Heres The Story:

So I Ordered A Cyclo DS Black On Friday The 26th Of December - I Vividly Remember The Item NOT Saying "Out Of Stock" ( This Is Becuase I Was Searching All The Websites To Find One That Wasn't Out Of Stock) So Anyway, I Go Through The Order Process And Read There FAQ, And It Clearly States: "Your order will be dispatched the same day you place it" So I Thought "Great What Could be Better?" So I Wait Until Monday Afternoon - And Notice Even Though I've Ordered My Order On Friday Night And I've Ordered $27 Extra FEDEX Express Shipping - That I Have No Shipping Verification - And I Haven't Recieved My Tracking Number, So I In Turn Try Place A "Support Ticket" On Their Website (Don't Get Me Started On How Much Their "Live Support" Is Never Online) And I Wait For About 3 Days After That - Until I Recieve 1 Response From A Person Saying That The Item Isn't In Stock - And That I Have To Wait Or They Can Refund Me - So I Reply To The Ticket "What Are My Possible Options? - How Do I Go About Getting A Refund - Or How Long Does It Take To Get More In?" - And To That Message I've Not Got A Reply For About 5-6 Days Now.

I've Tried Calling Their "Great" "24 Hour Customer Support" Number About 3 Times Everyday - It Seems To Be A Fake # That Belongs To A Company Called "Pegasus" (Which I Only Ever Get There Message Machine) So I Make A New Ticket Saying I Don't Want To Wait Anymore - And To Just Refund My Card - No Reply For 2-3 Days Now - And I Even Sent A Copy Of The Message To All Of Their "Posted" E-mails For The Company.

Anyway - I Don't Know If Their Ever Planning On Resolving My Issue Or Not - But Either Way:



As I Said In My Post Above (Just Incase The Reseller Is Also Blind) - The Item Was Clearly "IN STOCK" (Yes That Says "IN STOCK") The Night I Ordered It - As I Said - The Stock Seemed To Suddenly Be Updated And Change On Monday Morning.

I Also Find It VERY Interesting That EVERY DAY From Between December 25th And January 1st - As Well As EVERY DAY Between January 1st And The 13th Has Been A "Holiday" For You - (Or Is That Just Part Of Being Lazy Scammers?) Oh By The Way - Your Oh-So "Great" And "24HR" Customer Support Number - IT DOESN'T WORK!!! - As I Said Before - I Called Like 10 Times A Day And Then A Damn Message Machine Picks Up - I Leave 2 Messages - And What? - You Don't Reply - SO IN ORDER TO GET THE REFUND I'M GETTING I HAVE TO CONTACT THE PAYMENT SITE "ALLIED WALLET" AND I'M NOW WAITING ANOTHER WEEK!!
