipping) RETURN AMOUNT WHICH I MENTIONED EARLY. I EMAILED them 3 to 4 times on all 3 email address: [protected]@e.modanisa.com, [protected]@modanisa.com, and customer.[protected]@modanisa.com still they did a MISTAKE IN refunding me only $60.00 USD when the product I purchased was $120.00 USD. It is a completely Rip Off!

Is the 3th time I ordered from you, every time was a problem with my size and quality of the dresses. I never complain because I think every body needs a second chance, but now is enough. From 10 items that i've received 4 of them are small. What we see online.. You can not compare with what I have now. Washing clothes. After first wash they will be good for bin.
